Put or change settings easily, clear information about each online booking. The intergration with Hotelizer PMS very helpful and someone feels assured that there will be no overbookings.

Pros

All the information about bookings is available clearly and someone can easily adjust the settings (such as rates, availability, etc).

There is not something that I do not like.

I have been using it for more than three years and up to now it is working without any problem and the customer service is excellent.

It is very easy to use and very easy to make any kind of changes.

It doesnot have a mobile application so it needs a computer to use it.

I set this booking engine in more than 7-8 hotel. the main reason is that it does what it should do with marketing agressive tools and modules so you may battle again the big OTAs and help also increase your B2B presence in the market.

Cons

easy to use. many modules to adjust to each policy you may have. creation of multiple and dynamic pricing models and formats.

There is everything in one place. You can manage all the reservation through webhotelier and put offers, promotional codes etc

There is no a central menu and many features are "hide", not easy to find them
