Pros

One feature we like the most is that we can connect our email inbox and sync every conversation with the relevant deal. It is awesome that there are a lot of customization options for adding special fields in order to be able to filter leads even further

Cons

The import feature, you gotta be very careful with it to ensure no data is being overwritten. Now the cool thing is that imports can be reverted within a day.

Tried a number of different CRM systems, inlcuding Salesforce (too complex), close.io (too expensive), Excel (too manual) a host of other systems, before settling with Pipedrive.

Visual overview of the pipeline The overview can be in form of cards like in Kanban or in plain tabular form, making easier selection and overview of the deals Simple to use Extreme care of the supportive elements, like automatically adding map to the addresses, inviting to book another call/e-mail after finishing the previous one Highly visual history of communications Great customization (have special fields, specific for our company), filtering, reporting

Cons

May be too simple for larger number of communications and deals The interface sizing is large making it less useful with large number of deals

Overall PipeDrive is a great tool to stay in touch with your important clients, build your database and archive notes for potential future projects.

Pros

I love its fluent and unique design, and a kanban board view that allows me to quickly access any of the deals contacts or emails. It is very easy to import your current data into PipeDrive, just by simply filling pre made spreadsheet for PipeDrive and uploading it to your account.

Cons

I think that PipeDrive is missing at least two more subscription choices, Silver, Gold and Platinum subscription plans could be divided into few more choices which would easily find a user for it.

Very good. The software has good features and in case of errors the support is efficient.

Pros

The interface is very simple to use, the user experience is great! In addition, the charts already have good sales management indicators that provide visibility into improvement points.

Cons

The overall cost-effectiveness is good, but if many users have access to the tool, the cost of use becomes high.

### "Good CRM for Small/Mid business"

Overall experience is good. It is much cheaper than write our own system

Pros

It is very easy to use the software, deploy it. Flexible API allows to integrate it with own systems if necessary

Cons

No (or we didn't find how) uniqueness in names. Sometimes our clients become doubled in that way. No simple way how client emails would come to the CRM

Pipedrive is an ideal solution for small to mid-size teams. It certainly isn't going to have the same power as Salesforce, but sometimes you need a reasonably priced family Sedan, not an 18-Wheeler Transport.

Pros

Pipedrive has everything you need to track your sales pipeline and customers in a CRM! It also has very powerful exporting capabilities to get deals that don't close into re-marketing systems

Cons

I can't really think of any major complaints. We tried their live chat software and couldn't get the notifications to work, and it was actually a huge hassle to cancel the free trial, but that was a minor annoyance and only happened once, everything else has been fatastic.

Pros

One of the best features about this tool is its integration with Gmail, that has enabled us to send emails via the platform. We get to see the reasons behind the lost deals if any. It provides us detailed rates of conversions along with the chances the deal would move to the next stage. Pipedrive had helped us a lot in forecasting. I love the feature of the thank you card, like when we win a deal, it automatically sends a thank you card! This tool has a lot of integrations with slack and Trello. You don’t require much training to use this application, we can customize it according to our requirements with ease. This tool suits the best for sales representatives and small businesses or startups like ours.

Cons

What I felt a little irritating is, even though the steps are simple, I need to go through a lot of repetitive steps to customize. The customer service team takes a lot of time to respond. It doesn't integrate with LinkedIn which is indeed a huge negative.

Pipedrive makes biz dev a breeze, easier to track, and almost fun. It is like the gamafication of biz dev. Excellent for collaborative environments too. You can easily track successes and measure efforts.

Pros

It is so easy to use and allows you to pull data from other sources easily. Great drag and drop capability and work flow from potential client identification through closing on a contract. Also works well with other software like Mail Chimp so that you can use your biz dev list easily for email blasts.

Cons

They increased the price so I had to consider the overall value. But, it still seemed valuable even with increased costs.

After begging to use pipedrive everything became much easier. No more scattered notes on paper/computer, everything is on pipedrive and it tells you what to do.

Pros

Pipedrive enables you to schedule your workday and never forget any task you should make with regard to your customers. It allows your company to have a centralized solution for managing the sales process. All the emails, all the documents, all the deals, all the contacts will be in on Pipedrive so that nothing is lost and information flows.

Cons

I would like for pipedrive to have a desktop application that we could work while offline. It also could be improved on the keyboard shortcuts part, I've been using the software for quite some time and I didn't understand this part.

It really helps me to be unstoppable in the sales part of my business, as I'm not limited by how many people I can keep track of. It also helps me to keep current on what is happening with the members in my community so I never forget something important happening with them.

Pros

I love the ease of use and ability to hit the ground running when you sign up! When you set an upcoming activity, Pipedrive sends you and email that morning reminding you of your activity.

Cons

There is not much I don't like about Pipedrive. It is quite easy to use, and if/when my business outgrows Pipedrive, they have built it to easily transfer the data somewhere else.

Pros

Ease of use, friendly user interface, ability to customize it. The new sales assist option really helps me keep track of opened emails and engagement with a prospect/customer.

Cons

Smart contact data search option does not work most of the times. Also the chat option is not really a chat option but something between mail and chat. When a lead comes in there is little to no data.

Pros

I am in to the second year now using Pipedrive, but I believe I still have to explore lot more there. All the features I used so far are extremely time saving. When I gave it a try to use Pipedrive an year back, I was just doing all the emailing and adding activities manually. But after a successful year, I am automating all this process with just a couple of clicks. I go in to the activities page and do everything from there with out going to each individual page. I am happy so far using this CRM but still I never clicked on a lot of things on the dashboard and I believe those are all going to be handy next time for me.

Cons

It takes comparatively longer time learning how to effectively use Pipedrive. I am sad that I didn't use all the features for first 4 months of using it because it needed a lot of time to learn everything. Sometimes when adding a new contact to an existing deal, if the same name already exists in the deal, it doesn't notify.

First of all, I would like to tell you that it's very easy to use and has lots of functionalities from adding leads to final won or loss status in between there are numbers of fields that you can create and manage like lead received, in talk, proposal sent, demo given, negotiations. also, there are end-to-end leads details you can add like company name, phone, website, about the company, person, and its details.

Cons

nothing as such but bit expensive if you are small company

### "Almost ideal but with some serious caveats for bigger companies"

Pros

It's the easiest to use CRM by far. The Pipeline system is intuitive and easy to learn, and it integrates well with our entire tech stack. Combined with Zapier it's a really powerful, flexible tool that our entire commercial team relies on. Their support team is for the most part excellent, but there have been some cases of somewhat robotic behaviour, like requesting screenshots where it doesn't make sense so they can move on to the next step. Ultimately they respond quickly, get the job done and get back in touch with updates. The Rep in particular was extremely friendly, effective and competent during our last performance issue. I'd highly recommend it to any company with a commercial team under 50 employees.

Cons

The issues arise when you outgrow the software, and I worry we may be reaching that point. Although our issues are currently resolved, there have been periods of severe performance problems taking us offline for hours at a time (about 3 serious instances in the last 9 months, with several smaller outages), as a result of our high volume of users and activity. Pipedrive seems to be primarily aimed at smaller companies but I hope they'll expand their support for larger ones in the near future since it's such a good solution.

Easy to use pipelines to track processes.

Pros

It is very easy to use, anyone could start using very quickly, you can customize your stages and create sevaral different pipelines and keep tracking of all your process. Statistics and reports are very good, keeping almost all important KPIs and performance numbers very clear.

Cons

It lacks some functions to become a complete CRM tool, the pricing is expensive for the gold plan that allows you to send mails and create really engaging campaigns for your customers and users. There is a big gap of pricing from the Silver Plan to Gold.

Pros

I love Pipedrive, the card view is fantastic allowing me to move deals from progress stages with a simple drag and drop. Or if the deal needs to live in another "pipe" I can simply change to one of my other pipes. The tasks keep me on track with each deal and the stats allow me to see my progress each week.

Cons

The stats are good, however I would love it if there was an automated report generated rather than having to check the stats out manually each week. Also, syncing with my emails means that I can keep all the info relating to my deal in one place. But not all the emails are recognised as belonging to the specific deal, so before I close the deal off, I have to manually search for the emails, then for each individual email I have to select the deal to link it to! This is monotonous to say the least! It would be so much quicker if I could simply select all the emails relating to the deal in one hit and then link to the deal once.

I've tried a number of different platforms that looked similar to PipeDrive but I keep coming back to it as it is the only one that really does what I want it to do.

Pros

Most CRM's are designed for teams and larger companies with lots of bells and whistles that the solopreneur would rarely use. PipeDrive is easy to adapt for the solopreneur or sales professional. You can see exactly where each prospect and client is in your buyer's journey and what you need to do next with them.

Cons

Although it syncs with your calendar, automatic email syncs and send are only available at the higher level of membership

We've tried various CRM programs over the years. This is the best solution thus far.

Pros

It's very intuitive and allows you to make immediate adjustments. We can all be on a staff meeting and discuss a project and make an immediate modification to the account or covert to the next step.

Cons

It doesn't seem overly LINKEDIN friendly. It doesn't always pull past history of emails from outlook.
