Pros

It is a good concept. Easy to use if you know something about computers. I like how it separates users names.

Cons

I wish it would time stamp when the customers info was put in to the calendar and stamp the persons name that put in the customers info. And need more colors

More busier than ever...the staff find it easier than ever initially they were frightened but know think we shouldn't done this years ago

Made it much easier for our booking system clients book online we come in the morning to see the page full. everything is very up to date any problems the team ar very helpful

Pros

The ease and the cost and I like it as I have it on my phone to access appointments and to schedule new or change existing clients

Cons

On the payment screen theee are too many steps if this could be broken down to a simpler version of cash / eftpos then paid it would be much simpler

I love that I can access this from anywhere . It is easy to see and all staff can also access the appointment schedule from anywhere

Cons

I would like to have more specific access to my reports, I'd like to manage the date/ time of which I can see the reports and specific information

Good support team Very responsive Able to do online bookings Promote spa , Spa apppears more professional with the reservations , reminders and reviews. a limited area for pics. Sales and reports. Client and staff info can be kept. So much more.. It is so large and have so many areas. It takes a while to really learn everything and to see if this or that is relevant to me , but they are tutorials so I need to watch them and then there is that fabulous online support they have .

Pros

I love that it gives me reports. It has space for endless clients and their details. Very intricately detailed, they seem to have thought of every aspect of what a Spa needs

I’m really not technically minded at all, the app explains its self well and areas that I didn’t understand, the staff in the background were there at the end of the phone or email with all my question and made it easy for me. I’m truly so thrilled with the service I’ve received from ovatu, I’ve already recommended this programme to other colleagues.

Pros

How easy it is to use, from my point of view and clients. The support from ovatu help line by email and phone was just incrediable and very prompt.

Cons

I really can’t find any fault with it, it’s working perfectly now we are up and running.

The customer service was super helpful. I wouldn't have been able to customize it to my needs without their useful guidance!

Pros

The ability to customize it in so many ways. We have a Laser Tag attraction that we needed to take reservations for in order to follow safety procedures due to Covid. We were able to schedule out Group Classes, but cap the amount of people at 1 so reservations could be saved under one name, but we could then schedule it like a class.

Cons

The names of certain sections were a bit confusing to follow. Luckily the tutorial pages helped me figure out what meant what.

Reason for choosing Ovatu

More customizable and user friendly. Also takes up less space on my website.

As a new Salon owner I didn't have the income to spend on expensive booking systems so I turned to a colleague who mention OVATU. First of all I love that its affordable ..but tony surprise it does more then what I needed it for . It's easy to use and friendly for online booking customers. It emails and text your clients with reminders. I do all my inventory and daily,weekly, monthly, yearly reports. My stylist find it easy to user friendly and always on point. I can't say enough about this product okay, so the only con is that the customer service is overseas and it via email only. Sometimes you need to wait over night BUT by morning I ALWAYS have my answers. I had a lot of questions till i got familiar with the program . Dave the Owner is awesome and professional . We love OVATU

So easy to use, like being able to access anytime from anywhere, other practitioners can log in too, reduces admin time for me and for clients

Pros

So easy to use, to set up (amazing customer service support with integration of data from previous system)

Cons

Would like to be able to connect till drawer without going through a receipt printer, want to reduce paper production hence electronic not paper based records!

Controlling appointments and auto reminders

Pros

Reminders are sent by SMS or email, updates instantly on all devices. Have never had a problem getting into the app or online.

Cons

Certain elements could be better on the app, finding your way around to amend something. Sometimes find it easier with the online version to amend details.

I am so glad we moved to Ovatu. It's fantastic and all our clients love it, we love it and the customer service is awesome! It's easy to use for both parties. I love the inclusive sms reminders too! Just everything about it really!

Pros

It holds every kind of information you could ever need for each client. I love the reports too! I recommend this to all PMU artists!

Cons

It was a bit daunting to set up (forms) but that could be the user!! Once I got the hang of it, setting up my forms was a breeze!

The software was great as I could have classes or pt on there. I also loved that people could book in for classes online

Cons

The only thing I could probably say is the help guide section could probably be a little better but it didn't really matter as the customer service was great.
