Tener a tu alcance la posibilidad de organizar en un CRM todos los contactos que se usan desde el departamento de ventas, la posibilidad de hacer un seguimiento de los negocios, la posibilidad de personalización con bots vinculados a Slack.

Cons

Variedad de bots, quizá los estandar que tiene no son los suficientes para poder implementar algunas cosas, pero se puede solventar con funciones de la propia herramienta.

Overall, I'm very pleased with Pipedrive and the benefits it has brought to my business. It has made managing my contacts and sales pipeline much easier and I'm confident that it will help me grow my company.

Pros

Pipedrive is an incredibly user-friendly CRM software that allows me to manage my contacts and sales pipeline more efficiently than ever before. The drag-and-drop interface is simple to use and the customizations available have allowed me to tailor my system to fit my needs perfectly.

Cons

Unfortunately, the reporting features of Pipedrive are quite limited and while they do provide some useful data, they don't offer the same level of detail as some of its competitors.

All our leads in one, easy-to-manage, location.

Pros

It's amount is low per month per user, and that's pretty low considering the many options it has available. It also connects to Zapier which means that you can integrate just about anything with it, we funnel all our leads from all over into this system, across 10 different programs. We love the option for custom fields and built-in integrations with google products. It's very simple and easy to use.

Cons

This is really only for lead management, as it's lead capture abilities are severely limited. They do have a form building option, but it looks terrible and is incredibly primitive. We are forced to use another service to design and embed beautiful and custom lead forms, then feed all the responses into pipedrive via zapier (pipedrive does have some sort of php callback options to submit leads, but you have to be a very experience programmer to understand it). Once you begin dealing with large quantities of leads, the loading of the data can be excruciating.

I was attracted by CRMs straightforward yet strong plan that focuses on ease of use regardless of anything else. While utilizing Pipedrive, nothing gets lost in the noise, permitting your group to invest less energy documenting and additional time selling with a CRM programming that is both nimble and strong.

Pros

Nothing falls through the cracks. Less time filling, and more time selling

Cons

Some areas were difficult to use, and could have issues with non experienced people.

I am still surprised that we used to check details on our customers in multiple spreadsheets. With Pipedrive managing our customers and database is easier than ever before.

Pros

I love that Pipedrive is empowering my team and me to stay on track when to it comes account management and emailing our leads, prospects, and customers.

Cons

Sometimes my Pipeline gets overcrowded with too many activities. But I guess it's up to me to keep things cleaner.

Its a good overall service at a very cheap price. I like their team personally and they are flexible and reasonable ie at adding options or giving credit for referring them (even if we did not use the affiliate link), adding options like dedicated IP - if you do not need a lot of integrations like i mentioned under cons, mailigen is a great option

Pros

Its a good ESP with a decent amount of functionality, good support and a nice staff at really cheap prices especially if you are a high volume sender like us

Cons

My main problem with Mailigen is that since they are smaller they integrate a lot less with plugins we use on wordpress for example subscribe forms every time we want to use one like Sumo or optionmonster we need to ask their IT if they can support Mailigen or write some custom code to integrate or export users from mailchimp to mailigen

Pros

Pipederive is a great solution to sales force for small & medium companies. It gives a great overview of leads. Registration of customer is very simple and organized in clients and companies. Negotiations are organized into pipelines and one can have a single or multiple pipeline. Each pipeline can be divided into stages according to the client's situation and each stage contains the deals that reproduce a negotiation, budget or potential sale ready. One can manage all potential customers on one screen, in a visual and practical way, without missing deadlines or getting confused at what was said

Cons

There is nothing significant drawback of this software. Developers are constantly coming up with improvements. The only thing it lacks is non integration with social media like LinkedIn. Also outlook integration is much needed. This software lacks to follow up on an activity if you do not have an open business, Pipe drive obeys business, so if you look for it as a CRM it is not very practical

The overall experience has been great with pipedrive. Other than the couple of cons I included above, it'd say it's an easy-to-use solid CRM for businesses with considerably-sized sales pipelines. Strongly recommend you at least try it for free.

Pros

What did you like most about this software I help implement this app during a consultancy I was involved in a few years ago, for a security equipment distributor in the CALA region. I have to say, this is perhaps one of the most intuitive, visual and easy to use sales CRMs I've been involved with. The feature I liked this most is the visual drag-and-drop ability through the different stages, which also includes the amounts of each sale. One of the most challenging things about running a successful sales team that has multiple members is keeping track of metrics and status of clients. Pipedrive truly makes it much easier, and fun, to track and act. It's also scalable to all sizes of teams.

Cons

What did you like least about this software The only thing I'd improve is the email integration feature. It would be nice to be able to set some sort of classification or grading on certain types of emails. Also, you should add Sales task automation in the Silver plan. that way silver user get a more complete experience with the app, before committing to a more expensive plan.

There are many features to manage your clients and leads. It is easy to write notes, create voice notes (on the phone app), and schedule follow ups.

Cons

Your clients can get lost in the shuffle if you do not schedule a follow up for them. Running reports also tends not to be as straightforward as Sales Force.

The interface is simple, making it easy to understand from the first contact, which makes it much easier, avoiding a long training process, as in other tools, on the other hand it is very expensive compared to other tools on the market. You need to carefully read the details of each package to determine which best suits your needs.

Pros

The mobile app is very good and offers syncing of calls and emails. It features an intuitive interface and business-oriented workflow. It helps small and medium businesses stay on top of their CRM process.

Cons

Functionality limited by price. No separation between new leads and contact lists.

Have used them with multiple clients and will continue to do so in the future.

Pros

Pipedrive is easy to use and much more intuitive (and less robust) than Salesforce. If you have a startup or company with less than 10 sales people this will serve as a much better CRM. It also integrates with Zapier so you can tie it into all of your other SAAS platforms.

Cons

When something doesn't look right it's really difficult to get their Customer Service team to help, they're super responsive but can't actually access your account (for stupid GDPR reasons of their own making) so diagnosing the problem is painful and time consuming.

Overall we’ve been very happy with Pipedrive. We’ve integrated it with PandaDocs for contract management and Xero for finance with ease and are exploring other useful integrations

Pros

Pipedrive is very easy to configure, customise and use, inexpensive and integrated with other popular tools.

Cons

It’s a pure CRM so you can’t expect it to do all that the HubSpot suite does, for instance. But if managing leads, keeping track of your pipeline and maintaining your customer data is what you’re striving for then Pipedrive is a great find

We are using it daily for partner management and lead gen and it is working well for us

Pros

One feature we like the most is that we can connect our email inbox and sync every conversation with the relevant deal. It is awesome that there are a lot of customization options for adding special fields in order to be able to filter leads even further

Cons

The import feature, you gotta be very careful with it to ensure no data is being overwritten. Now the cool thing is that imports can be reverted within a day.
