Pollfish was a really easy and quick way to get quality market research!

Pros

The platform was very easy to use, and the data was comprehensive.

Cons

Better explanation of stratification would be nice to have, and it feels a bit like you're getting nickel-and-dimed for adding on small features (e.g. question randomization)

Pros

Very easy to use, flexible, modern. Great solution overall

Cons

This is not software problem but I think many people- respondents- do not take taking survey seriously. There were answers to my question s that didn't pass the sanity check, and also there were many conflicting answers. I think Pollfish is doing a great job, but I'm curious how they'll deal with human factor.

I believe it was awesome. Within few minutes I was able to create my survey and within few days get my results back and analyze my market

Pros

I lked the ease of creating polls and the the speed of getting the results from relevant users that I analysed to get insights on my market

That I had to export my results to analyze them further

Fantastic!

Pros

Pollfish's team worked closely with me to refine my survey so it would perform it's best. Then they generated nearly 500 responses from customers all over the nation within an hour or so. Very effective!they

Cons

No cons. The user interface was very easy to understand and the service was well worth the money.

Very impressed - simple and easy to use. Great value compared to other similar systems.

Pros

I found pollfish to be easy to use, and very user-friendly.

Cons

I think some of the features such as the option to select 'other' and input the user's own response could be improved. In addition, the ranking system for answers could be expanded so the limit goes above 10 max. options.

Pros

I found the survey builder easy, and the costumer support found few mistakes I had made and corrected them quickly. The website allowed me to survey only 100 people, for an okay price.

Cons

When you click on star review, it should list how many stars you choose. If you choose a 10 star choice, for instance, then I think it is hard to tell how much you choose when you click on them.

Loved it. Being able to get opinions from people located around the world and watching the result come in real-time, just great.

Pros

The convenience of having access to millions of opinions from the comfort of my office. Setting up in a few minutes and very active support. Not having to deal with some stock up marketing manager from some big marketing company who thinks he is gods gift to humanity!

Cons

It gets very expensive when you add a few criteria.

Overall, Pollfish is simple and easy to use. I would use Pollfish again for a similar project.

Pros

Making a survey was easy with Pollfish's software. I had some complex questions that required many images and I was able to set up the survey fairly quickly. The customer support team was very responsive on the chat and via email. I liked that Pollfish finds respondents and offers the ability to designate the age/industry/etc of desired respondents.

Cons

The slider bar is limited. I'd hoped to use it to easily gauge price sensitivity but the ways I could format it limited it's usefulness in that case.

Pollfish offered advanced survey creation features and the ability to find specific poll respondents.

Pros

The surveys don't take too long. Real easy and simple.

Cons

Some surveys will kick you out after just one question. And sometimes the questions will be repeated. Other than that, it's good .
