Pipedrive is really great at managing contacts. They have an email software with templates that is very useful for me.

Cons

They could have better customer support. I sent them a message regarding their search bar and they didn’t address the issue correctly.

Pros

I work for a small company that recruits about 12-15 people per year. This means we don't get thousands of applications so I find Pipedrive to be perfect. It is easy to use and the interface is relatively simple. All I really need is a place to store candidates and see where they are in the pipeline. This does that! It's also easy to integrate with Zapier so applications are automatically uploaded. Overall, pleasant experience.

Cons

I don't think it would be very conducive to a bigger applicant intake. I also don't love the analytics in Pipedrive. I can work with it and see some interesting patterns and data, but it's a bit confusing and not super easy to use/understand.

Putting our sales process and client interaction in order

Pros

Most of all, I like analytical features of Pipedrive. In particular, this is ability to track how sales with particular client go and ability to create sales funnel reports. Also I used a lot a feature of integration with Google calendar and deals follow up. With a whole mess of email correspondence we have, Pipedrive really made things easier and more organized. What I also like is ability to make notes of past client appointments. This is a great feature as every client feels pleasured as they realize I remember them.

Cons

Customer support is really slow. We needed to stay long on the web chat until specialist got available.

Pipedrive's ability to track large numbers of prospects. Thanks to the ease of record-keeping I can "remember" each discussion with each prospect, no matter how long it has been since I spoke to her or him last. I can even do it on the road.

Pros

It's easy to plan appropriate communications for each prospect. If one prospect seems eager to move ahead, I can make a note to call or email the next day. On the other hand, if a different prospect is hesitating, I can make a note to call in three weeks. If her tone of voice is frosty, I can tailor my approach as needed. Once I've made the note, I can forget about her. When Pipedrive reminds me to call again three weeks later, I have the notes about all our conversations right there in front of me. Boy, do I sound attentive and well-organized.

Cons

I'm not a tech person, but I've had to set it up myself because I'm the only person who uses it in the company. I'm sure there are things I can do, particularly making batch updates, but the idea of customizing seems overwhelming.

### "My experience with Pipedrive "

I have been using Pipedrive for years now mainly in the beginning phases of my business. I am a certified Zapier Expert by the way, which is how I was able to truly add MUCH NEEDED POWER to Pipedrive because alone it is very basic and does not offer THAT MUCH VALUE. The workflows that Pipedrive allows don’t offer much at all and you are better off using a different CRM if you want more internal integrations or workflow automations. That, or you can hire someone to vamp up your Pipedrive CRM using Zapier and other applications to link them up, however that will incur additional cost that other CRMs don’t need. Ontraport for example is one of the many CRMs that offer so much more when it comes to built in workflows and provides a wider set of options, and if you incorporate some Zapier into a CRM like Ontraport, you would be left asking "Pipedrive who?" I am a business developer and have helped many start up companies with their growing pains and have always set up their CRMs. I ONLY RECOMMEND PIPEDRIVE to the people who are early in the beginning phases of their company. Mainly because of the price point, but if any client is willing to pay for a more powerful CRM and a CRM that will provide more value now and in the future, I stray away from mentioning Pipedrive at all! You just have to know what you pay for and after my years of experience, I could just not recommend such a limited platform to my clients! Also the customer service side of things at Pipedrive could be better

It is an affordable option compared to CRMs that are actually very powerful.

Cons

It is extremely limited unless you implement ZAPIER, but even then you can find other CRMS who have built in automation to avoid incurring the $100s zapier may cost you.

### "Billing scammers"

Pros

The software is easy to use and doesn't require much training.

Cons

Their support is beyond horrible. They recently introduced a policy where once a subscription starts, you cannot reuse the credits for other users, even if you paid for 365 days and only used for 1 day. One day is pro-rata, the other day things are completely different and they don't even notify you. Out of nowhere they will do these unexpected things. Their platform goes offline every month or so, or it's a bit slow, or they calling system stops to work. They don't care and won't accept any blame. In the end you are trusting your data to a company that won't care about your data. Be aware.

This is by far one of the best CRM’s I’ve ever used. Have used HubSpot and many others, which were a lot less user-friendly and way more expensive.

Pros

I love the workflow, automations, and ease of use.

Cons

The only thing I didn’t care for is how the email sync is displayed in the software (I just use outlook anyway)

Pros

We have customers buying our products from all around the world and keeping a record of their contact details and purchase history is very easy with the help of Pipedrive. When we get a new customer sign in to a contract with us, our marketing team who runs another pipedrive campaign just forwards the deal to us and we only have to save it to our database and it will be added to the existing customers list. We then add activities to this deal to stay connected always.They are as follows, setting a feedback enquiry after one week, if receive a feedback set another activity to let the feedback team to reply to the email etc.. This can keep everything from getting a lead to inviting a customer to come back to our service again organized well. With the help of pripedrive we see our customers are happy how we treat them even after closing the sales.

Cons

There is no facility to add an auto responder when someone answers to our feedback inquiry. Sometimes the web browser application freezes and takes more than 10 minutes to recover.

its a crm doing what we want a crm to do - collecting and storing client information and allowing you to book in future contact with them. It has some pretty clever features but also some annoying ones.

The map function is great - it shows your contacts on a map which is really handy. the way you can customise filters in any field and save it is as a filter is great and easy to use. The search searches everything including

Live chat with customer service was great when we were on free trial, not sure if its a coincedence but once we started paying and using it the response time has changed from minutes to hours or days. It was great at first and wouldn't have used it without it being so quick but i guess thats the point... Had heaps of troubles with imports, still not sorted out and there is only 1 person in Australia who can assist but i think it is a secondary line of business for him. Would have been happy to pay for support It doesnt manage people well if their email address is not in there - default is it creates a new person which means lots of duplicates (with weird names automatically created from email address)or the other option is Pipedrive turn off this function by request and it does nothing - our previous crm had unassigned email where all the emails sat until you created a new person or assigned an existing one - it was the main method we used for adding contacts to the crm so not having it is a problem, we will have to work out some way of tagging existing contacts and then go through weekly and filter out non tagged ones and fix them so theres a workaround but its annoying for something i thought would be a pretty common issue. if you click on an activity in your activitiy list it gives a pop up screen to edit the activity and only allows you to see info about that activity not anything on the company, if you go from the company page and click on the activity is better but n

My experience has been overall positive with Pipedrive, since we have been using it we have been able to manage all of our customer relationships, being able to follow all of our sales, and even helps you put automated tasks, and follow up with them. It has been as well a great way to interact with our customers, and gain a better insight to all of the sales process.

Pros

The thing I like the most about this app is that it has help my managment team to be able to manage sales activities but also to be able to observe and monitor better deals and tells you what your sales priorities would be.

Cons

I like the concept of the app but if its the first time you are going to use it it is not very user friendly it is hard to understand, it does help a lot but you have to be well trained to use it.

Overall, it's great value for money. It's an ocean that can only be fully experienced after mulitple years of use and definitely cheaper than more famous/better alternatives

Pros

Lots of 3rd parties that can be integrated into the software and that makes both sales and operations processes very easy

Cons

Not a main issue, as all softwares have bugs from time to time, but sometimes the mails you send dissappear and you can't see them inside the deals, which makes it hard to track from inside the CRM. When you try and find it on gmail or something, it triggers the mail tracking and it seems to have been opened by the customer when it's not. This has become an issue more than a couple of times.

It's excellent software and draws the line between power and user-friendliness well. One of the hardest things for a CRM to achieve.

Pros

The best thing is the highly visual representation of a sales pipeline. Whilst 'kanban' is not rocket science, Pipedrive implements it very well and the ability go have multiple pipelines all flexibly named is great.

Cons

The reporting really hasn't clicked for me and some of the reports are quite tricky to understand.

Great. Easy to use, realistic pricing, very good customer support (not that you need it much)

Pros

My team has both IT savvy and (very) non-IT savvy people and they all find Pipedrive easy to use and thus it gets used. I looked at a number of other CRM's and they all seemed to be very clunky and hard to use plus they were very expensive. It does 99% of what we want it to do.

Cons

I'm waiting for the NetSuite (our accounting software) integration to be released as i would like to see all sales on Pipedrive and thus can track against budget (we have a number of sales that we don't put through Pipedrive for various reasons). This NetSuite is coming but it is not here yet.

I expect not a lot of people will give you a comprehensive review in this field. Either it will be someone who is not really using it, or someone using it and not having the time to properly describe it (we are all at work after all). I will focus on one thing - the bulk stage edit and automatic emailing update API. Basically, pipedrive lacks a tool that allows me to sync my leads with my Gmail account so that when that first email is sent, they move into the first stage (or whichever). In relation to this, I also would like to recommend installing a more appropriate exporting tool for tasks. I cannot seem to get the emails out of pipedrive for the life of me. There is only this one exporting utility in the general settings submenu (why not on the homepage or under activities?).

Hi Anatoli, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, this is always welcome! Unfortunately in Pipedrive natively you can¿t change the deal stage based on sent emails. However, you can for example do this with Zapier and Gmail. So for example when a new email is sent via Google, you can have this updated a deal in Pipedrive, the guys from Zapier can help you set this up if necessary: https://zapier.com/zapbook/gmail/pipedrive/ Currently our team is working on adding the exporting option from the list in your activities. Once this is finished in a couple of months amongst with other updates to the lists in Pipedrive, you will be able to filter your activities and export them out from your activity list view. Email exporting is currently not in the plans. However, since you basically copy your emails from the mail client to Pipedrive, all your original emails are still inside your email client to find. Pipedrive is a great CRM that offers excellent value for money. I have used several other CRMs in the past, but I always end up coming back to Pipedrive. Its user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the integrations with third-party apps are top-notch. Overall, my experience with Pipedrive has been positive and I am confident that it will continue to serve my sales team well in the future.

Pros

Pipedrive is the best CRM I have used in my years of business. The user interface and experience are both excellent, making it easy to navigate and use. Pipedrive offers great value for money, with all the necessary features that a sales team needs.

Cons

Pipedrive offers an excellent user experience, uploading lists from CSV files can be challenging initially, and some of the newer features like email automation may require further development.
