January 15, 2019 5.0 We have been able to cut the hiring and onboarding process down tremendously. Streamlining our onboarding was very important; the new hires are able to access the site from anywhere. This is essential to us because we hire all over the country, and sending an email with the link with easy steps has been great. Also, my implementation and contact person is the best of all times. She is wonderful and has been nothing but a gem to us, and we appreciate her so very much. Pros What I most like about the HR Cloud software is that it gives our new hires the ability to use through their smartphones, and that it is user friendly. It was important to have a system for our employees to use that was not time consuming; our employees are in the construction field, having a computer is not an option most of the time. Cons What do I like least about is the software is terming or inactivating an employee does not take the task out of task option. The task build up and you have to cancel them in bulk. HR Cloud made the onboarding process paperless to save us paper file storage space, and forced compliance on the order we offer the forms. We can no work much more efficiently and quickly with the help of HR Cloud. Pros The software helps with keeping us compliant and can be tailored to what we need. We have different onboarding processes for different positions. The interface is also nicely designed to be easily navigated graphically. If you just need something to help you with onboarding, you can get it done with HRCloud. We cross-shopped the sofware against Agile HR, Zenefit Hire, Clear Company, ICIMS, Workbright, Namely. Nothing came close to the value that HR Cloud brings. Cons The software is optimized for larger screens has a higher aspect ratio than 4:3 that my monitor offers. As a result, some forms has to be scrolled from left to right on my old monitor. Easy to get started, and the free trial is a good idea if you're on the fence about it. HR Cloud is a time-saver, and can help you spend more time on other, more important tasks. Customization is great, and it's not hard to do. Love the way you can build out your workflow. Support is great, which is a pleasure after we gave up on our previous platform for the terrible service during our trial period. Nice breath of fresh air. Cons Some certain, more advanced features might take a minute to figure out and be proficient at, but that's usually the cost of having such robust features at your fingerprints. There are some things on the roadmap that i would like to be hurried along by their dev team :) ha, but they do fine w/ rolling out features. Review Source LD Laura D. December 12, 2018 5.0 We started using this when we were a very small company, when we could still do everything by hand but chose to automate the process. All of a sudden, we experienced tremendous growth and almost doubled our company in size. If we did not have this system in place, there is no way we could have successfully done that! But because we had gone ahead and signed up for the system and were using it as part of our daily process, it saved us the financial cost of having to add another employee in our human resources department just to cover the growth - this did it all for us. We are now a medium sized company, but with this software in place we look like a large one with individualized employee portals. One of the best financial and software decisions our company has ever made. Pros An incredible level of quality and professionalism from the team. Clean intuitive interface that is easy for our employees to navigate. An INCREDIBLE value for the money. We can easily manage the onboarding and off-boarding of our employees, without having to worry that something can get overlooked. I love the video tasks, where users can watch a video - perfect for training videos, and then we have their signature on file for completing the task. Additional capabilities are added frequently, and each time I look forward to reading the version release notes to see what new fun there is. Cons I've tried and tried to think of a con for this, and I can't. It's that good, and yes I believe in it wholeheartedly. I would recommend it to EVERY business out there. Review Source Anna M. With our business operating out of many different locations and senior leadership often working remotely it has been great to have a system that can be accessed from any where and is easy for our employees to navigate. I love knowing where to find all the on-boarding documents, having the ease of checking time off requests before I run payroll, and using the note function to make any performance notes I need from anywhere. The staff support has also been amazing, responsive, and quick. Pros I love how easy it is to fill out necessary on-boarding documents for both the employees and myself. Cons There are some bugs that you find as you go, but I will say that as I find them and tell the HR Cloud team, they quickly work to address them. Review Source Aly O. " November 15, 2017 5.0 Pros This product does exactly what we needed it to do; engage our team with light, fun announcements. Many of the products we were looking for were just too heavy for what we needed or just too social. Workmates offers a super clean interface. Our team was able to activate their account in one click and there was no training required. It's mobile app is an awesome resource when the team is out of the office or on the go. Simple, fun, easy to use! Cons We signed on while Workmates was still in development and working out the links. March 13, 2019 5.0 HR Cloud is making it easy for us to keep the onboarding process within HR and free up our staff to work on projects. This makes our staff more efficient all around. We tried to onboard with another software, and the difference in support and implementation was night and day. HR Cloud was the answer to our prayers! Pros It was an easy setup, easy implementation, and our employees love the ease of use! We have gotten remarkable feedback from our new hires on how efficient our onboarding is now that we have HR Cloud! Cons We don't have anything we liked least. Anytime an issue came up or there was a problem, we could reach out to our implementation consultant, Grga, and his team. Or we could reach out to support and they gave us very good resources and solutions. My rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been great! Pros The versatility and capability to customize company specific items. The customer support. The auto generated tasks. The ability to see where the HR team is at any moment. The ability to see where a new employee is in the process from anywhere. The ability to text message candidates. Lots of things to like. Cons The initial use for a new employee seems to be a little tricky. The app has limitations which limits our use of it. Though we do use it to upload documents as it is easy to just click upload document and take photo and have it automatically load to a new employee profile. HR Assistant Financial Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Purchase for a small HR Team" March 4, 2019 5.0 This was exactly what we needed and then some. We have been really impressed by the implementation process and by how willing our account manager was to work through every little process we have. She always provides options if what I want isn't possible. All options have worked, and sometimes, are better than the original plan. Pros The software is very customizable (within reason) and pairs nicely with ADP WorkforceNow. Our process previously was all paper-based. HR Cloud took us into the 21st century. We changed our onboarding processes for the better implementing this system. It was a lot of work on the front end, but well worth it. A bonus add was the Workmates and Kudos apps. We initially bought only for the onboarding function and really transitioned this into our HRIS. Cons I would really like to be able to build forms into the application process. I have spoken to our account manager about this and have been told HR Cloud will work on getting this function in the future. Review Source MV Matt V. I hope I never have to use HR Cloud again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even for HR Cloud's $100 gift card referral promo. Maintaining positive relationships with my HR network is more valuable than that. Pros \- It accomplishes basic applicant tracking and onboarding needs. - The HR Cloud team has nice people. Cons \- It is SO SLOW. Literally, clicking through several applicants when recruiting is painful. You watch the loading circle over and over. (It's not our internet. I ruled out that variable through some experiments and I'm tech savvy.) - It literally DOESN'T SAVE INFO. I'll change the status of an applicant, progressing them through the hiring process and it doesn't save it. I had to not use this feature and track applicants progressing toward hire in a separate excel sheet. - It DOES NOT connect with key job sites for posting jobs like LinkedIn, Google jobs, Facebook jobs. You only get Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster and ZipRecruiter. - For onboarding, the assigning of tasks is functional, but promotes a very impersonal onboarding experience. Review Source MC Marissa C. February 28, 2019 4.0 Overall, the software has been an excellent addition and a huge improvement to our organization's onboarding process. Rep has gone above and beyond his job description in every way and truly made our HR Cloud experience as seamless as possible. He is paitent, quick to respond, and overall a joy to work with. I look forward to our meetings and hang up each call with a smile on my face - even if I originally had questions or glitches with the software itself. Pros The software itself has centralized our Onboarding process and - fortunately - moved us to a completely paperless process! However, in my opinion, the customer service we have received from our assigned Account Manager has been beyond excellent and truly made our HR Cloud transition pleasurable. Cons Initially, the software was a little challenging to learn without a user manual or help center - however, I look forward to utilizing the new Help Center and FAQ section now! Our rep was AMAZING during implementation and still is always around for questions and help with any new items we need to get implemented! Pros So many to list- ease of use, operational efficiencies it has allowed our Company to obtain, continually adding new features, dev team actually listens to customer feedback, etc. Cons Not a whole lot- they are very open to taking feedback and improving on it for the user. Pros It's always a plus when time consuming tasks become easier for HR professionals but what I love most about this product is the ease HR Cloud has made this software for all users - the employee, the manager and the HR professional. HR Cloud, hands down has simplified and streamlined everyone's workload! Cons As with any new software it takes a bit of getting used to, however, HR Cloud has the ability to do a variety of tasks that save a lot of time. Our implementation guy was really helpful with testing and ideas to fit our goals and ever-changing request. :-) Cons There are times that we may experience a time zone difference but all is well in arranging time and days that fit our schedules. May 8, 2019 5.0 Pros I recently purchased HR Cloud and rep was assigned to help me set up our account. At first I was skeptical about the situation and new platform but rep WAS AMAZING! She understood my time frame and worked with me to "launch" our account right when our employees started. I work in the customer service business as well and I can not say enough about Maja - she is polite, always understood exactly what I wanted, she is patient, always accessible and thorough. We use it for our on-boarding process and have also used it for it's social capabilities in order to connect our multiple offices. HR Cloud is still a relatively new software and they still have a lot of progress to make, but I think this is a great software and it has a lot of potential! The HR Cloud staff is great, and they are constantly taking our requests and changes into account. Very happy to be using HR Cloud. Pros Social aspect (workmates) On-boarding and ability to add specific tasks Easy navigation Task feature, very useful! Cons You're unable to delete things on your own. I don't have to wonder how our new hires are doing with their paperwork; I can log in and see their progress for myself. Not having actual papers to potentially lose is another huge plus! Cons The only con that I have experienced is that the initial welcome email that is generated by HR Cloud is oftentimes directed to my new employee's junk mail. I combat this by proactively letting them know to check their junk mail for the onboarding welcome email. Pros This product is so easy to use. Once logged in, all your tasks are listed in order of due date. Before clicking submit, it asks if you're sure so there are fewer errors. Then that task moves to the bottom of the list. Upon logging in to each session, one can easily find the dashboard and then work on subsequent tasks. Seeing all tasks COMPLETED is a good feeling! (A global HR Manager had tried to customize some of the features, and HR Cloud was not capable of supporting them.) However, we have had GREAT experience with our Rep, Bruna Nazor. She is very attentive to communication, always responding to our questions, explaining usage, and following up during the implementation process. She is highly rated! Pros It has been easy to add employees and admin users. Cons We are only using one feature, People. We are also storing documents. Other than that, we are not using any other feature that we intended to due to minimal customization to our needs. Their support team is fast to respond, the tool is easy to navigate and it has really streamlined on boarding for our company. Pros The implementation process was a breeze. I had one hour long phone call and voila I had a new fancy on boarding tool! Cons There a quite a few clicks when you need to download a document (this isn't a huge deal though). Pros Once I learned how to create forms, tasks, and use permissions, I found this software uniquely adaptable to our unique needs. The capabilities of the system is far broader than at first glance. Most software for HR has too many limitations governing its ability to be uniquely customizable. When it comes to users of the system, it is so highly intuitive, and easy to use that employees readily respond. Cons It takes a bit of practice and testing when learning how to develop forms and tasks. The system has far more capabilities than I had initially expected. It is worth the time to delve into the system to fully utilize its capabilities.
