July 18, 2019 5.0 We are able to track our members and visitors with ease. The calendar feature allows us to track attendance, volunteers, and works well with our website, and other media. The online giving has made data entry so much easier! I highly recommend this product. I worked with another company for over 10 years, and thought they were the best. Breeze changed my mind. They by far have been the best solution for our church software needs. Pros The software is easy to use for both staff, and church members. It has features that allow us to work with other software programs we already use. The online giving portion is my favorite! It was an easy transition from our old church software and from our online giving software. The support team has helped me figure out creative ways to use the software, and they always respond quickly to my requests. Cons I wish it had church financials built in. Pros As a pastor who has been using Breeze since 2017 with two different churches, I can confidently say that what I love most about Tithely Church Management is its simplicity and focus on people. It makes loving and caring for others so straightforward. From tracking attendance and following up with new visitors, to organizing volunteers and handling giving, the platform keeps everything in one place. I especially appreciate how Tithely is moving toward being a one-stop shop for all things church, which means less time managing multiple systems and more time investing in people. Cons The fees could be more competitive. However, I’ve also come to believe that you get what you pay for. What Tithely charges seems to be reinvested into innovation and development, which benefits churches in the long run. While sometimes I wish certain tools were even more customizable, the platform is steadily improving and expanding. There are plenty of tutorials to help along the way and usually any issues you have or questions you have are answered within 24 hours. Pros It is very easy to use and services all the needs we have for a church. I love that we are able to customize the use of it for our church. Our volunteers use it to help make sure guests are followed up with as well as church members are cared for. There were other options that we considered but in the end what we found most beneficial was the value for the price. I especially love the feature of being able to keep track of monthly and weekly donations. Cons The only negative thing that I have found is it is a little hard to customize. We have also recently come into a place where Google Chrome has had issues running the program. Some of the more advanced features, such as creating custom reports or automating workflows, required a bit of trial and error and some guidance from the help center. However, once we got over that hurdle, the system became much easier to use and actually improved our efficiency. They also assign you a customer service representative who checks in from time to time and gives you updates on new product features, which gives it a next-level feel. Pros One of the biggest pros of Breeze ChMS is that it is built and designed with churches and their unique needs. Their customer service is top notch and I have loved using this program and seeing the future of this program. I found that it was not only simple but also well-suited to our needs. I love that Breeze is built on a responsive platform so I can access all the features from my laptop, tablet, or phone - so its always at my fingertips. Breeze has improved the efficiency of the way we communicate with our parishioners and has helped us improve the integrity of our data. Pros The free trial is one of the best I have seen in terms of allowing you to have just about full functionality while evaluating the product. The tech support is outstanding with quick response time and helpful solutions. The database is very easy to navigate and is logically organized. As a result, the learning curve for this software is very short. The ability to create separate user roles with specific access abilities is a key feature of the product which allows us to have multiple users on the system. One of the primary features is the ability to send email or text message to anyone in the database. The system then identifies which emails/text messages failed to be delivered so we can easily follow up on corrections. Cons The only feature of the product that could be improved is the ability to print the Calendar. Review Source MW Monica W. We take attendance using breeze, and are able to know and follow up on those who have been away for whatever filter we set up. We are able to have reports on birthdays and anniversaries and remember those special days. The big help it has been is with recording contributions. The ease of printing receipts is amazing. Pros Being able to keep all the information on our members and attendees has been so helpful. And having this integrated with keeping track of offerings for tax receipting purposes has been awesome. Previously we would have the member information, and the offering record keeper would have theirs - so much duplication. Cons With changing ownership, I think, we lost the ability to send out broadcast texts in Canada. That has really been hard. Some people prefer to receive texts instead of emails.
