Integrated with our website to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Also used for lead generation along with other tools.

Pros

Perfect application for lead generation. Makes form fillup attractive and interactive so customer retention is high. The live chat feature is also excellent for solving customer queries and driving interest and trust building. It also provides an option for managing the most active leads in the pro version.

Cons

Lots of competitive apps in the market with lower price point. Less advanced live chat feature than other service providers. Sometimes the chat gets disconnected in between leading to loss of potential client. Forms are difficult to create from scratch although several saves format can be used.

### "My best option when I have to choose a CRM"

There are a ton of highlights that are accessible. The combination of Pipedrive and other applications makes it an extraordinary CRM and monitors correspondence. Pros

Cons

Pipedrive has been an overall success for our small team's use case, however we have other CRM installations that require a lot more personnel to administer. As a result of Pipedrive's enhanced exposure in our transactions, we saw an increase in sales. Pipedrive was an invaluable tool in the development of transactions and sales that I was able to follow up on.

Pros

I enjoy the fact that it covers the fundamentals of a CRM system. While it's simple to set up, it doesn't support the most complex and time-consuming applications. It's a great way to keep track of your leads and make them more visible. These technologies are essential in today's world of remote sales teams. It holds everyone in the team to account.

Cons

Quick searches are difficult to do with the pipeline view function. A feature that allows me to alphabetize the columns would be ideal.

love it, highly recommend it. The ease of using the templates and auto emails makes front desk life much easier and cuts down on errors and time waste. Also improves client experience we detailed professional emails available at a click of a button

Pros

Ease of streamlining sales process and the ability to make any team member a confident front desk associate.

Cons

Building it out - I needed to hire to do this, and I do not love how the template emails font doesn't show in PD, so it is easy to have templates with two font types if you edit them.

Pros

I like the visualization of deals in the KanBan style. Makes it easy to get an overview and make changes with drag & drop.

Cons

You can transfer created automations to another user. That's annoying, especially when employees leave the company. You then have to rebuild the automations.

Salesforce was way too expensive and Pipedrive is easier, a more fresh solution.

Emailing Il manque une intégration native en synchronisation avec sendInblue pour une synchronisation dans les 2 sens des contacts Faire payer le prix fort pour envoyer des emails groupés sans possibilité de définir un groupe, et limités à 100... On ne peut pas figer les colonnes en vue tableau comme basiquement sur un tableur Il manque un bon module de devis/facturation bien intégré

There is no way I could run my business today without PD, there is just too much information. PD puts you onto the next level of business when you get this software and it more than pays for itself every year.

Pros

This has all of the standard items that you would expect from a CRM. What I like most though is their innovation, I truly get excited every time they announce an update because it is always using tools that I didn't know I needed.

Cons

I've looked at switching to Salesforce 2 separate times as my business grew and each time I've always come back. Pipedrive doesn't have 1 item that I don't like and they are pushing way ahead of the pack.

for us this has been a game changer for our small finally having a good sales CRM that all opted into which is the key.

Pros

it's simplicity for the sales team has been great, with very little push back for "extra work" needed. It's history for leads and sales and notes and emails has been fantastic to have and again there because it's easy to plug in or bcc specific deal email addresses. They also have great integration with a number of other application as well as with zapier to fill some that are more specific.

Cons

wish the reports and report calculations were could be more customized for specific things we'd like to see though this might be because we're at the base plan so could be something offered to higher level subscribers.

When your needs are basic, and database not too big, it is a good software. When growing, it might not be sufficient.

Pros

deal management is easy to understand and to set up. It is also quite easy to move deals from column to column, and have a colleague take the lead.

Cons

API and set up with other tools is generally limited. You will often need a third party tool like zapier to handle things.

One of the most useful features of Pipedrive is its ability to easily create a custom sales funnel, allowing you to clearly visualize the sales process and track progress at each stage. I also love that I can sync my email and schedule reminders to follow up on important emails and calls.

En general ha sido positiva, es una aplicación relativamente fácil de usar, flexible y potente que puede ayudarte a mejorar las ventas. Bastante personalizable con una relativa facilidad de uso y con grandes opciones de personalización para conseguir mejorar las ventas y su gestión.

Pros

Su facilidad de uso y lo flexible que puede llegar a ser, es muy intuitiva aunque no tengas grandes conocimientos. También tiene grandes opciones de personalización para poder configurarla a tus necesidades. Tiene un buen sistema para agilizar las ventas y automatizar tareas repetitivas optimizando el tiempo. Se pueden realizar informes de ventas muy buenos y ver oportunidades de ventas así como el envío de correos electrónicos automatizando su gestión.

Cons

Le menos positivo es su precio de inicio. Puede dejar fuera a muchas personas y empresas que no dispongan de un presupuesto adecuado. También el soporte que en algunas situaciones puede llegar a ser complejo encontrar, creo que eso debería de mejorar.

We hadn't been using a CRM to help us manage our contacts and sales. Pipedrive allowed us to get a much better grasp on what was happening with our sales and to improve our results.

Pros

As the sales manager for a small non-profit theatre company, I decided to go with Pipedrive as our CRM because of its affordability and features. It integrated easily with our website and Office 360. Being able to see our pipeline at a glance allowed us to make fast and accurate projections and to improve our sales considerably.

Cons

The initial data transfer was somewhat difficult. Part of that had to do with the fact that we attempted to do it ourselves from a very out of date database. Once we got the data transfered, however, it went well.
