Schlechter Support! Der Geschäftsführer von Mosaik, die mit Deskcenter zusammen sind hat kein Plan von seinem Laden! Und Kulanz ist bei denen auch nicht zu sehen!

Pros

Nichts, die Software funktioniert nach über einem Jahr nicht! Der Support ist einfach schlecht. Da gibt es nicht gutes zu schreiben! Und das unterschreibe ich mit 10 ITlern die wir hier bei einer Behörde sind!

Cons

Server und Computer werden im Betrieb einfach neu gestartet, ohne Vorwarnung. Support hat keine Ahnung. Selbst eine Neuinstallation hat das nicht behoben. Danach ging noch weniger! Nicht mal OS Deployment!

We works now more process driven, makes planing easier.

Pros

Using for a couple of weeks now and we like the way it works and also the ccomplete intigration with Lisensing, Software Managment and Invetory.

Cons

As we using it now for just a couple of weeks we are still in a learning curve, building reports is a bit hard. Also we are missing the option to preview tickets while scrolling.
