Pros: The one thing that brings Breeze above other great products is their support team. It is the most responsive, helpful team of any product I've ever come across in any context. These guys are fantastic.

How I use Breeze: Breeze lets me communicate easily via text or email to various sub-groups of people using Tags. We use Breeze's automated reminder/RSVP system for our children's program which has saved me SO much time and hassle, and we're able to track attendance of our children's program. I send out a weekly newsletter through Breeze (which allows me to track readership). We receive money for events through the forms feature, and use Forms regularly for all kinds of things. I like that receiving registration payments through forms connects those same payers to their contact ID in the member database.

Cons: Two things I would love to offer to our people that Breeze can't do currently:

1) We are currently limited in our ability to let folks pick the roles they'd like for various event signups. I have to go to outside sites like SignupGenius for that, which is no longer linked to the database. A cross between SignupGenius and TakeThemAMeal would be fantastic and allow us to stay inside Breeze for all that communication.

2) Having a secure login for our folks is great, and it would be very helpful if we could upload some content to a common page for things like church bylaws, mission statement, Children's program policies, etc. Currently there's no direct way to upload content to the database or to show your own custom "home" page when users log in. Even that would be helpful because I could put links to PDF files without asking Breeze to host more stuff.

Overall: I'm thrilled with Breeze.

Database gamechanger for minsitry. Hard to believe so many features are packed into one tool.

Pros: *Allows texting to people right from the database, so you can send a mail-merge style text to any tag, group, or filtered option.

*Allows online payments/donations at a low credit card processing rate.

*Allows the ability to organize volunteers to RSVP for events by email or event text. Makes volunteer management super easy.

*Allows data to be collected by forms. I can create an form questions I want/need. Very handy!

*Allows as many profile fields I need and I can create any type of question.

*Connects to Mailchimp with sync, so our list are no longer mis-matched.

*Allows endless amounts of data tagging. So we can add any piece of information to any contact.

*Tons of user level options allows different levels of visibility and edit-ability. There is even a directory option so it can be set up so each contact can log-in and see certain profile fields.

*Online check-in is helpful for attendance tracking.

Cons: *Someone needs to know a little about database structures to set-it up. (You don't need to know programming, but comfortable in how data moves and functions in databases).

*The form data is not saved as an unalterable .pdf, so it is hard to use the form feature as an online legal document since the data is alterable after being submitted. I would love to use forms as a permission form, but since that requires a legal electronic signature, our legal advisor says we can use it for that since it doesn't covert the data to a permanent/ unalterable .pdf. So we have to use another tool for online legal documents that doesn't sync with Breeze.

*There is a feature to group people by family, but there isn't a "Family" sub-category of contacts in the database. So what would be nice is if a "Family" could hold the common info for the family such as household address, phone number, etc, rather than each contact having that information repeated. There are some things a family has in common, such as an address.

Overall: This tools was a game-changer in our communication. We are able to hold all the data we need, and then communicate to only the specific people we need for each communication by filtering people. I can't believe how helpful this tool has been!

Pros: It is a BREEZE to learn and use, and volunteers adapt well to it. It is extremely inexpensive for what you get with the program. It has tons of features. I could go into all the features, but for the sake of time, they're ALL genuinely helpful and efficient. It is tailored for specifically for churches, but I would think all kinds of organizations would benefit greatly from it.

As an unexpected bonus, their blog is extremely helpful as well! I tend to devalue most blogs that have 3 trite or self-evident ways to this or that, but every post that has caught my eye has been truly wise, biblical, insightful, and practical. I go back and refer to them as a resource; they're that helpful.

Cons: The only "cons" I've experienced have been small inefficiencies along the way, but they have virtually ALL been fixed days or weeks after I discovered them. (For example: I wish that recipients of a mass text could subscribe/unsubscribe/reply, but my hunch is that they're working on that and that there's some limitation w/ phone companies or something.)

Overall: It is inevitably a common experience in the trenches of a database that the frustrated user thinks of an improvement to the program. This has happened only a few times with me while using Breeze, and on virtually EVERY occasion they have come up with a real solution to my "problem" as the next update. Now it's a joke on our staff; when someone says, "I wish Breeze could do [xyz]," someone will say, just wait a few weeks and they'll come out with an update. And it's happened for all the 9 months we've been using the product.

Breeze is amazing. Most of the time you use an effective product and you simply enjoy the fact that it works. Sometimes your experience with it is so positive that you become an advocate for the company; that's where I'm at. Breeze has helped our church in so many ways that I am grateful and indebted to them! If I met someone who worked at Breeze I would hug them.

Recommendations to other buyers: Brace yourself; Breeze will organize your church for maximum effectiveness. Get ready to see the inefficient holes that Breeze exposes in your church/organization, and use Breeze to patch the holes!

Pros: The thing i like the most about Breeze is the mobility and flexibility of it. I can use it from a browser at work or at church, my cellphone or an ipad and I love that. I used to be tied to one laptop at my home. Breeze makes it easier to do my job! Another great thing I was able to do.....i mistakenly entered our general offering into a fund called general fund (for the entire year mind you). With the click of a button, i could transfer all of those transactions into the correct fund. Awesome time saver! The information that you can track on the people is pretty awesome too. We never had any information in our financial program other than names and households - so with Breeze - we are able to start utilizing some of the tools and becoming more efficient and we Thank you!! And your support has been amazing! I work in computer support at the server level in my everyday job - so i work with vendor software support often and it's a pleasure to call you when i need assistance! Keep doing what you do! We are a very small church but really enjoy using Breeze. We haven't started using the online contributions yet....and are just starting to use the Events and we are loving it so far! Cons: If I had to choose one thing - it might be the dashboard could use smaller icons and more links.

But.....there really isn't anything so far.

Overall: Our overall experience has been awesome! Not only are we getting a financial software that has mobility but we are getting a place to keep information about our congregation as well as Events. We can't wait to start using Online contributions so that our loved ones that live away will be able to easily contribute to the church they grew up in. Looking forward to what's next. Keep it coming!

Pros: Breeze is very easy. Very little training is needed for staff. Members are currently using it for communication with each other and registering for calendar events easily. They will be continue to use more of Breeze's capabilities.

Breeze continues to update the software automatically, for free with no down time.

Help documentation is extremely helpful, many times with short videos, which are so helpful!

Help documents are easy to email to users if needed. They really like this.

Documentation is continually updated with new features.

About 1/2 our congregation of 300 are using Breeze. Very few of these have had questions about usage. It is USER FRIENDLY.

Cons: I know Breeze is constantly working on user wishes. My major wish would be an easy way to visualize security Roles for comparison, updating and accuracy.

Overall: Breeze has opened the communication highway for our congregation and staff, with very little training. Breeze Help response and quality is available for all users and answers most of their questions without having to contact me (Data Coordinator).

Because members can update their own records and search easily for other members - and map their locations, send emails and text right from Breeze, they love it and our data is more real-time accurate.

Our ministries are stronger, because they can trust the data in Breeze, which is easily accessed anywhere, anytime.

Great product at a great price and you just can't beat their customer service!

Pros: Breeze is so very easy to learn and use. One is up and running quickly. Our members just love the phone app and staff is thrilled with how easy it is to use and the reports we can get. Check-in is so much easier now - no more fighting with our prior program. Volunteer reminders are a snap and so helpful. Breeze is customizable for fields specific to individual churches and all the data is easily accessible. Plus, you can't beat their customer support if you do have a question - many times they send a quick video of how to do it using your own data! They are so patient and no question is a "dumb" question. They transferred our data over from our prior company and stuck with us when some data didn't come over. They worked with it until we got it all from the prior company - and at no charge. The price is great, too. I also really appreciate the newsy emails we receive with helpful hints about Breeze or ministry in general. Compared to other programs, it really is a Breeze. Love, love, love Breeze!

Cons: There are a couple of really minor things I wish we had that were in a prior program (such as a copy button to copy name and address to the clipboard to use in other programs), but that is sooo minor compared to what it offers.

Overall: Price is great. Easy to use and manipulate the data. Support can't be beat. It is an all-around great product.

Pros: Breeze takes complicated database nomenclature and structure and presents it in a intuitive and easy to use platform. It is easy to train volunteers on, even "non-tech" individuals. The platform has grown continually in function and ease of use, and all without increasing the price. It blends well with other platforms, the api is available and we have used it in several ways to make our ministry much more efficiant. To name a few, our event sign up through our website, our book keeping through Quickbooks, and several others.

Cons: I have had no issues with the software. If there is something that is missing for you, start a conversation with the team and they will HEAR you! Our experience has been that when we bring up functions that we are looking for or a problem we are trying to solve, they have been extremely responsive.

Overall: The ability to train volunteers in a short amount of time has been incredibly valuable. This time savings is hard to calculate, but certainly a felt win for our team. This company understands churches and our goals, and has created a tailor made product for them.

Comments: So we recently transferred from I'm just gonna say it PowerChurch (sorry guys you refuse to adapt to modern software engineering) and I was incredibly frustrated with its cumbersome arduous system I started researching databases. Breeze was constantly in the top 5 lists so we tried the Demo. WOW!!! From the very beginning I was blown away by how easy it was to understand and intuitive and simple it was to learn. The assumption I then made was well it must not be very powerful -- WRONG! Dead wrong in fact.

So let me say we are a small church 265 staff - 1 pastor, 1 PT secretary (I know we are looking to add another pastor). I am not a Computer tech guy, I'm a mac user - love the mac. Not an Apple snob just prefer simple intuitive reliable systems and software. Church is PC based and almost everyone in church are PC users.

We absolutely LOVE BREEZE. Honestly the hardest part about switching to Breeze for us has been adapting to a software system that is intuitive and is designed to anticipate our needs and our way of thinking. What I mean by that is BREEZE is user friendly and organized the way regular people think NOT the way an Engineer thinks; which was what our old system made us do. Learn it's software's logic and language in order to get what we wanted. BLEECHHK!

The beginning - IMPORT data from a .CSV file from old system and BAM! We were up and Running. Instantly, simple and easy to navigate interface. Searches are clean and easy to organize with a array of detailed filters.

Tutorials are easy to access and very helpful.

Customer support - Responsive and timely! - We had started in February and we were entering attendance through the events page. Unbeknownst to us we were creating individual events and so our attendance records were not connected. Therefore every Sunday we had 150 1st time attenders. EEK not good. Customer Support synched up our entire month of February overnight! HUGE CUDO'S!

Literally every time we use Breeze or we learn something new my secretary and I we laugh out loud because it is so Easy and Powerful.

Cons - I guess there are some. If you are a computer programer/engineer that thrives on arduous logic systems and secretly wish all software systems were like they were in the 90's #.exe - Then Yeah this system is not for you.

I could go on but I have a sermon to write, it is what the name claims to be A BREEZE! Get it - it'll make you smile every time you use it. #happypastor

Pros: Very easy to use and self-teach. Incredible price includes email and phone support - very quick response times. Super helpful staff.

Cons: Nothing really. Few functional things about button positions but very minor personal preferences.

Overall: We have been using Breeze for about four months and all I can say is WOW! I actually don't know how they offer what they do for the price they charge.

It really is a Breeze to use and if there is something you can't figure out for yourself a simple email or call to the support team and they will walk you through it....literally....as when I was having difficulty working out something with events and check-in, representative spent twenty minutes walking me through the actual process so that it was set up according to our specific needs and even showed me more shortcuts to make it easier.

Our previous CHMS provider would only provide phone support if we paid an extra fee on top of what was already fives times more than we pay for Breeze. Email support often took up to ten days to get a reply. Breeze is rarely more than 30 minutes to an hour.

Worried about exporting all your data...me too...I am not great with things like this...well don't worry because Breeze imported all of our people and financial data and in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to do it. Again...WOW!

We are a church of only 550 people and I have not found anything it cannot do up to now and what it does it does very simply. I keep thinking I will find something it cannot do or that is too complicated...but no, not yet!

I find there are some functional things I would personally change e.g. buttons in wrong place on screen that would be better located, but I know nothing about how these things are set up and they just may be something that is not actually possible - ultimately they are small things and probably just my own preference.

Simply put, if you are considering Breeze just do it! Breeze does what it says on the tin and is a pleasure and 'Breeze' to use.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just sign up. It is very simple to use. Has more features than you probably use but can grow into.

Pros: Easy to use. Best value by a long shot. No premium features you have to pay more for. They continue to develop the system so they are always improving it.

Cons: It doesn't do attendance tracking by number. Use would need a separate system to track weekly church attendance. Not a big deal because there are free attendance tracker out there.

Overall: Our church started off with Church Community Builder but after the high price and difficulty of use we started looking for an alternative. After I did loads of research we settled on Breeze and I could be happier. They helped get our info transferred for free. The product is actually easy to use. They don't try to up sell everything... in fact there is nothing to up sell. It's all included. My favorite it texting. You can send a one way text to your people. The first 250 of every month is free then it cost a little for every text after.

Online giving- we used to use EasyTithe ( I still love EasyTithe) but we switched over to using Breeze for online giving too. It was easy and had all the same features as EasyTithe but all in one place.

Recommendations to other buyers: Teach you staff to use it early. Teach people one on one. On boarding can be slow but it is worth it.

Pros: Breeze is very customizable. It allows us to create a field for just about everything we have ever needed to track. I also love that it has a check-in feature available for our nursery and kids programs, we use this primarily for nursery and our Vacation Bible School programs. Searching for content is very simple using the search field in the admin page. I also love that it has an app and allows us to have our congregation and church members be able to create an account to look up contact information for other memebers.

Cons: I wish the check-in label printing didn't require a PC. I would LOVE to be able to make all of our check-in stations mobile using iPads but we can't as the label printer requires a PC in order to create a print station. I bought wireless label printers so I could print labels that way but unfortunately that was kind of silly now that we have them plugged in.

Overall: We were looking specifically for check-in options and we ended up using this as our entire church management system because we liked it so much! The features and customizations are endless.

Pros: It's super easy to use. Functions and operations are pretty self explanatory. If I ever have a problem, I email support and they get back to me very quickly. They usually include a how-to video or steps showing me how to do what I need. We've had the software for almost 2 years and we still don't use all the capability. You can't beat the price either. We also use the online giving portion and it was easy for our members to convert to and pretty easy for us to manage.

Cons: There is not an accounting component to it. We came from a BIG robust church management system that did both. Now I have to use two different programs to manage the church functions and the accounting. Can be cumbersome. The software diffidently doesn't do everything. I've submitted some suggestions, with the response that they are not interested or able to offer that feature. Sucks a bit. Also, you will only get weekly deposits from the online giving, not daily like we got with previous systems.

Pros: Really "down to earth" user-friendly software. I am really impressed with how church friendly its use is. I have very little difficulty and any time I contact support I get an automatic notification they received my inquiry and almost before I can think about I am contacted by always knowledgeable support to help me. I have not had to make a phone call because they promptly answer my question(s) via email with sensible and understandable directions. Also, their videos are helpful, which is unusual for videos and "help" online services. I really cannot praise enough this software for what I have used of it thus far, which is quite a bit. If you have needs for electronic giving and it applying correctly to a member's contributions, Breeze works beautifully. If you keep up with pledges and the like, you may have to input some information after you export from any other software, but if you are entering the first time it is extremely proficient. I am so glad I can pick additional categories for a statement, such as "notes". Entering contributions is also a "breeze"

Cons: The least thing I like about this software is that I did not know about it sooner. What I have had in the past has been a "pain" in support, help, ability to control statements (unless I paid more for that service). You may think, well their must be something I don't like about the software but I am afraid I have not found anything as of yet.

Pros: Immediate client services. They are quick to answer emails and help when you experience a problem. They are constantly asking for client feedback and truly take that feedback to help better the product. Easy of use with Breeze? It's a Breeze - video tutorials make learning easy. We were surprised at how others in the church have jumped on board with the software.

Cons: Yes, I suppose there are some cons for everyone but nothing that would cause us to stop using the software. For me the reporting feature could be a little more robust, enabling me to customize reports a little more. When building form, depending on the amount of information you are gathering on the form, when it is printed it can print distorted. Again not a deal breaker as we are working to move more of our team members away from relying on printed forms. Breeze is always working to improve features.

Overall: We needed a management system that could help us do everything from tracking attendance, scheduling events, online sign-ups, etc... and you guessed it on budget. While some programs offered more features, there was just something about the Breeze team that was different. Breeze was perfect for our needs and the best thing is they listen to our needs and work in every way possible to address them. They are quick to respond to questions and give great feedback.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are a small to mid-size church Breeze is definitely worth checking out.

We love Breeze! The customer service, value, and ease of using this program has been phenomenal!

Pros: This software feels like using a social media platform - accessible to all our staff - even the ones who don't like technology! We love that we can customize the profile fields, and the whole database is easily customized. Their tutorial videos are a huge help! They have even made videos just for us as we learn what new things can be done. They are always upgrading the features based on customer feedback. All of our database needs have been more than met, it's easier to use than the last database we had, and the price is amazing - what a value this has been to our church!

Overall: Much cheaper than the other options, incredibly easy to use and customize. All of our staff can use this software and they do regularly. We use it to track people, programs, volunteers, attendance, events, contributions, online giving, classes, decisions for Christ, and literally anything a church could possibly need to track regarding it's attenders.

Comments: I would highly recommend Breeze to any small to mid-size churches. Larger churches have needs that currently outreach the capabilities of Breeze, but I believe they aren't targeting the larger church market yet so they are doing exactly what they set out to do.

Pros: We were up and running within a few minutes of purchasing the software. Granted we are a small church so we had a limited number of custom field needs, but the configuration was self-explanatory. The help documents cover everything I've ever had questions about. And configuring forms to receive payments took minutes. I've never done a task in Breeze that was difficult to understand or implement.

Cons: I have limited experience with other other church management software tools, but my guess is that this one isn't quite as fully featured as some other tools. But they add new features often and they listen to feedback from users. This tool doesn't encourage collaboration between church members like some others claim to do, but we didn't need that so it hasn't been an issue for us.

Breeze offers incredible value while filling a great need in the market.

Pros: Easy to use, easy migration from our previous databases, constant improvements, amazing customer service, job opportunities, a highly useful blog, and so much more!

Cons: No cons in our minds.

Overall: We are so grateful for the way Breeze has decided to serve churches with a top quality database system. It seems companies overlook the fact there has always been a market for exactly what Breeze does. My understanding is that nearly 90% of the churches in the world are under 200 in attendance. If that's anywhere near accurate, then it means most of us cannot afford the quality databases that are offered being to us. It just becomes amazing Christian generosity when we factor in all their value added services like constant improvements, amazing customer service, job opportunities, a highly useful blog, and so much more! The company behind Breeze exemplifies the heart of what a Christian company should be in our minds. For that, we say thanks!

Pros: The things I like most about Breeze are:

1. It's ease of use. Many of our users have commented on how friendly and intuitive the system is.

2. The customer service. Breeze's customer service reps have been outstanding !! They respond to my emails in a timely manner AND they return my voice messages.

3. Breeze's website and documentation. I am very impressed with Breeze's website -- the features list is readily available and understandable AND their documentation is easy to find. I appreciate that they are so transparent with such important information !!



4. Lastly, Breeze is very affordable. We are a small church with a small budget, but we can afford. Plus, Breeze is more powerful than one would expect for the price. They definitely defy the old saying that "you get what you pay for" !! With Breeze, you get so much more !!

After years of ill-fitting, over-priced CM software, we found Breeze CHMS and couldn't be happier.

Pros: Breeze is easy to use and modify to meet the unique needs of our church. We can let alone features that are not relevant to our needs, while at the same time custom tailoring those that are important to us. The stylish Breeze CHMS app is user-friendly and perfect for keeping us connected. The price of Breeze CHMS is cost-effective.

Cons: We would like to edit the terms used for family roles. Though we know that "Head of Household" does not describe someone's unique role in their family, we feel "Primary Contact" reads better, especially with our Millennials! Some navigation isn't as user-friendly as others, like profile photos. Most frequent question from my users is about changing that photo as many don't realize that you can click on it to change it.

Overall: We have one place to organize and utilize user data in formats we use. More users (church members) are updating their data. Admin. Assistant saves time on collecting, editing and updating data.

Pros: Breeze is super intuitive and simple to use, but with all the features we need for our church. We have found Breeze to meet all our expectations for a church management software solution. From people management to check-in to contributions to forms, they have a great product.

And their customer service is great. It is always very personal and they follow-up to make sure our questions are answered. In addition, they listen when we have an idea for additonal features. And new features are addded regularly.

We love Breeze!

Overall: We have been using Breeze for 2 years and have absolutely loved its ease of use and functionality. We weekly use the check-in features, giving tracking, calendar and people database. This software does everything we need to do on a weekly basis to keep our records in tact and in one place. The customization of profiles is also excellent so you can manage what individual users can access.

I highly recommend this church management software.

Pros: As a small church, we love that we can pick and choose just the programs we wish to use.

From the start, Breeze staff has responded to questions and concerns with kindness and in a timely fashion.

Cons: We had to work out a couple of issues in the beginning, concerning the working of PC's to Apple. I am happy to report these have been resolved.

Overall: In addition to the previous statements, Breeze recently helped us as we transitioned to adding online giving to our contributions. I also appreciate that I can listen to blog updates when I choose, not on someone else's schedule.

Pros: I love the ability to check-in/out children and take attendance with ease and with label printers. I love the ability to track giving and also graph attendance and giving through periods of time. I love the customer support that responds within minutes if not immediately. I love the photo integration, quick searches, filters and tags available, and I LOVE the cost!

Cons: The volunteer scheduling section is a bit clunky. It works but there are elements that need to be developed more in order for it to be a robust product in this section.

The name really says it all. It's a Breeze to use but full still of great features.

Pros: Breeze is the first ChMS my volunteers will actually use. I believe they've embraced it because Breeze is so flexible, I was able to somewhat duplicate their paper systems by creating my own fields and tags. Now it is simple to find the information we need and we are making better decisions because of it.

Cons: Although Breeze markets itself to small and mid-size churches, it is a robust ChMS and is adding new features all the time. I would love to have more videos that go beyond the basics and really help churches get the most out of the software.

Overall: This software really gives us the opportunity to make decisions based on actual data we've collected and not just hunches or stories we believe to be true.

Pros: Good middle ground software that allows us as a smaller church do all the things we need to, but is not so complicated that no one knows how to use it. Great customer support.

Cons: I think that the events feature/calendar could be developed a bit more to assist with calendar scheduling as well... so you do not over book. It would help, because we need to use two calendar programs to make things function correctly.

Overall: Breeze is helping us to recognize our back door and keep up to date with our people. It has been a great tool.

Pros: This software allows for unlimited people, it makes your outreach easy with Cell, Address and E-mail available on touch. Easy Check-in Attendance for all classes, and easy messaging. They also have a nice Contributions Module. We left a High Priced Shelby Solutions that supposedly had all the bells and whistles but nobody could use it. Everything cost. Breeze truly is a breeze that anyone in your church can and will use. Also nice directory feature we just used,

Cons: I would love to be able to separate people who are visitors out of main list so I don't have to scroll through all their names except when I am looking for them. May be there and I missed it.

Overall: The conversion took a couple of hours and the breeze people did it remotely. I have asked a couple of questions both from phone and e-mail and had quick answers.

In the world of church management software, it doesn't get any easier

Pros: The software is easy to navigate and intuitive. I don't need training to figure it out. It comes with unlimited users and some nice features like SMS. I actually enjoy using it, which is not something I've ever said about church management software.

Cons: I'm not a huge fan of the attendance tracking by Calendar view. On the plus side it works, but if you have a ton of classes on Sunday that you're tracking, it gives the impression visually that you're not using the software correctly, as it's so cluttered and one Sunday takes up most of the page. But it works, and it's easy.

Recommendations to other buyers: We looked at Breeze for over a year before purchasing. In my view, it's the only software we could find that had an intuitive experience that didn't require a lot of training for some of our non-techie volunteers. We really didn't want to purchase software that needed the purchase of training to use the software that we already purchased! Breeze is dead simple. You do lose some "power" with simplicity, but Breeze has managed to accomplish everything that we need. I mentioned that it took a year for us to start using Breeze, and that was because it lacked a single feature that we needed. The developers eventually added the feature along with many other helpful features (developers are not lazy). Breeze lives up to its name and accomplishes the basics very well. Making software intuitive is evidently not easy.

Pros: The ease of use is hugely important. We were able to implement use of this robust and versatile database with a minimum amount of training. I can't begin to count the number of hours it has saved us. The customer support staff are quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable.

Cons: The resolution of the images associated with profiles is too low for high quality print-outs or directories.

Overall: Best way to track people in the organization. Online, and mobile access is extremely helpful.

Comments: We've been using Breeze for just over a month, and I'm already thrilled with how much easier it is to use than our previous church management software.

I spend a lot of my time in our ChMS documenting member needs, follow up care, and contributions, as well as coordinating our volunteer schedule and church calendar, so we wanted a system that was intuitive but high functioning.

So far Breeze has been both of those things. Onboarding and data transfer was incredibly easy. Functionality is intuitive, and their help videos and documents are also very easy to follow along with. I've been able to jump in quickly and do more in our short period of time with Breeze than I was able to do in nearly a full year with our previous software.

Some of my favorite Breeze features include:

- Easy contribution tracking and batch management

- Simple but robust people filters: For example, I love that I can easily filter by member engagement if I want to group email or group text all Members and Regular Attenders.

- Multiple options for volunteer communication and management: I can easily send around each week's volunteer schedule and teacher curriculum, get their RSVPs, and request availability for building out the future schedule.

- Follow Ups: I can assign follow up care and keep tabs on whether or not a need has been met.

- The "Tags" feature makes it easy to assign people to multiple groups without a messy back end. We use tags to assign people to volunteer ministries, note who has an active prayer request, or to identify who's expressed interest in special events or classes.

I would already highly recommend to anyone looking for software to help in member care and church operations.

Pros: Breeze is clean and simple to use. We transferred from a more complex system which could do tons of things, but most we didn't use. Breeze also accepts requests for certain new options. LOVE THEM!

Cons: Rep. from Breeze used to have his office here . . . and now he doesn't! But he comes to visit!

Overall: Financial reporting is very simple and multiple reports can be created. Attendance at events and enrolling new people also assists us with new kids in check-in to maintain a secure place.

Pros: The software is so easy to use, very good response time, provides tools for data use, and has options we now use daily that we did not have with our old software tool. Excellent product - use it multiple times a day.

Cons: Not applicable - nothing I like least, all useful.

Overall: Tagging attenders for Sunday School, AWANA, worship, teams, committees, and boards is so smooth. Plus, we use the text feature to send group communications, which is a fantastic option.

Pros: The regular release of new features (especially since they never seem to break existing functionality when going live with something new).

Cons: This isn't a criticism exactly--I think they could create a more user friendly reporting interface. The data is all there, but it isn't always intuitive to find it.

Overall: Found Breeze through extensive internet research. What intrigued me was the user friendliness of the platform (admittedly, I have some prior experience in IT), but it seemed to be a perfect Launchpad for migrating our church from manual forms to data-driven.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are doing the migration yourself, be sure you have the right Excel skills to help with the creation of the load files.

Pros: We love the ease of use. All staff feels comfortable running reports... scheduling rooms... accessing data. So different from our last software where 2 people were experts and all others had to go to them for the data they needed.

Cons: That the check in system doesn't work from any android device. That printer must be attached to a computer to work. We don't use it for name tags because we don't have computers that could be left in the learning center.

Overall: We have hooked all our thermostats up to the calendar in breeze through the 3rd party extension to heat & cool our buildings more efficiently!

Pros: I love how easy it is to use. It has broad functionality via a simple platform.

I love how easy it is to contact groups of people via text or e-mail using this platform. It also has the easiest ministry volunteer scheduling feature I've encountered.

Cons: It lacks some of the breadth of functionality that some of the more complicated softwares have.

Overall: Breeze is fantastic! I highly recommend it! They generally have good customer service, are inexpensive, easy to use, and they get the job done well! I've worked with several other church management software systems, and Breeze is the best I've encountered!

Pros: Simplicity is key - especially when trying to encourage staff of varying technical skills to actually use the tool. Cost effective with phenomenal support.

Cons: Printers can be a bit tricky at times - especially with larger church sizes. Would also be great to have the ability to sync the contacts from various tags with mobile devices.

Overall: Great use across a multi-staff team. Great customization. Better shared data management.

Pros: Best features include the software's simplicity, tags & quality customer service.

Recently, in just a matter of hours, we were able to divide our 300 person congregation into some 20 New Neighborhood groups. This process was simple due to Breeze's powerful mapping tool, easy UI to create and manage tags. We are now about to announce an exciting new effort to care for people, connect neighbors and reach new folks as they come. Thanks to Breeze, this was also pretty simple.

Cons: The software offers few reports, and leaves powerful sorting only to excel exports. I do think the help and customer support is super, but we hope they continue to add features.

I have no complaints about Breeze! It is meeting our needs with flying colors.

Pros: It's easy to use and navigate. Customer service (the few times I've had to contact them) has always been quick to respond, helpful and kind. It does everything we need it to do at a reasonable price. We aren't paying a ton of money for software that's time-consuming to use and full of features we don't need.

Cons: It would be great if Breeze offered a financial software package (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, etc.) that is as easy to use as their church management software.

Pros: The software is so easy to use and very easy to create (and find) a search for certain information. We are a church and used a different software that was horrible to find info after it was entered. The reports were awful. Breeze is so easy to use and customize. Breeze customer service is top notch!! Always helpful and quick to respond.

Cons: NOTHING!! It's fantastic!

Pros: Ease of use. All of our staff (ages 15-65) use Breeze with no problems. It's flexibility is incredible. The support team is amazing and the price is unbeatable!

Pros: Ease of Use, breadth and depth of database

Cons: User permissions need more options with confidentiality items; ACH not available to pay for registrations except through outside vendor (PayPal, etc).

Overall: Breeze was a new concept to us - a small company big on functionality. Having come from an expensive ChMS that we discovered was big on extras and extremely short on the basics, we had band-aided our ChMS needs over 5-6 vendors, ending up with 4 complete and another partial database! In three months, we have migrated three of our functional databases - texting, contributions, and check-ins - completely over to one Breeze database! And it will soon do everything except Worship Service Planning and online giving for us (which will integrate with Breeze allowing us to maintain one central database)! Breeze has phenomenal Customer Support, and is continually listening to customer feedback and tweaking their system, all the while keeping things "simple" yet with the full depth of a true database. We love Breeze and are excited to roll out the rest of our systems -- calendaring and event planning top the list -- and explore pieces of Breeze that we have never had, even with our more expensive solutions! Way to go, Breeze!

Pros: We are able to easily add users who find the process very easy to use and understand. The training time for individual users is very minimal.

Cons: Any of those concerns have been fixed. When we have had concerns or suggestions the company corrected or added the features in a short time span.

Overall: We are able to create a lot of accountability among our team members. We are to meet the needs of our growing congregation in a team ministry effort. We are able to employ more people in the daily activities of ministry.

Pros: Customer service is exceptional, they answer the phone and then email me a copy of the procedure-ao helpful!

Cons: There is nothing that would hold me back from purchasing this again or highly recommending it to others.

Overall: As a medium size church, we realized a need to better track with our people and especially with families -for our kids programming. Breeze has been simple to use, train our volunteers on and fun to interact with. They often solve an issue and develop a new feature just as we need it!

Pros: Breeze software is scalable so it continues to remain perfectly functional as we grow. The software allows check-in, online calendar, membership management, online giving records, online signup forms, online giving and many other features in one software at one price that never goes up!

Cons: It would be nice to have an app that allows contacts to be kept offline or synced with phone. The check-in printer is sometimes glitchy as well.

Pros: Ease of entering contributions and running donation reports as well as easy access to people data.

Cons: There doesn't seem to be an easy way to have multiple addresses for a person/family and activate the current one. As a workaround, I save multiple addresses for one person/family in separate fields and copy/paste the current address into the active address window.

Overall: Keeping our donation and people's data current is truly "a breeze"!

Pros: The ease of use and the customer support are both outstanding. They are constantly listening to the users to make it an even better product.

Overall: Less time spent on the financial part of my job. Attendance taking is a "breeze." The adaptability to our church specifically is a major benefit, too.
