### "Breeze is simple but still does a ton!"

Pros

I was not familiar with Breeze until my job as a secretary at a church and I love it especially as a church Directory! It is easy and simple to use and it is super convenient to look someones phone number and address up! It lives up to its name Breeze working like a breeze ;)

Cons

Something I think would that be helpful in regards to the Form feature if it said on the form by the required that needed filled out "required" instead of "optional" by the optional lines. As example, we use the form feature for our Connection Card on our church app. Say I put a subject line for someone to tell us, "How many people will be attending with you?". It isn't required for them to fill out if they won't be attending, but they can't submit the form until they put a number. I wouldn't want it to say 'optional' next to it because it is required if they are attending so event. Hope that makes sense! I think it would cause things to be more smooth for the person filling it out.

### "CHMS is a Breeze with Breezze"

We've had a great experience from data migration (years ago now) to our current state. Customer service has been great when needed and the team at Breeze is always working to improve the product!

Pros

Low cost and ease of use were primary drivers in our decision to go with Breeze. Online giving is quick and easy for people to use, we can manage our church "directory," volunteer management - it's everything we need!

Cons

There's nothing in particular I don't like about Breeze. It's met our needs well!

Excellent - and great customer service when I am looking for a solution.

Pros

There are many things I like about Breeze - easy to use, easy to track information, but one of the best features is that I can tie individuals/families together that don't share the same last name. Our old technology was built in a time where spouses or partners all shared the same last name, and it was not adaptable to the changing times. Breeze is excellent for this.

Cons

There is still a problem when people pay their pledges outside the pledge year. I have to alter the dates to make them apply to the correct pledge year.

We are very pleased with the ease of use and especially with customer service!

Pros

Having all our membership and event data in one place and the ease of giving for our people is vital. There is no long learning curve, every one of my staff was able to use Breeze from the very start.

Cons

We have added Breeze giving to all of our media, but we have also used Tithe.ly Text to Give for years. We will be adding Breeze, but since many of our givers have Tithe.ly already set up it would be wonderfl it Tithe.ly could integrate with Breeze as well.

The software is user friendly and easily accessible. I appreciate the technical customer support whenever I need assistance. it is timely and always helpful.

Cons

I would like to be able to select and search a little easier, however I am very satisfied. It would be great if we could use them for our accounts payable side of financials.

Learning and growing together. It's been a good experience.

Pros

I love the price point and the customer service is off the charts amazing.

Cons

Some of the features are "clunky" and it's sometimes hard to get the program to do what we want it to do. For example, the email composer is extremely basic and is basically a lot of text boxes layered on top of each other. You really have to keep fiddling with it to get something remotely nice to send out and it's a pain. I would love to see this feature updated to be able to compose beautiful and professional looking emails.

Customize-able to fit your busniess/ministry culture, tutorial videos are short, but throrough, levels of accessibility can be set per user so that people only see what they need to see, the price is very reasonable and no hidden cost.

Cons

No referral program, but I am happy to refer Breeze and talk about it all the time.

I absolutely love Breeze and I recommend it to every pastor who asks. We are especially thrilled that we implemented it prior to Covid-19, because it has made virtual contact and organization significantly easier.

Pros

Breeze is extremely easy to use. It is easy to navigate from an administration point of view, and it's easy for users to access as well. It also combines all of our services: online giving, envelope giving, emails, directory, groups, calendars, and attendance. They have thought of everything churches need.

Cons

The one problem is that some people do not receive the emails from the church - either they get stuck in spam or promotional folders. I should say it's better than our last email agent that we used, but there are still some un-received emails by members.

Breeze is affordable - it still does cost $600 a year, but it's worth it. It also includes all of the necessary tasks that we needed a program to cover.

### "It Really is a Breeze!"

We now have a working directory that we can customize. I hope to roll it out to the congregation soon so they can access it on their devices. Thank you Breeze for the Great Software and the exceptional support staff!

Pros

We are new to Breeze so I find another thing I like about it all the time. One of my favorite things is the ability to tag people; it allows me to pull up anyone in a tag (council members, ministry team members and volunteers, etc...) and send texts or emails straight out of the program. I also love the search ability, I can run a search for a targeted age group and pull up those who fall in that group. Our old membership software did not have either of these abilities and cost us $30 more per month.

Cons

I am still new to Breeze, so I am still learning. The thing that I like least is that when printing a directory grouping people into families I have not found a way to keep deceased family members from showing up n the directory.

We have loved using Breeze, it has been a game changer for us!

Pros

I love the fact the Breeze just works. Its interface is simple but so powerful. You can quickly accomplish tasks with no difficulty at all.

Cons

The only "issue" we have had with Breeze was hitting a text limit cap one month. We were sending daily text for a 21 day fast and about half way through we hit the 5,000/month max text limit.

This has helped use streamline access to the people we interact with by providing a database that can be accessed by all of our office at varying levels of user restrictions.

Pros

The ease of use and mobile accessibility are the most loved featured in our office.

Cons

This is designed for churches and does a great job with that, we are a religious organization but we're not a church so we're having to be a little more creative in how to make it work fully for us.

Cons

When designing a form you have to work within a small text box instead of a screen so it can be a little difficult. But really that is the only dislike. This product is amazing!

Everything has been great, I have nothing negative to report.

Pros

Very user friendly, easy to navigate, not tiring on the eyes. I am able to edit the entries in a much simpler way than before. Still not using all the available options, will get to that soon. Customer support is excellent.

Cons

I would be very happy if I could download a list with the Unique Serial Numbers and amounts donated. I have to submit one to our account at the end of the year, and now I copy everything manually.

Breeze has been great the easy using the app is incredible, my team is still learning.

Pros

The most impactful is being able to take attendance for each event, then it ties into the calendar.

Cons

We had the limited ability to designate dates that members joined, when they are baptized and/or when they leave. We are not able to designate titles/positions. The transfer of money is slower than expected.

It just seemed like a better fit for our use, especially to collect offerings and funds for events within one location.

We are very happy with the entire experience with Breeze. We are a larger than average church, and when we chose Breeze as our ChMS, we knew we would be stretching the application at times. The Breeze support staff has always handled situations that came up and helped us through difficult issues quickly and efficiently.

Pros

Breeze is clean, easy to learn and use, yet powerful enough to allow us to do almost anything we need a database for. It is also very economical. The support staff is spectacular.

Cons

It is still a fairly new entry in the church database market and there are a number of areas they could add to make it more robust

We needed a management system that could help us do everything from tracking attendance, scheduling events, online sign-ups, etc... and you guessed it on budget. While some programs offered more features, there was just something about the Breeze team that was different. Breeze was perfect for our needs and the best thing is they listen to our needs and work in every way possible to address them. They are quick to respond to questions and give great feedback.

Pros

Immediate client services. They are quick to answer emails and help when you experience a problem. They are constantly asking for client feedback and truly take that feedback to help better the product. Easy of use with Breeze? It's a Breeze - video tutorials make learning easy. We were surprised at how others in the church have jumped on board with the software.

Cons

Yes, I suppose there are some cons for everyone but nothing that would cause us to stop using the software. For me the reporting feature could be a little more robust, enabling me to customize reports a little more. When building form, depending on the amount of information you are gathering on the form, when it is printed it can print distorted. Again not a deal breaker as we are working to move more of our team members away from relying on printed forms. Breeze is always working to improve features.

Breeze is easy to use. The reports are a dream. I can get most financial information on one screen without having to run report. I would recommend Breeze to any church big or small. I know I have not even tapped into all the features yet.

Pros

The ease of use is one of the things I like most. I also like that I can change the fields to meet the needs of my congregation. Their customer service is excellent.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about Breeze, there is no easy way to stop someone from appearing on reports without archiving them. When someone moves away, I don't want to archive them immediately.
