Very negative. Was misled by their support claims and was never able to actually talk to a person after repeated attempts. Will be looking for another software.

Pros

Couldn't find a single pro to this software after using it for a couple hours.

Cons

Signed up for a trial as I was interested in switching away from Hubspot. However when I signed up for a trial I was hoping to speak with someone over live chat to answer a few questions. They promote the live chat throughout their site, however their live chat is completely fake. It's just a looping answer tree with an AI bot that does not allow you to speak to a real person. Spent 20 minutes trying different answers to see if I could actually speak with someone to answer my questions and had no luck. Through this annoying AI bot I also tried to schedule a demo and was told I did not qualify for a demo. Lol, someone on a free trial who is interested in switching from a competitor doesn't qualify for a demo call? What a joke. I have no interest in using a software that provides zero real time human support and lies that they do when it's just some annoying chat bot that can't answer a question.

### "I LOVE Mailigen"

I use Mailigen almost everyday to send email broadcast/campaigns and to run reports on the effectiveness of the campaigns. I love how the reporting breaks everything down for you and is very easy to read and understand.

Pros

We have use Mailigen for over 7 years and I absolutely love it! You are able to set up your company profile which then autopopulates as needed. You are able to have multiple senders set up to send emails from different people in your company. The tech and customer support teams are awesome. They respond quickly and are always very helpful.

Cons

Mailigen can be a little clunky in that when you are scrolling through the senders, it doesn't allow for alphabetical order.

this is ideally suitable for small/medium scale businesses with a limited number of users. Its on-boarding is fast and has good support when needed. More emphasis is placed in sales pipeline management. Cost comparison is also fairly reasonable.

Pros

Pros- Many users of Pipedrive would not disagree with me when I say that the most significant feature of Pipedrive is its wonderful UI. It is this feature that differentiates Pipedrive with other competitors. The advantage of the intuitive UI is the ease of use even for a novice. The basic plan of pipedrive offers limited features, but a small size company can accomplish the basic tasks expected of a CRM. Other plans with extra performance costs 2 -5 fold extra compared to the silver plan. One has the choice to select the payment option either monthly or annually. With much ease ‘deal pipelines’ can be created enabling you to have a complete status view of your deals, real time. Apart from that, they have a super feature of email sync which lets you view your emails within Pipedrive itself without toggling back and forth with your inbox. With more additional features related this activity, the user is aware of actions necessary to apply in order to close deals successfully. The integration with many productivity tools has a positive impact over the effectiveness in increased revenue. The mobile version of Pipedrive too is super functional with many productivity features. There are many support options such as FAQs, in-depth demo videos, 24/7 live support center or search for knowledge base.

Cons

if a comparison assessment is made with other platforms, well there could be some features missing in Pipedrive. Other than that the existing system works well depending on your purpose.

It works! Out operation has had 3 CRMs over the past 6 years and none managed things well for a sales outfit in a construction company. (The damage that causes the agents who sometimes have long timelines in the sales process and referral process is excruciating since no CRM is adapted to offload and download data from another We like the flexibility of applying to our sales process and keeping track of each prospects stages/activities and not have to adapt to precepts that don't apply and only get in the way. It really is your CRM. The feedback from Statistics and Analytics is stimulating and encourages one to apply themselves to the system they designed thus developing better business habits which in turn gives better stats and a better view from which management can coach and serve from.

Pros

Seems kind of redundant with Review above.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to review the Activity list page by our Stages. In other words typically cycles are monthly but what is focused on at the beginning of the month is different than what is at the end of the month. For instance at the end of the month you may want to focus just on final stage folks. Another focus somebody might have is they are working a particular area and want to see what else is left on the table while there and arrange schedules accordingly. In other words just being able to organize on the Activities page by city/county can increase efficiency in the field. Your Contacts page has that option but nothing comes up in the columns for anyone. I don't know if this is a challenge with out set up by our admin. but once we have a the client sold they fall off our radar for the Deals page. We have a few milestones that include us agents which includes pumping clients for referrals and visiting with them on a anniversary date. The only way I can keep them on the radar is to use the Activity page and just label them a Deadline so I can review those by that definition. So all I use Deadline for is follow-up with clients that are purchasing or have purchased. Lastly a small but big 'thang', on the client Deals page where we have a pending activity it would be nice to click the pending activity button and the courser lands on a fresh line above the previously typed material so we can just add an update without having to click to front of material, return and arrow up to update. It's a very repetitive procedure every time you go into an activity.

I don't know a better CRM system than Pipedrive. It's super easy to use, and it's fast and versatile. We use it to streamline sales, marketing and customer success activities. It's an example of how a CRM should be.

Cons

Sometimes the reporting dashboard is a bit buggy. A refresh fixes it almost every time.

Cons

Earlier we were using Freshsales but the pipeline which is built in the Pipedrive gives us the best clarity of the deals moving in the various stages of the pipeline. The insights moreover provide very valuable inputs which can be used as a benchmark for our sales representatives.

Cons

They addons like lead booster, chatbots and forms as paid addons which should be a part of the main pipedrive paid plan.

It lets me keep an eye on my sales pipeline quickly and easily without requiring me to interrupt my normal workflow to keep everything logged and up to date. I couldn't manage my business without it.

Pros

Pipedrive is super quick to setup and customize to your particular workflow. It syncs and integrates with Google products like a dream and just plain works. It's the sort of CRM that doesn't get in the way, lets you work where you want to work (I prefer my inbox rather than within the CRM), but still lets you get at all the data and stats you need super quick and easily. It's just great.

Cons

I've never been able to get full inbox syncing to work properly. Instead I just use the BCC function which serves the purpose, and allows me to be selective about which communications get synced vs. which aren't needed. Sometimes though an email won't automatically link to a deal, even though the address being corresponded with is associated with the deal in Pipedrive. This is a bit annoying, but happens infrequently enough that it doesn't bother me.

### "Don't Expect Any Service or Support From Pipedrive"

We've been on Pipedrive for a month now and it's evident we made a huge mistake by selecting this CRM. I'll start by saying that we're not rookies when it comes to CRM systems. We were an ACT user from 1999-2015, then switched to Infusionsoft which was a great solution until they lost their footing. Earlier this year we started investigating new solutions and liked the featured of Pipedrive compared to their competitive set. While we still like the features, their onboarding and client support is absolutely HORRENDOUS. If you need any degree of assistance in onboarding your team, this is NOT the solution for you. Case in point: we were assigned a Customer Success Manager upon onboarding. His experience is all of 4 months with the company and barely knows his way around the system, much less being able to train a sales team that needs this to help them do their jobs. We've had two "training sessions" with that we abysmal. He can't answer basic questions about how companies and sales people should use the software and at one point I literally had to take over the screen share. We went to our sales rep, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] asking for a new trainer and he ghosted us - not once, but twice. They do have online support, but it's less than helpful. Simple things like how to connect Gmail they have to elevate to "engineers" and still aren't fixed. We've had multiple issues with data imports and their merge features. All of which require intervention and should be simple fixes. What's sad

Pros

Deal pipeline is a nice feature that allows you to move deals through.

Cons

After the sale, there is no service. You're on your own to onboard your team on the product, customer service is non-existent.

All in all, I have found Pipedrive to be an incredibly useful tool for managing and tracking my sales pipeline. Very good CRM. Good way to automatise your differents tasks.

Pros

I liket the way you can customize the CRM according to your need. For example I set up a very good sales tracking and I had set up an interaction with Slack.

Cons

The mobile app could be easier to use. Indeed, the mail management is not very good on mobile. The differents steps are not very clear to understand on mobile.

### "Never loose track in your pipelines"

We're using Pipedrive to manage all our customer activities (phone-calls, mails, schedules, contact-information, etc.) so that not only sales but all others never loos track of a customer journey. Despite the fact that this tool is almost intuitive you also can easily manage complex customer organizations. It simply reflects nearly all circumstances to record and plan topics when working with customers. An ideal tool for the entire pipeline management where simple drag and drop features help to manage stages of a project. Pipedrive eases the salesman work dramatically!

Pros

I personally found it quite useful when writing mails to use the option adding an automated bcc customer ID. The result is that you mail appears in your pipeline- and customer-history as well. To set up different pipelines make it easy to also manage different events. The scheduler activity gives you on all devices (PC, Smartphone, etc.) an alert to remind to your planned activities. Mobil access to all pipeline features - a very nice App! All contact data, history etc. at hand when preparing a customer visit or call.

Cons

\- Statistical features seems to need rework. - writing an email to a contact of an account organization you need to consider to attach the customer-ID from the deal-level to the bcc-field in the mail in order to have that mail then in the customer history - lost accounts have been moved to a separate pipeline

Our customer management has been amazing since we championed Pipedrive! It is very rare that another opportunity or task for a client is missed and that simply happens because of user error.

Pros

It is genuinely user friendly and the tech support is very good when you need help. The main part of Pipedrive is having all of our customer lines in one central position, easily opened to take notes and run errands for ourselves, allowing us to provide great customer tracking that wasn't always wonderful just using one page. Excel Accounting.

Cons

It's not a major issue, as all products have bugs from time to time, but periodically the issues it triggers disappear and you can't see them inside the fixes, making it hard to track them from within the CRM.

### "Easy to Use and Lots of Features"

PipeDrive has been rolled out to our whole sales team and they are pretty good about using it. When we had Oracle, nothing was ever updated because it was so confusing to do...now, we've removed their excuse for not providing up-to-date information. It's also easily to manage a pipeline, and easy to see exactly what your daily tasks should be. It's been a major win for us to have this program.

Pros

Previous to PipeDrive, we used Oracle for CRM which was a nightmare. It was very confusing and complicated, it was super-expensive and no one could figure out how to do anything. Everything had to be managed through our inside sales department and it was NOT good. Enter PipeDrive...simple to use, intuitive (I easily figured it out without any training at all), and significantly less expensive. We love it.

Cons

Small things...like only organizations can have addresses...that's inconvenient when you are trying to export information. It's not impossible to overcome but would be better if that was easily manageable. But that's a small thing to have an issue with.

### "An affordable and basic CRM"

Pros

Pipedrive's price point allows it to serve it's purpose in a very basic way while remaining accessible to most businesses. It's a really great starter CRM for an organization just getting running or for a team looking for the minimum. It's a very clean interface and is super easy to learn. Almost plug and play with very little training!

Cons

There are few automation features and I wish that it had more. Its functionality beyond basic CRM functionality is very limited. Reporting could use a lot of improvement.

### "Good tool but can be better"

We are solving the problem of managing the list of our clients and history of cooperation with them. Nevertheless it would be great to see more customisation options in pipe drive, specially if it comes to the deals management section. For instance notes can't be moved od filtered, they are 'static' .

Pros

Pipedrive's simplicity, customization options, and visual pipeline management are some of the aspects that I personally appreciate, however the 'deal' section should be better designed

Cons

There should be more options for the customisation of 'deals' as well as 'reports' sections. Mobile app should give opportunity to see files
