Lead management for my insurance agency. There was practically no learning curve.

Pros

Leads pop-up in application and as an email. Very easy to navigage. Extremely user friendly. Good reporting.

Cons

I wish the notes would save in the lead record. Or if it does, I don't know where to find them there.

Intuitive functionality on the portal. mostly self-servicing which I like.

Cons

The portal should offer capability to each individual profile to manage the call options like when to receive or pause the lead. That will be very helpful.

Pros

I have always disliked buying leads because of the quality of the leads and/or the response of the company when trying to return. We have been using SmartFinancial leads for almost 2 weeks and I have been very impressed with things. Sure we have had some leads that were not good but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been responsive and the leads are quickly returned. So far so good we have closed several accounts in a short amount of time.

Getting new customers is the key to maintaining for the first 10-12 years. We started using this a few months ago and love the new client acquisition ability.

Pros

Easy to use for a non-novice. Live and Delivered leads that are prequalified is a game changer!

Cons

I haven’t found anything that I dont like at this point. we’ve been using it for about 4 months and so far so good

Ease of getting customers in the door is great - transfers;etc all worked great. i've hardly used software like this. They blow your phone up with calls and emails and calls and emails once you arent' with them anymore; It gets old.

Overall, they are good for what they offer. Be mindful with internet leads they have a low conversion and low retention percentage.

Pros

If you are a scratch insurance agent or any agency looking for some quick leads to round out a month or year, Contactability is a good place to start. As with any internet lead company, keep your expectations low but they seem to be one of the better companies of the bunch. Their service is really good and they are constantly refining their process and filters.

Cons

As someone who has purchased thousands of dollars worth of internet leads, be prepared to be frustrated. You will receive leads that are nowhere near what your filters should be. There will also be times when you will not receive credit for a bad lead.
