Our company was having issues with a previous reporting tool that consisted of us having to build out each report widget by widget. NinjaCat has taken us away from this timely process and has offered us even more customizations in the types of metrics we are reporting on. Also, we found that if there were certain advertising or marketing services that we could not report on NinjaCat was able to develop these reporting widgets for us.

Pros

The aesthetic is the best part and I feel that is has been a step up for us on how we reported previously. It also very easy to set up each report.

Cons

I'm hoping that the new dashboard will help with this but it would be better if the dashboard could be customized more often.

Our company has been using NinjaCat for a little over a year now. Our experience is nothing less than amazing. They are always very helpful, and very punctual when it comes to HELP!! If they don't have the answer right off hand, it is in no time that they find the answer and get back to us quickly. Customer support representative has a great personality and very knowledgeable, which makes it super easy to call for help when needed! I would recommend NinjaCat to any business looking for amazing reports and great service!

Pros

I love being able to quickly check out how our campaigns are performing and understand where our efforts are best directed.

Cons

I haven't been able to find a mobile app for this software which in my use case would make my life so much easier.

Pros

The customization. Each client requires custom reporting and NinjaCat's capabilities allows this. We have multiple templates set up and each month we are able to choose which template to run for each particular client.

Cons

The ability to bulk edit or run bulk reports. Each month we need to request customer support to rerun 250+ reports that are set up to auto run at the beginning of the month. If we make any changes to reporting we need to request a NC member to rerun, otherwise we would have to rerun each one individually.

Pros

Connecting to multiple APIs. User friendly. Quality product for price. Stellar customer service. We also like that we can have multiple users and administrators for no extra cost.

Cons

That it isn't synced with Doubleclick Search. No way to match up Analytics with platform reporting. We'd like dashboards to look more like a webpage vs. PPT presentation

Pros

Easy to collaborate across teams - that is the number one benefit. I also think the presentation is easy to customize across clients.

Cons

Setting up the initial plugins was super labor intensive. Not having an automatic instagram plugin was a huge burden for us. Would like to see better understanding of paid versus organic activity for social.

Pros

I feel that it is scalable and helpful. I think there are a number of great features that help clients.

Cons

There could be more dynamic visual graphics and intuitive synthesis. I think that the reporting on SpyFu.com is a good comparative too for your programmers to use as a litmus test.

The ability to customize the design. The ability to customize the widgets. I really like how easy it is to brand.

Cons

The way you need to run a report to update the design. It takes a long time to run big reports and having to run a report every time to see the updates makes it cumbersome

Pros

I love that I get in-depth looks at PPC and FB Ads campaigns. I also really like how it is laid/out organized, and more info is always better.

Cons

Navigating both how to read the reports and how to make changes can be challenging. I also wish organic social reporting was more robust.

Pros

The ease of making sure all of my information is in monthly reports. I'm really able to dive into data.

Cons

It doesnt auto-save so I've had internet go down half way through writing notes in my reports and I lose all of my writing.

Annotating what would be complex analytics reports for my clients so they can better understand them.

Cons

Haven't found anything that I don't like yet. When I do, I will be sure to let them know so they can fix it :)

Simplifying work load. Allowing senior leadership to look at data and pacing quickly and simply. Clarity.

Cons

Set up has been challenging but we're working through it. Partly an issue of a key resource on our end on paternity leave.
