I have been using Pipedrive for years and I find it very easy to use, both backend for setting up and front-end for me as a user.

Pros

Pipedrive is easy to use and very user friendly. Even for a complex processes. setting up Pipedrive to work based on the users requirements can be done easily, even for a non-techy users.

Cons

There are a few features that I find useful but it requires a higher plan. These features should have been included in all plans. An example for this is making a custom fields required. This features require a higher plan.

Overall, I am a forever-user of Pipedrive. The value of the product supremely outweighs the amount required to pay monthly. And with such an active development team, it is always exciting to see what is rolling out each couple of weeks! Pipedrive has evolved from a "light" CRM to a full-features CRM with a light feel. It is an excellent CRM tool.

Pros

\- The ease-of-use is paramount. Pipedrive takes a simple pipeline approach to manage your "pipeline." - The development team is always at work. New features such as custom fields, workflow automation, email integrations, and many more were added recently, and the price remains very competitive. - The ability to auto-import contact data is a huge time-saver. - Support for multiple pipelines means you are not limited to sales-only, but also have opportunities to create pipelines for prospecting, alternate product sales cycles, and much more. - A fast mobile app that keeps you on top of contacts, sales, and tasks.

Cons

\- While the UI is intuitive, the colors leave much to be desired. Sometimes, I feel like I am staring at a cubicle when using the app. Being able to add custom brand colors would be a nice addition. - The web app lacks a "dashboard" view similar to what exists on the mobile app. This view is used for getting an overall picture of sales, tasks, deals, forecasts, etc.

Overall experience was good but we had to move as we tried to scale up and required advanced reporting and point and click integration with certain tool that were not available at that point in time.

\-Very clean product-Great UI - very intuitive -Does a good Sales CRM for companies trying to start their Sales process-Decent reporting

Cons

\-Does not compare to the current market leaders - SF, Hubspot etc-Not for heavy lifting-Advance reporting not available

Pros

In the end, we like Pipedrive because it provides excellent value for the money at all of its subscription tiers. It's quick, straightforward, and centered on the insights of working salespeople. The sales manager might also narrow in on specific metrics to get the information she or he needs.

Cons

A few features are lacking, and that's a problem for us. In particular, the product's generally excellent automations cannot (yet) be triggered by dates, either in the past or the future.

PupeDrive is an incredibly easy CRM to use and to learn. As someone who is not very tech savvy and struggles to learn new tools,this was one of the easiest pieces of software I have ever used.

Our company has perfected sales management and now we do a more detailed follow-up avoiding failures that we previously made. All our work team adapted to the application in a few days. Without a doubt Pipedrive is an excellent tool.

Pros

Pipedrive is excellent there are many things that I like. First, it is very easy to use, I did not need to watch video tutorials to learn how to use this valuable tool. Its interface is very simple and I can customize everything and that is a great advantage. Second, Pipedrive has a 30-day trial version, this is important for new users who wish to enjoy CRM, as they will be completely sure if they meet their expectations or not. Third, the ability to track potential customers is extraordinary. Pipedrive generates from time to time detailed reports on sales behavior and also projections that allow the work team to design strategies to boost sales. And fourth, technical support is always active, they work 24/7 that is excellent since at all times we can get help.

Cons

I think the only one against it is that the paid version is a bit expensive. Even so, Pipedrive has the option of a free 30-day trial and also offers 3 plans. Small businesses can start with the Basic plan and then, when they have more sales and the company grows, hire the Professional plan, as it contains many additional tools.

The user experience I've had with Pipedrive has been excellent because I can easily and intuitively obtain all the information I need. In my opinion, the way it manages sales processes, no matter how complex they may be, is excellent. In addition, my bosses are very satisfied with the wide range of plans available depending on how the platform is being used. I take my hat off to such a company that is available 24/7 for any inquiry!

Pros

What I liked the most about Pipedrive is how easy it was for me to adapt to using it, as it has many tutorials and support materials that make it much easier to implement as a work tool. Additionally, I must say that I am amazed by the ability to automate tasks, as it makes my work easier and improves my efficiency for following up and closing sales.

Cons

I am very satisfied with using Pipedrive, and it seems difficult for me to choose any negative points. I will only name two that, in my opinion, could be an opportunity for improvement: the lack of deeper customization and the absence of advanced marketing functions. Apart from that, the user experience is excellent.

Pros

I enjoy the ease of setting up each opportunity and sorting it by sales cycle phase. The system is intelligent when it comes to recalling details from prior opportunities or individuals, and that aspect of the data entry side of things makes it much easier to use than other tools. All in, this is a tool that is simple to use for nearly any technological skill level.

Cons

I wish the program had more integrations that made it more smooth to connect our various systems, including Teamwork Projects. I also wish the actual interface aesthetic was more customizable and that I could make it branded with our firm's colors, logo, etc. Lastly, you are somewhat limited on custom fields in my opinion, and the cap on the amount of reports you are allowed to generate doesn't make much sense to me.

One of the things that sets Pipedrive apart from other CRM tools is its visual pipeline feature. Our team of 10 sales reps have had 5 excellent years using Pipedrive.

Pros

The best thing about Pipedrive is that it's extremely fast (compared to other tools, such as Hubspot, for instance). Our Sales reps can work very efficiently, finding whoever they need or handling their activities.

Cons

The Marketing automation part is not as developed as in Hubspot, for instance, and you may need to work with integrations to do all you need, depending on your business size and needs.

Pipedrive is an adequate alternative to SalesForce and doesn't have the social media feel to it that just gets distracting.

Pros

Pipedrive is easy to use on a PC and also through the App on your phone or tablet. It links fairly well with Quoter and Autotask, two essential softwares to our day-to-day sales operations. Moving leads to closing and also lead management is clean with this platform.

Cons

Pipedrive, while allowing us to link with Quoter, is actually pretty clunky at interpreting the value of deals. Pipedrive captures the monthly recurring amount as the deal value but doesn't factor in the one-time amounts. This really needs to figure out how to capture deal values from Quoter without all the manual entries. I also have had to re-sync my calendar multiple times for some reason; eventually, I gave up on re-syncing since it's not a critical feature.

### "Scripted service. Not customer friendly"

After our original Administrator left the company, Pipedrive made it impossible for us to change the Administrator on our account, yet they continued to charge our credit card. Repeat attempts to get their assistance, to get them to stop charging us, were met with scripted responses explaining how they can't help me and the only way to resolve this was by getting our credit card company involved. After 10 months and an escalation to the CEO, CFO and COO, with a final "sorry, we can't help you", we figured out a way to stop them.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. We weren't able to use it for the past 10 months.

Cons

The service - from the top down; Pipedrive needs to take a hard look at its service. There is no question that your approach is not a customer centric one. Instead, you implement policies, procedures, and scripted responses that work to ensure your staff and the company as a whole will not succeed in today's environment which requires both critical thinking and a common sense approach.

Wirklich gutes Tool für Early Stage Startups aber wenn man zu einem Großunternehmen wird muss man auf HubSpot oder Salesforce wechseln

Pros

Die Einfachheit des Systems ist wirklich angenehm, kann man an einem Vormittag aufsetzen und die Dashboards sind ebenfalls einfach aufzusetzen

Cons

Teilweise sind die funktionalitäten eingeschränkt, beispielsweise das Lead Management von Personen ist sehr nervig da man fast nur mit Deals (Opportunities) arbeiten kann. Lead Scoring ist ebenfalls definitiv ausbaufähig, da braucht man einen Profi damit man das aufsetzen kann.
