### "Pipedrive CRM sales management tool"

The pipeline the board of deals, characterizing the possibilities, leads, mqls and sqls and positioning each with robotization isn't possible better than from Pipedrive. Overseeing open doors and sending contracts inside Pipedrive are essentially awesome.

Pros

It keeps you focused on the particular tasks and guides you through the necessary steps to be taken.

Cons

The work around is somewhat basic: we have utilized MailChimp, for which there is an extraordinary mix in PipeDrive. Utilizing MailChimp implies we needn't bother with PipeDrive Proficient (and MailChimp is less expensive than the additional expense of Expert over Cutting edge) however I would prefer to pay somewhat something else for a coordinated arrangement. Configuration is maybe not quite as smooth as HubSpot, but rather the simplicity of adding extra fields to contacts, hopping among organizations and contacts is better.

Pipedrive has been amazing for us! We have tried several CRM tools and have been using Pipedrive for the past 4 years! It is one that has constantly evolved and always meets our needs and desires.

Pros

What I like most about Pipedrive is the fact that we can customize it to our organization and specific needs. Being a somewhat unique company, Pipedrive is a perfect fit for us where as other CRM tools wouldn't mold into what we needed.

Cons

Pipedrive can be somewhat overwhelming and confusing during setup but this is just an opportunity to really learn the tool and become familiar with it from the start.

Suitable for small startups but it's not for business on scale. It takes quite a time to use it properly. I switched to another solution which is free and much easier to use.

Pros

It is only ok for small businesses and it was the best solution untill I found a better one.

Cons

Quite complicated to use if you compare to another CRM solutions for small businesses.

Pros

I find the UX intuitive and don't have to spend much time in the training library. It offers features that are practical and easy to understand. Especially if you are a Manager building the pipeline/forecast.

Cons

For this CRM to be a comprehensive solution for my needs, it needs a few services: 1) make my monthly newsletter integration easy; 2) provide my contacts LinkedIn profiles; 3) provide the option to enrich the existing data with other data aggregators.

Pipedrive provides a great solution for keeping track of prospects, where they are in the sales process, how much revenue has been won/lost, and key metrics for focusing efforts in the most worthy activities. It's so intuitive and sleek design. Has everything you need for your sales efforts

Pros

Ease of use, user friendly, minimalist CRM yet has all the tools/functionalities that you would use from a more expensive product

Cons

Very slight learning curve, especially if you've used a crm in the past. But, this is the case with most crm software

A lot of the features we needed were included in the Pro plan, whereas with other companies we would have had to pay double for some of those features.

Pros

Pipedrive is very easy to use, well organized, and easy to navigate. I love the calendar, activities and the notifications, along with the UI which I think is beyond better than some of its competitors. One of the best features is the ability to create customized fields. The last Pro, and this was huge for us, was the ability to create a contact with no required fields. We used Hubspot and Cloze and they required you to have an email, phone, or social media account to create the contact. Some of our leads come from community forums where we do not have the info initially so Pipedrive made entering leads a million times easier.

Cons

Sometimes we have noticed it can run a bit slow, such as when sending an email. One minor gripe is when I create a Contact and then I create a Deal - if I put notes or emails under the Contact it doesn't sync with the Deal. I have to put all notes and emails under the Deal. Another small annoyance is that the email tracking doesn't tell you who you opened the email so if an email is sent to 2 people, you have no idea which one opened it when.

### "Very Good for Sales Pipes!"

With Pipedrive I never forget a customer. I can see exactly where I am with the customer and I can also view the mail history directly. The good thing is that I can see when colleagues are already in contact with a particular customer. I can then coordinate with them.

Pros

Pipedrive is a very simple product. You can easily assign your deals to different pipes to have a simple overview. If there are already customers in the system, the Auto-Fill function is very useful. Also, the integration with paper saves a lot of work.

Cons

To be honest, there are not many negative aspects. However, I don't think I'm using all the features of Pipedrive yet that you can use. In order to know all the functions, I think the best thing is to take a course or something similar.

Really happy with this app; it works great on desktop or tablet and is very functional for those on the go.

Pros

This app is very user-friendly and great for staying organized. It allows me to send emails out with templates that are provided and create tasks. This helps our sales increase by being able to stay on top of client communication. We also use it on our desktops; it is still fully functional and easy to use.

Cons

Even though it allows you to send emails to your leads, you can't schedule them, which would be helpful. Also, sometimes we have to re-do data entry because it will randomly delete.

Solid sales enablement software to keep a high-level overview on how teams are progressing through different quarters. It ultimately didn't have other features we needed to reduce our admin workflow while continuing to integrate with other parts of revenue operations.

Pros

There are a lot of great features compared to HubSpot if your team is specifically looking for a sales enablement solution. If you have multiple pipelines for different teams or business units then I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

When we first started using this it didn't have as many integrations with other programs we used so it was creating additional processes. Today it does have more support for different partners, but today you need more than a sales pipeline to close deals.

The most appealing feature of Pipedrive was its customization. Although it is made to be user-friendly and straightforward, it also offers extensive customization options for fields, displays, and procedures to better meet the demands of each business. The platform is very adaptable and allows for a lot of customization in order to fit it to the unique requirements of the business.

Cons

The thing I liked least about Pipedrive is that it can be difficult to understand and utilize. It might not be the best choice for people who are brand-new to CRM software because it takes a lot of time and effort to learn all of its features and functionalities.

It's an awesome platform that allows me to track practically everything I need to and to share all of those things with my team. I love the collaboration, the ease of use and simplicity, and the ability to play with it to make it my own.

Pros

Ease of use. It's very easy to access, the mobile app is awesome, and the web-based platform is so much faster than a traditional CRM that is software based.

Cons

Sometimes I wish it was a little more robust for automating communication (i.e. if we completed a milestone it would send out an e-mail), but overall, this has not been a significant issue.

Used Salesforce, used insightly, used Podio (not a CRM but we made it one), used a spreadsheet. In Salesforce and Insightly case they are clunky, slow, have all sorts of features that are just cr&p. The email integrations are clunky. I mean how does a CRM have poor email integration. Crazy. Insightly was the worst for keeping contacts up to date. The gmail and mailchimp "integrations" were rubbish and the worst part was for gmail it was only one way. So for anyone updating a contact on your phone insightly wouldn't update and seemed to just over rule your change. So annoying. And you could not bulk edit or update clients, companies or deals. So annoying! Podio was heaps better! Even though it was for project management. Bulk edit and its custimisation were awesome, but it just was not a CRM. Pipedrive, is simple, everything is in a "Pipe" of potential deals. The way we think about deals. Many factors change at our potential clients to the bulk edit (which is intuitive and easy to use) is such a good feature! And we have it synced across gmail (contacts, calendar and mail), iOS devices, mailchimp. (use FullContact as well as Piesync and built in Pipedrive gmail integration). Seriously awesome!

Pros

Simple, easy, intuitive, bulk edit/ upload feature is worth it alone. Gmail integration, simple interface. Seriously gold!

Cons

None really, would love a way to dial/ record or notate a phone call directly from a potential client, but overall is great!

Sales executives would constantly, forget to follow up with their leads and had no clarity on their pipeline. Pipedrive has definetly changed it.

Pros

Pipedrive has made it really easy for us to track all the sales leads. They even help follow up without missing. Their mobile apps are also a delight.The UI is neat, simple and user friendly

Cons

Not very feature rich but considering the price for the software, it is not really a con. Compared to other software like Salesforce, Pipedrive is a great bargain. But one has to keep in mind that Pipedrive is a simple solution

Would have worked well for our small team - we each work for ourselves and pay our own expenses - we will find something else was can each pay for - very disappointed. Leaving a bad review every single place I can! Getting my moneys worth for being charged for 4 people when currently they are not even set up - just got the invite!

Pros

I will like most the day I cancel! I have one month to transfer everything to a new system.

Cons

Poor customer support in resolving a billing issue. I was charged for all my coworkers after inviting them to use the software and customer support refuses to refund the money. Now None of the salespeople are going to use it and I'm canceling. I hope you reading this will choose something else.

### "My first CRM"

Have tried many CRMs after Pipedrive, but I keep going back to Pipedrive - my first CRM. Haven't found a better one yet.

Pros

Moving from spreadsheets to a CRM is scary for new users, but Pipedrive makes it seem simple enough. The links it creates between contacts, deals and engagements/followups is simply fantastic when you see it first. Shows you the vast difference between calling people from a sheet, and following leads that the CRM tells you you should contact. It's really easy to create multiple sales pipelines, and choose which one a new deal should go into.

Cons

After a couple of years, you have a huge number of deals, and most of them just end up abandoned. It's hard to mark them as lost, even if you haven't won them. So it's a huge amount of lead data that's just being unused.

Pros

Our organization totally loves this easy to use CRM tracking system. We are able to upload documents, track emails and set follow up activity online or thru the mobile app. I use it at shows on the road to keep my sales channels full. I love the personalization it offers for stages or data tracking specific to what we need. it allows me to track close rates and average cycle time with the owner loves seeing.

Cons

I have to follow up and continue account management once a deal closes. it bothers me that once a deal is marked as one it disappears from the pipeline main screens as if there are no other work to be done. I really need a way to track house accounts for future needs.

First of all i was hesitant, but once i started working on , i fell in love with it . i would recommand everybody to try it before judging it after all you get 15 days for trial.

Pros

This software is very user-friendly, easy to use, affordable, and can be learned in less than 3 to 4 days. it has a help center for everything you need, and the customer service is great and fast ,plus they are alway ready to help.

Cons

that its missing some features that can be used after you win a deal , can create email marketing campaigns for the contact and follow up on the procedures .
