July 18, 2019 5.0 We are able to track our members and visitors with ease. The calendar feature allows us to track attendance, volunteers, and works well with our website, and other media. The online giving has made data entry so much easier! I highly recommend this product. I worked with another company for over 10 years, and thought they were the best. Breeze changed my mind. They by far have been the best solution for our church software needs. Pros The software is easy to use for both staff, and church members. It has features that allow us to work with other software programs we already use. The online giving portion is my favorite! It was an easy transition from our old church software and from our online giving software. Cons What We Liked Least About Breeze ChMS While our overall experience with Breeze ChMS has been very positive, the main challenge we faced was the initial learning curve. Like any new system, it took some time to get used to the layout, features, and navigation—especially for team members who weren't familiar with digital church management tools. Some of the more advanced features, such as creating custom reports or automating workflows, required a bit of trial and error and some guidance from the help center. However, once we got over that hurdle, the system became much easier to use and actually improved our efficiency. Fortunately, Breeze offers great support resources, including video tutorials and responsive customer service, which helped us get up to speed fairly quickly. In short, while the learning curve was a temporary challenge, it was well worth the effort for the benefits we now enjoy. July 8, 2025 5.0 I have been with Breeze for the last 7 years and have loved my experience with them. Customer service has to be one of their best features. They also assign you a customer service representative who checks in from time to time and gives you updates on new product features, which gives it a next-level feel. Pros One of the biggest pros of Breeze ChMS is that it is built and designed with churches and their unique needs. Their customer service is top notch and I have loved using this program and seeing the future of this program. Cons My one complaint is the lack of integrated external printers that can be used with the program. The printers that I currently use work fine, but it feels limited. Pros I have used Breeze/Tithely at two jobs now - in fact, I recommended it for my current position. It is set up to be intuitive, has everything we need, and the customer service team is always great when I've needed help! Cons There are no big cons I've found. There are little things like additional fields I'd like to see ... add an option for "mailing list" for members who don't want newsletters but do want other mailings. As a pastor, I find it hard to live without all the tools it offers. Pros I find Breeze easy to use. The app makes it very easy to access information whereever ministry takes me and to collaborate with others on our church leadership team. The free installation process is a gift. Cons Stewardship letters are not Breezy - acknoweldging pledges and such. Statements are fine, but trying to use the information in other communications is more complicated. Volunteer sign up is also limited to those who are specifically invited rather than a general link that can be shared in a newsletter. We are now using it as our church directory for our congregation. It has been accepted well by our congregants. Pros Ease of use. It has all that we need. It keeps all our records and allows us to check in our kiddos and keep accurate attendance. We also do our online giving through Breeze. Cons I wish we could put in anniversaries and birthdates without a year. If someone does not give us a year, we put in 1900 which makes them very old! Pros What I like most about this software are the options and features for member database. We are not driven on how many members, but what makes up the church and our calling to serve Christ. It is how people communicate these days, much more than emails, so I think this is a miss for Breeze. the new filters have some glitches but I trust things will be worked out. I know we are not using it to the best of it's potential but it works for what our needs are for now. Pros I like the ease of recording donations and the reports that can be accessed. I also find it easy to change fund names and add new funds. Cons I do not care for the People search program. I have worked with another program (different work place) that shows a list of the people and than you can click on the name and also the phone number and address are visible in the list so that you don't have to click on the persons file to see this.
