I have found their customer service to be extremely helpful and their software to be exceptionally user-friendly. They have been very responsive to my questions and requests, and have provided valuable insights into how their product can best be used.With Voyager Software, I can better understand customer behavior and preferences, and identify potential areas of improvement. I can use the data to better segment customers and track changes in customer behavior. This has enabled me to more effectively target customers who are likely to be interested in particular products or services.The benefits I have realized from using Voyager Software include an increased understanding of my customer base, improved customer segmentation, and better targeting of potential customers. Additionally, I have existed able to save time and money by streamlining processes, such as product and customer analysis. Overall, Voyager Software has enabled me to gain a greater understanding of my customers and to better serve their needs. Pros Pros - The most impactful feature of Voyager Software is its comprehensive suite of features, which includes automation, reporting, analytics, and artificial intelligence. This allows users to easily manage, track, and analyze their data. -The product is highly user-friendly and provides an intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface. -The integration process is straightforward and fast, allowing users to quickly integrate Voyager Software with their existing business processes. -Voyager Software also offers excellent customer support and online resources to help users get the most out of the product. Cons I found that the learning curve for Voyager Software was quite steep, and there was not a lot of documentation to help users get up to speed quickly. Additionally, integration with existing business processes was quite difficult as the software was not designed to be easily adapted to existing processes. Finally, some of the features were missing or could be improved, such as the ability to customize reports and the lack of an automation tool. I like that you can access a patron's record to see which titles they currently have checked out. I like that you can extend the loan period of a title in circulation by opening the patron's record, selecting the title, and editing the due date. Cons As I worked at facilities that did not charge overdue fines, fines for overdue titles were not listed on a patron's record. This resulted in a lack of income for the library. Pros Everything is on one platform, and you know what is being done and what is still pending on assigned tasks for every team member involved in the project. It is a good way of tracking and being on schedule when it comes to setting deadlines and deliverables in a certain project. It is a good way to assess how everyone in the team is performing in a project. It is simple and easy to use software that helps the team work together in a project by adding notes, updates and view pending to do list in a project. Cons The number of projects and number of people that you can add to a project would also depend on what costing plan you avail.
