It's amazing when a little bit of a process change can create a visible improvement to your business. Pipedrive has done that. Even the iOS app is excellent. eg: If I call someone via the app, after the call is completed it will prompt me to document the details. Its easy to use deal screen helps me track the progress of the sales force. But, for me its hidden gems are the reporting and activity lists: REPORTING -- I love the dashboard reporting and how flexible it is to deep dive into sales agents by any specific time scale. ACTIVITY LISTS -- This is the killer feture. I just put in an activity for next year against an organisation and it then forget about it. It will then remind me on that date that I need to do something. Missing Features: 1) Many - many contact relationship. Currently limited to one contact to one site. This doesn't work in my field as many of my contacts own multiple sites with site specific deals. 2) Plotting the customer locations on a map and providing navigation to them. I have to use badger mapping for that. 3) A function that can batch de-duplication. The excellent customer support referred me to a third party provider.

Love it and have recommended it several times and have several friends using it inside their orginizations.

Pros

We have been using pipedrive now for several years. We wanted something that was a great easy to use tool for our small business. They have grown and developed some really cool tools, they are affordable and really good to work with.

Cons

Integrations can be tricky sometimes, but we figured it out with the help of Zapier

Functionalities, rol administration and workflows are great. The suite has a lot features and probably you'll use half of them, half of the time. Either way, they are great for eventual use.

Cons

The user experience is kind of out of date and that part not only affects in the layout and visuals but also in the management within the tool.

Pros

Since switching to Pipedrive over two year ago , our sales process has become more effective and we have improved in the area of generating leads and managing leads.We have also effectively been able to effectively monitor every phase of our sales activity. Pipedrive is intuitive and has a supportive customer care team via whom we get assistance whenever it has been needed on our Pipedrive. I am also an huge fan of the sales forecast feature , because it has made our prices more dynamic as we now modify our price offers to customers based on the predictive data Pipedrive provides the sales team via the SALES FORECAST feature.

Cons

I have encountered obstacles trying to upload my spreadsheet into Pipedrive before as it takes way too much time to get uploads done successfully.

Pipedrive helps us in organizing our leads, and at just a look you can know where you are and what you need to do for the day. It's really simple to use, can't stress that enough.

Pros

The fact of the matter is, using Pipedrive for lead management is uber simple. It frankly is very forgiving for new users and is quite useful. Our company is small SaaS company and as such Pipedrive meets our requirements.

Cons

A very annoying aspect of Pipedrive is looking for leads you've marked as lost. It never gives you a hint of where they go or how you can access them. Frankly it took me a couple of days to figure out that Lost Leads are in the tiny icon of "list". Very annoying and ineffective.

Pipedrive has been a great tool to manage my team's leads and sales activity. There's never any confusion with what's going on when using Pipedrive, and that's the biggest plus to me.

Pros

Tracking leads and activity in the pipeline has been a great experience. I love the custom field capability, as I find a lot of low-to-mid-priced CRM tools don't have that! The activity view is fantastic, as well as the scheduler.

Cons

I wish there were simple email templates for client communication rather than just in the marketing area.

Pipedrive was great! I would highly recommend taking a look at it.

Pros

Pipedrive is the best and easiest CRM out there. Again, it is super easy to use. On day one you sign in and completely understand the functionality.

Cons

I didn't have a single problem with Pipedrive. It is not as complex as SalesForce which is either I good thing or a bad thing depending on who you speak to.

I like the ease of use a lot. We've also integrated many other systems to it which is in most cases also easy. In addition I like to see all web visitors and communication campaign stats

Cons

We did have a calling function included that was later removed. Replaced with one that was an add-on.

Positive overall. Their customer service team did try to help out when I ran into issues setting everything up. However, the fact I had so many issues setting it up and customizing the platform was a big turn off. And as I mentioned before, I tried 20+ CRM’s so I’m very familiar with how to set one up.

Pros

When Hubspot stopped working because of technical errors I started trying literally every CRM I could find. Pipedrive was definitely one of my favorites because of its price and features. Customer service was also pretty good and responsive.

Cons

Ultimately the fact that I couldn’t use my custom email signature was why I didn’t go with Pipedrive. I also didn’t like the overall UI, it seemed a bit outdated to me and it was harder to navigate than other CRM’s I tried.

I didn’t. I chose Salesmate. Much better platform, same price (if not cheaper), better laid out, better features, and works all the time. No glitches.

In general, I could describe it as an experience that adds to our operation and allows us to access data in real time and verify the status of our deals.

Pros

As a relationship management tool with your clients, it seems to me to be an excellent software since it is quite versatile and intuitive to use. It has a friendly interface and allows you to quickly know the status of your deals/leads. I really like being able to access the different information that it provides us through the API.

Cons

Actually, I think that everything is perfect, the only thing to take into account is the cost that a company must maintain when acquiring this type of software. Otherwise, everything is very good.

Cons

The inability to move among contacts in the same list without returning to the main list page is a waste of time. The online app is basically useless. Also much of the desired functionality must be obtained through paid 3rd-party services such as Zapier.

It is simple all the way. You do not require much training to get the hang of things with this tool. It integrates well with other sales tools to give a seamless solution for your sales problem. This is necessitated by the integration API and in less than 2 weeks you will have integrated the system with another sales system. It is also easy to customize with Pipedrive.

Pros

I settled for this tool to help me manage my sales effectively. Pipedrive has not disappointed in any way. It helps me to develop better CRM software for my business which is bliss. Since I am all about lead generation and management, I can use this product to give me just that. It focuses in better and modern CRM solutions which have come to bring results in terms of sales. It is easy to use and does not have any redundant functionality to it which is convenient.

Cons

I can suggest a few things that if they were added it will favor me in terms of my needs. There should be more analytics in the system. The developers should include more analytics to help forecast sales. Also, the billing functions should improve in the sense that you will be able to analyze and track payments.

Overall helped a lot with the time response to the leads.

Pros

Made it easier to integrate the Marketing team with the Sales team. This platform helped to optimize the time response from 50 minutes up to 10 mins. Also, the tracking method of each lead helped us with the insights to use for new ads in social media. Loving the integration with an app for smartphones.

Cons

Is pretty expensive per user for a start-up. It sums up a lot when you're starting to operate. They need to improve how the software deals with the duplicated items, it doesn't sum up, you need to choose one or another.

My overall experience with Pipedrive has been excellent. The software is user-friendly, efficient, and has made pipeline management a breeze.

Pros

I've found Pipedrive to be an incredibly intuitive tool for pipeline management. I was able to set up and customize my pipelines in less than 15 minutes, and the numerous features such as custom fields and integrations have made tracking progress and managing deals much more efficient.

Cons

The billing system can be somewhat complicated to navigate. It took me some effort to figure out how to downgrade from a more expensive plan to a less expensive one.

I can easily track my communications with clients and prospective clients. I like how it integrates with Gmail, making for efficient communication and record keeping. The search functions work well. Pipedrive allows me to keep track of all my clients and prospective clients with ease!

Pros

Pipedrive has every feature that I wanted in the two other CRMs I have used in the past. Once you become familiar with it, Pipedrive is very intuitive to use and has automation features that can (possibly) save you time on data entry tasks. It integrates well with Gmail, allowing me to communicate by email directly to clients through the program.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve, but with just a bit of effort it is easy to overcome. Sometimes the automated data-fill function pulls up erroneous or inaccurate data, but that is probably not the fault of the CRM itself.

### "The best for that I spend"

Pros

I pay the cost of Pipedrive out of pocket, and it is so valuable to me that I don't even care that the company doesn't cover the cost. The combination of practices I've adopted from reading Jeb Blount's book on Fanatical Prospecting combined with Pipedrive to help manage those processes has been game-changing. I've gone from worrying about hitting my quotas to worrying over having too many new projects. My favorite aspect of the software is how little one needs to enter in order to get a deal going. Just contact name and deal title. Everything else can be filled in later as the deal progresses through the pipeline. I also like that I can fill in contact fields from the deal page. The mobile app is super-helpful, and saved the day for me today by allowing me to quickly review the status of a deal when a contact arrived for a surprise meeting. (I was able to surreptitiously review the deal notes to date while the contact poured a cup of coffee).

Cons

Any product has rough edges. One with Pipedrive is that calendar appointments open in modal windows. That in itself is not awful, and the real problem is that one can't click on a contact name or deal name from those model windows and be taken to the contact or deal page to review notes. Some of the reporting confuses me and seems less than intuitive, and I end up having to think through over and over again what a given report is telling me.

Pros

It keeps track of sales leads and customers you have been trying to keep up with. Sometimes it takes multiple visits over years of time to get a lead to turn into a customer. This is a great way to keep track of everything and set up reminders to check back in at the right times.

Cons

It can take a bit to figure out all the features like most software products, but once you get there it's a gem.

I must say Pipedrive is a very user-friendly CRM solution. It's very well designed and organized its key features keeping in mind of both amateur and experienced users. It also works very well with the entire marketing and the sales process. Lots of 3rd party apps and software can be integrated with Pipedrive with a little effort, which I really like. In fact, it delivers great value for the price in comparison to many well-established CRM giants.

Cons

Pipedrive works great for me with small sales & Marketing team. But some of my friends who have large sales & Marketing team complaining about Pipedrive for lack of feature.

Pros

PipeDrive is easily the best tool ever created for Pipeline management, it save a lot of by making everything simple, you setup the system and everything will be fine. There is absolutely no complication involved in whatever task you want to accomplish on PipeDrive, the tasks can be easily created and you can get an insight into your pipeline with one glance. Not only creating tasks it is also easy to move an account from one stage to another. PipeDrive integrates beautifully with email and most of the times there is no need to create tasks. No matter how much every I try and explain, everything falls short of the simplicity and power of PipeDrive. If there is one tool which is built for perfection the PipeDrive possibly is that tool.

Cons

PipeDrive does everything that it is supposed to do, there is absolutely nothing that it doesn't cover with it's simplicity and power. PipeDrive is the best!
