Meets basic call center platform requirements (i.e. power dialer, call recording, activity tracking)

otherwise, limited feature set. UI is outdated.

I really loved the hole set up of this platform it's very user friendly and all but over all this is the place you want to be for all ur management needs for a gameroom/casino for sure
