By and large, I have had really good experiences!

Pros

I really loved the ease of its use and how simple it is. I used this software a lot when taking surveys and it greatly helped me earn lots of money!

Cons

I didn’t like how sometimes the software would lag and force me to quit. This wouldn’t happen often, but when it did, it was really frustrating. That would definitely be the only con I ever experienced!

Easy to build questionnaire targeting your audience fast and inexpensively with live feedback in minutes and graphs at end.

Cons

I could find any reason not to use Pollfish now.

As mentioned earlier Pollfish really is a saviour. We get completes from the territories where we ourselves lakh panelists. The overall experience is really awesome for me.

Pros

Pollfish DIY tool is really easy to use and as a tenured market research professional myself I can say that it really came to our rescue in bad times.

Cons

Although the overall experience with the tool is nice still some bigs and fixes are required like one time the tool got stuck in the middle of setting up a project and we had to troubleshoot with the help of the CS team.

Pros

The company crew completed fast, perfect and very qualified work. Respectable company. We are going to surely recommend it to everyone

Cons

I had such a great experience with the advisor that I would normally give a 5; however, at the end of my call the advisor said 'follow-up with any questions' which I did...and...crickets despite multiple attempts. Not sure if this was the specific advisor or the fact the process is broken, but that part was a little disappointing. Regardless, I'd use Capterra again (including the advisory service) 10 out of 10 times.

Pros

It was extremely simple to use, and very effective at getting data. Very impressive. It was extraordinarily difficult to achieve similar results simply using a form and advertisements.

I would like the ability to import a google forms so I wouldn't have to recreate old forms.

Pros

I love the ease with which we can create and deploy a survey. The targeting parameters are quite robust and are often the same as or better than competitors. Love the international audience, which is hard to find in other survey companies.

Cons

The only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't allow us to score responses for a self assessment of the person who took the survey after it is completed. A lot of competitors offer that and it is a great feature that I wish to see in Pollfish as well.
