December 11, 2017 4.0 Easily can use the software from anywhere, great customer service, more organized HR because we don't have to worry about storing documents. Ability to on-board quicker because of e-signing forms. Pros We have been able to take advantage of the partnership between engagedly and HR Cloud, HR cloud and engagedly made this integration seamless, our employees can get right to their goals without having to log into engagedly from the HR Cloud system. I also love that customer support we get-every question we send is solved usually within 24 hours. Cons Time off-I wish I could look specifically at one employee instead of the entire list- but I can sort the list alphabetically. There is a lot of upside to this product, integration is key. It is easy to pull up any document or note we need to reference from anywhere. Pros That it is easy to reset and get employees back into, that it easily gather the important signatures we need. I also like that the company helped us create a balances function for time off that works for us. Cons The password requirements are too customized for my liking. January 21, 2019 5.0 The reps provided amazing customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him through the build-out process. Pros I found that HR Cloud was easy to use and helped my company set up an onboarding process that made a lot of sense for us. We received a ton of support to get setup initially which was excellent and definitely made the investment worth it. I'm confident HR Cloud will be there to support me with whatever needs I have, and that they will help me find a solution should any additional HR needs arrive in the future. Cons I was looking to have performance reviews setup and integrated with HR Cloud. It seems they are working on developing their own software, however it's not available yet. Our small business is too small to get setup with the performance evaluation software that integrates with HR Cloud. We don't yet have a solution. Review Source IL Ileana L. Implemataion staff were very willing to work with you to create the onboarding portal you need Cons Needs to have better integration with ADP for salaries/wage rates.
