As a user I felt it was decent but we did end up transferring to a different prodcut that offered more features and organization was clearly a priority

I oiled how easy the user interface is and how you can easily learn how to use the software from the available online tutorials and demos

Cons

I did not thing the organization process was anything remarkable and felt it could use more improvement in the way things were labeled and placed

Good overall CRM system. Made the sales team far more efficient. Good automations, e.g. automated email follow ups. Sometimes a little basic in terms of reporting. A lot cheaper than the leading competitors out there.

Simple to use, clear pipeline, good all round CRM.

Cons

had to integrate with zapier to get leads from website into Pipedrive. Customer service in US so can take time to get a reply to queries.

We have had a great experience. When we first on boarded Pipedrive, any questions we had were easily answered by the Pipedrive team. Truly great.

Pros

We love everything about Pipedrive. It has so many desirable features for keeping your customer database as well as your sales 'deals' organized. It is a one stop shop, truly. We would love more than anything if every single department had something as easy as Pipedrive. It has never taken us more than one day to get someone trained on using Pipedrive, it's that easy!!! It keeps all dollar amounts, products, customer information, emails, reminders, notes, attachments, reporting, analytics, social profiles from your customers information, and more!! I highly recommend Pipedrive.

Overall, we're very happy with Pipedrive and will continue to use it for a long time. It doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles, which is what makes it perfect for our small team.

Pros

Pipedrive is very intuitive and easy to use. It's not exceptionally glamorous, so it might not be suitable for big teams or large companies with a lot of active clients/projects. However, for a small company like ours, it's very handy and has revolutionized the way we sell. Our sales team likes that this software makes it easy to keep track of sales activities, and we can do some light project management as well, getting even more functionality out of it.

Cons

This software doesn't live up to some of its bigger competitors, but for the lower price, you certainly will see a lot of value from it. I'm not sure it would be effective for large teams or large companies, but it's great for small business needs.

Sufficiant and easy to use for our business when we were 6 staff, but also know global companies of several hundred employees that use the same software.

Pros

Does what it says on the tin and has a lot of add-ons/upgrades for extra functionality where the basic licences don't do what you need them to.

Cons

Forecasting and reporting holds it back. We have to use Grow to get the reports we need.

I am using Pipedrive to keep track of my sales, to monitor the sales team and to have always a clear pipeline.

Pros

I have used Pipedrive for quite sometimes now. I discovered this CRM and I was well intrigued by its free trial. Today I need to admit is one of the backbones of my business. Compared to other CRMs, Pipedrive is easy to use and really intuitive.

Cons

If you need an advance CRM for an enterprise probably this is not the software for you since it is not allowing for a full customization.

I am learning more all the time, but I feel completely comfortable that it is doing exactly what I think it is and that as I learn more it will gain in value.

Pros

The most attractive feature of Pipedrive is that it is basically plug and play. No down time and no gnarly problems to be worked out.

Cons

To be perfectly honest there is nothing I have encountered that even slightly raised my blood pressure and you can't say that very often about a new software implementation.

It came recommended by a colleague and during the trial it just worked so I took the plunge.

Logiciel facile à mettre en place. Bien pensé et pratique pour de nombreux secteurs.

Cons

Le service client est deplorable. Des tickets ouverts pendant des semaines, aucune réactivité. Ils me répètent que tout est réglé, cela n'est JAMAIS le cas. C'est interminable...Mon entreprise paye des fonctionnalités pro auxquelles nous n'avons pas accès... C'est n'importe quoi ! Le logiciel est bien quand il n'y a pas de problème. Pipedrive est là pour facturer, pas pour ses clients.

Great experience overall. I would recommend Pipedrive for organisations up to 100 employees. Much better than Salesforce.

Pros

I like the software to use a high volume of opportunities for myself (arround 20-30 new opportunities per month, arround 70 at the same time). Super user interface (better than Salesforce). You need to click less than Salesforce to see data on edit. For example, if you put your mouse on a opportunity, you see the main contact name.

Cons

So far (5 weeks using daily from 2 to 4 hours) I have nothing to say. I do not see drawbacks. Great software, better than Salesforce.

### "The Sales CRM for small teams"

I think it is a solid Sales CRM and is easy to use for most standard sales use cases. I have never had to contact customer support at any point in time. So that speaks volumes of the product's stability.

Pros

It is a simple and easy to use CRM with a lot of standard features one has come to expect from a Sales CRM. In my opinion it is ideal for startups and small businesses with teams of under 10. The pipeline visualization as stages is probably the most recognizable part of it UI. Email and Calendar integrations, tags, notes and reminders make it easy to manage sales activities in a semi-automated way.

Cons

The deal access / permission levels are limiting. We work with external partners and channels and we need to provide access to the CRM so they can update activities that are confined to the deals without having a view of the deals that we are directly working on. This is difficult to do on PipeDrive, which means we have to work with spreadsheets etc with external partners and update it on the CRM making it a laborious for us.

### "If you can afford it, Pipedrive is great"

We love Pipedrive. Unfortunately if you want to use it organisation-wide and not just in the sales department then you might find the cost very hard to justify.

Pros

Primarily for sales teams Pipedrive has some killer features that make it so easy to use and a really focussed CRM package. The pipeline management that many others have now copied is fantastic to visually track various different organisational pipelines. Strong integrations, especially the email and calendar integrations make for easy migration to your current systems and automation is easy.

Cons

Pipedrive is not cheap and as a sales focussed product this means rolling it out for non-sales members of the team is harder to quantify - we are finding this harder to justify as we grow and while sales is an important aspect of a CRM, the information sharing with other departments is becoming unsustainable.

Our global ERP is Netsuite, and we were looking to add a salesman-friendly CRM to the front end as this is not something that we've found Netsuite does well. Pipedrive integrates well, and does what we wanted in the main very well.

Pros

Very easy to use, intuitive interface. Helps encourage deal movement forward. I like the way you can easily customize pipelines for various sales campaigns, and the new caller app is very useful.

Cons

Setting this up in the first place was a little complicated, and like anything else of this nature, you get out of it what you put in. Also, the revised dashboard called 'insights' doesn't for me give enough. I'd like to see more detailed stats, especially in the outbound and inbound calls.

### "Inexpensive but Frustrating"

Pretty negative. I was happy with the price at first, but pretty quickly was longing for older CRMs I had used and had a much better experience with.

Pros

It's a pretty low barrier to entry. I think we're paying ~$30 for license right now and that's one of the cheaper options I found when looking for different CRMs.

Cons

The contact organization and workflow automation. Both are just confusingly designed. There's no real list functionality that works in any meaningful way, so you'll be left with just a big block of contacts. As far as workflows, there are only 10-15 steps that you're able to create, all in relation to only 1 trigger. It's fairly feature-poor and I've basically just given up on it. What's more, an admin can't create workflows for users, and getting a staff of people who aren't familiar with workflows to create them is a near impossibility.

My overall experience with Pipedrive has been great. It has done what we wanted it to do initially and has helped our sales team to be effective in so many ways.

Pros

I love the fact that Pipedrive is easy to use and does not need any special skills or training for one to be able to use it. It has helped me and my team capture leads, manage contacts, and manage our sales pipeline. It's much easier using Pipedrive as a Sales team since in my team, we do a lot of handovers for deals and some of the leads, and this is easier to do with Pipedrive and the record of all activity makes it much easier to collaborate within a team as well.

Cons

There isn't anything I do not like about Pipedrive so far, I'm happy with everything.

It enables everyone to add new lead/prospect information without any hassle. You can update their status from pending, waiting on the client, waiting on us, to Closing the deal and it gives a cool little celebratory cartoon popup that's super fun as well. Pipedrive integrated really easily with our company slack channel as well making it even more helpful as it sends the updates across the company letting everyone know the status update on a deal etc.

Pros

I love how easy this system is to use. We get new employees every now and then who have never used this tool before and teaching them how to get started using it, is incredibly simple because the tool itself is pretty straightforward.

Cons

I can't say that there is anything that I don't like about this software.It's too easy to use to have any complaints.

Generally, my experience with Pipedrive has been very good

Pros

There are so many good things about using Pipedrive as a CRM platform. First of all, it is just great to be able to manage all my contacts in one place and being able to see the timeline of what has been happening with every single one of them. This is perfect because it allows me to always be up-to-date with what has taken place and what needs to happen to turn leads into customers. Managing and using my email straight from Pipedrive is very powerful because it prevents me from switching from app to app and lets me be focused on my lead generation and sales activities. Same for being able to create web forms: no need to rely on another platform and then connect it to Pipedrive for this...I can do everything "in house". The visual pipeline is another key feature and its sales forecasting feature lets you "predict the future" by showing you how many deals you would need to close to reach a specific financial target. And let's not forget about automation: it is an excellent way to avoid carrying out the same repetitive tasks over and over again. And did I say there is a mobile app too? This is ideal especially if you are someone who works a lot on the move.

Cons

It is difficult to find something not to like about Pipedrive. Perhaps, the main con compared to other CRM solutions is the fact that Pipedrive does not have a free plan, only a free trial. This means that you will have to pay for the tool – and depending on the features you need, it can turn out to be a bit of an expense.

Pipedrive has a sleek design that is also functional and helps our business propel forward.As I stated above, we can run with 5 guys what it would normally take 50 guys to accomplish, all with automation. In an industry where good help is alway hard to find. I recommend using Pipedrive to cut down on the clutter of drafting email after email and using automation to create emails with custom fields that will make anyone who receives it feel as if you had written them a personal letter. Pipedrive also makes it easy to send mass emails with custom fields and attachments to several people at a time. We will often send the same project to 10 different people and we used to have to send out each email individually and make it personal to the contractor, but with Pipedrive, we are able to attach one attachment to an email and have it sent out to all participants and they will receive an email to just them with our attachment and the text will be whatever our preset fields were created to be, like the name of the person, the organization, the project title, etc. If you're not using Pipedrive, you're doing it wrong. Period.

Pros

Where do I start? I have set about a hundred or so tasks a week. We've worked with Pipedrive to set up automation for our emails and different tasks so I can follow up on projects with 50 different people, all with the push of a button. Pipedrive keeps my company organized and on task. We do with 5 people what it would normally take 50 people to accomplish!

Cons

Occasionally, it will have email integration issues with Outlook, but the customer service is always on point and friendly!

Pros

I am very fussy when it comes to UI and Pipedrive is one of the best interfaces I've had experience with - it is very neat, simple and easy to use. So if you're just beginning, Pipedrive may be one of your best option. On top of that, I believe Pipedrive is on top of every CRM with a lot of general and all other features from sales, marketing, management - you can basically track, organize and even back up everything. Pipedrive's integration is wide and you have a lot of options; I've experienced using it with - Outlook, Zoom, PandaDoc, Slack, Zapier, Asana, MailChimp, Google Integrations and many more others.

Cons

There were email issues/glitches that I encountered; including synchronizing but was quickly resolved. I also hope they can improve their customer service more but overall good experience.
