It is simple to set up and maintain thanks to the user-friendly interface, and the extensive customer support is excellent. This has an integrated CRM system that makes it simple for businesses to monitor and manage their relationships with members. Cons Its pricing feature, in my opinion, was its biggest flaw. It is ideal for large and medium-sized organizations. Small businesses may feel under pressure to adhere to the pricing schedule. I highly recommended it to all my colleagues and friends. It helps a lot me in my business. Pros Because it was created using Microsoft 365, it was simpler to link with their products. The opportunity to develop dashboards for events and membership was very appealing to me, albeit i was unable to use it due to the poor quality of our data. Cons The high cost and lengthy turnaround of adaptability. I wish formatting the pages of MX was simpler. My former employer hurried to execute the product without conducting adequate testing, which resulted in incorrected or defective processes. It was impossible to receive support for any issue; even simple problems took 8-12 weeks to be resolved after submitting a ticket.
