The interface is easy to understand and texting and app features take it over the top. **Pros:** The ability to text patients and schedule from the App is by far my favorite feature of DaySmart. It makes following -up, checking-in or scheduling patients a breeze even when I am not in the office. **Cons:** I want the ability to copy daily schedule and put into an excel spreadsheet. Additionally, I think text blasts should be included in cost and not an up-charge as your software already had a high price tag and this would cost you nothing. It helps us with the agenda, scheduling, even we can track employees days off! **Pros:** It is an easy to use platform, ticket centered and allows you to control every aspect of your medspa **Cons:** Platform is obsolete,with a client server aspect that looks old.
