I have used many CRM's and have always found lots of functionality which is wasted, over-complicated and not used. Discovering pipedrive was a breath of fresh air. No, it doesn't do everything that you might see in something like salesforce, but if you are a small business looking for a simple intuitive solution to managing your contacts, and your sales opportunities, then pipedrive provides that solution in a format that is easy to understand and will therefore encourage your teams to use it rather than the usual battle that comes with installing a new system!

For years of evaluating CRM solutions that fulfilled our needs for cost effective to set up and use, good reporting, and intuitive and easy user interface. We found PipeDrive, trialled it and never looked back. The team loves it, and it provides easy access to key information. Good bye old Excel file, rest in peace.

It didn't take me long to get the hang of it. Pipedrive is easy to use, easy to navigate through, and it helps me get my tasks done. I like the email activity reminder I get every morning- keeps me on top of my game. I like how I can create deals depending on the type of project, and how it tracks it as I move along with progress. I gave a 3 star rating for customer service, only because I never had to contact anyone about account issues and questions. Therefore, I'm not really sure how the customer service is. No cons at the moment, everything is good!

After having wasted thousands of dollars on prosper works rubbish who wanted more money to give us "Sales Team Targets" features as well as being tired of over all lag, we decided to make a change over to pipedrive few months ago. Not only over entire sales team love it but it has also made my life a breeze with instant reports and overall super fast performance. We'll be sticking with pipedrive for many years to come. What I appreciate the most is that every single feature is available even with the very basic subscription and the fact, it's super super fast.

This is great for team management. I work with a team of 6 salespeople and Pipedrive is an easy way for me to see how each of them is doing in a snapshot. The functionality to easily and visually move deals across the pipeline is tremendously simple and intuitive. The customizability of everything is great too!

I'm a ripe Florida orange of sales, and Pipedrive is the grinder squeezing every drop of sales out of my pulpy innards, filtering the sweet nectar of prospects through pipeline stages until the pure juice of success pours out the other end in the form of closed deals. Pipedrive's pipeline management is very visual. It helps me stay engaged with my deals, visualize and understand my next steps, and manage my data and tasks without breaking stride from my actual sales work. The interface is definitely the best CRM user experience I've ever had - Thanks!

It is great for getting started but when you need to pay extra for advanced options. Also hard to integrate with other softwares.

You can use different filters to look and use different categories to search. I use Pipedrive on a daily basis keeping track of companies to contact and who has placed orders. This is a very easy to use!

We are currently using PipeDrive for a B2B pilot but are looking into alternative use cases. It's very easy to use and customize. I also like the reporting capabilities to show funnel view of our leads. We would like to see additional integrations but that is the only downside to the product at this time.

We have really enjoyed our experience in using the PipeDrive product. Keeps the sales process moving. I've used several sales tools over 20 years and this product does everything we need and more. The one thing I wish it had was to offer the ability to email multiple people that may be connected to a deal. Currently, I have to manually add additional contacts. Congratulations on a well designed, user-friendly sales tool and great job with the culture that you've created. Sounds like you all have a lot of fun and that's important.

We have found Kixie to actually enable us be more productive and efficient maner. Our business is very sophisticated for the industry we are in which is transaction payments processing. The nature of our calls whether using linked in phone lists or manually entered phone numbers helps our tracking by making it easy. We are able to target our follow-up calls linked to Pipedrive. Our keeping records helps us avoid wasting time trying to reach those not interested in our business. That said Kixie makes moving on more efficient and productive.

We switched from base to Pipedrive and found it quite intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall visualisation on deals and multi pipeline options are very much appreciated. Not complaining for now. Does the job we want it to do. Easy to customise and integrate with other tools like slack for instance.

App seems to operate ok but doesn't allow you to input customised fields. I.e. I added custom fields which are needed to be captured but they don't display on the mobile interface

Thang, Unfortunately, the mobile app is only complementary to the web app. that means that customization is only available in the web app. In the mobile app, you need to be sure you have the last version and that Pipedrive has synced recently. All the custom fields should be visible under deals, organizations or contact people. Best regards, Pipedrive support

### "Quickly set-up your sales process"

We were using excel to keep track of our sales pipeline. Once we started using Pipedrive we quickly understood how it works, it was easy to import our existing deals and in a day or two we were using world class software solution that made our process transparent so everyone knew what was happening and how well we were doing.

Pros

Quick setup and no need to learn how the solution works - it just does!

Cons

Statistics can still be improved, but as I understand it is already in the development process.
