The intergration with Hotelizer PMS very helpful and someone feels assured that there will be no overbookings. Pros All the information about bookings is available clearly and someone can easily adjust the settings (such as rates, availability, etc). Cons There is not something that I do not like. I always take the answers that I need to all my requests. Pros Webhotelier has got very good support and client service. The application is very useful and user friendly. Cons The support services of webhotelier usually prefer e-mail than direct answer through phonecall withch is also nice because they answer correctly, on time and to the point. However, with the assistance provided to us from the very start of our migration, up to now, plus the ease of navigating the system, makes the migration worthwhile and we are looking forward to a longer partnership with WebHotelier. Pros It's very easy to navigate and use. It also provides detailed information needed from every room reservation made. Cons None so far. We are still exploring the software and the enhancements that are being made, and are quite pleased with our experience so far. Reason for choosing Webhotelier They were recommended by our previous IBE provider and upon considering all the other features being offered, we decided to give WebHotelier a shot. Pros My experience with webhotelier began 2 years ago. I fell in love right away. Perfect support great tools and a plethora of connectivity with different travel agencies. A quick seamless booking engine and top of the line software. Cons As of today I cannot find something I don't like with this software.
