Overall great, it definitely has a lot more positive and quiet great features compared to other platforms.

Pros

Appointment management and booking over the phone. Also we use it for messaging, sending monthly sales and we love it.

Cons

Maybe the access to a client information by staff, and overall managing mistakes in pay, how to reverse especially if there is a package that already exists.

Easy to manage and great support when needed. I never have to worry and my clients never have an issue booking.

Pros

Security is solid and very easy for me to book clients and my clients have no issues booking online.

Cons

No issues so far. I've been operating in DaySmart for five years and have never had an issue. I had trouble signing in one time but was able to contact and fix issue immediately.

It’s been excellent for growing my business. It’s easy to use and makes running my small business easier.

Pros

It’s easy to schedule and it has an app for the phone. I like ALs all the color options for the different services.

Cons

I have two accounts from two different spas wish it was an option to have two apps on the phone to log in at the same time to look at my schedules.

Overall, DaySmart is user friendly, and steps are logical and intuitive.. The interface is easy to understand and texting and app features take it over the top.

Pros

The ability to text patients and schedule from the App is by far my favorite feature of DaySmart. It makes following -up, checking-in or scheduling patients a breeze even when I am not in the office.

Cons

I want the ability to copy daily schedule and put into an excel spreadsheet. Additionally, I think text blasts should be included in cost and not an up-charge as your software already had a high price tag and this would cost you nothing. Would like text reminders to be able to be customized to say DermBar not random phone number.

Pros

Its easy to use and doesn't have too many problems. I also like that it doesn't need to be backed up to keep our schedule protected

Cons

You cannot re-open a closed ticket, sometimes the staff will accidentally close the wrong ticket when rescheduling a client.

I love Daysmart. It is quite intuitive and less complicated than other software that I have used in the past and paid more. When there are questions, customer service is friendly and they resolve the issue.

Pros

For the most part, DaySmart Spa is simplistic to use and pretty user-friendly. There are so many features that are helpful from online scheduling, appt reminders, entering staff schedules, using multiple rooms, payroll, reports, maintaining and tracking inventory for selling products, easy checkout process.

Cons

It would be really nice if there was some way to be able to add a shopping cart to the website for those who would like to order products for the website or a link to add to a website that may be built by a web designer. The USB credit card reader didn't last long, however the software does allow you to enter directly into the clients ticket. You just have to make sure you actually go through process to run a card as it can be missed.

It's been years since I used Mindbody. When I was using them, creating packages was complicated, the checkout process wasn't always smooth and I would have to contact customer service frequently while attempting to cashout a client. The wait for customer service was longer than I preferred and it could take some time to resolve a problem.

We have been using this software since 2012 and yet, We haven't found anything substancially better than daysmart. It helps us with the agenda, scheduling, even we can track employees days off!

Pros

It is an easy to use platform, ticket centered and allows you to control every aspect of your medspa

Cons

Platform is obsolete,with a client server aspect that looks old. It is only in EnglishIt doesn't have whatsapp integration (who uses sms anyway)

Pros

It is easy to use. Great customer service. They are patient to guide you step by step especially being not techy. Love online booking, be able to text with clients, do text marketing.

Cons

I wish they will have charting /emr. This is the main reason I an starting to look for another software as I want to get rid of paper charting. Fix how to upload photos because currently you upload one by one and and not be able to name the photos.

Pros

DaySmart Spa is easy to set up and deploy. For most organizations, the software is basically ready to use without much tinkering. There are a wealth of abilities on the full desktop application. The customer support team is also extremely responsive and helpful.

Cons

\- The remote access licences are a hefty monthly expense depending on the number of employees.- The cloud software lacks some of the features of the desktop software, including custom reports.- The desktop software is only available on Windows, although there are instructions for running it on a virtual machine in Mac OS.
