“Works great, good value for money.”

OverallWe works now more process driven, makes planing easier.
ProsUsing for a couple of weeks now and we like the way it works and also the ccomplete intigration with Lisensing, Software Managment and Invetory.
ConsAs we using it now for just a couple of weeks we are still in a learning curve, building reports is a bit hard. Also we are missing the option to preview tickets while scrolling.
