### "Affordable CRM for Smaller Businesses"

We've tried other software - they are more difficult for a number of reasons. Being a smaller (under 20 person) business we have 3 sales people and need to be able to track the lifecycle of all leads, origination and how they pan out through our cycle. What I like about PipeDrive is the ease of set-up, specifically for your company and ability to define your own pipelines. Another great feature is a ROT feature. This allows a manager to be notified when a lead is not touched or moved from a place in your pipeline after a defined period of time. Helps to easily keep track of who is doing what and if discounts or extra time is necessary to be placed on a particular lead.

Pros

Affordability, ease of set-up and use. App.

Cons

Some modifications, ease of tracking all email communications with external third-party clients (Gmail, Outlook)

Pros

After using numerous sales tools in the past, I came across Pipedrive and immmediately fell in love with the convenient Pipeline view. Finally there was an easy way for me to organize multiple projects completely independent from each other! Our company has different divisions that don't have much in common. Differentiating between them is key. I also like the fact that you can add an (unlimited) amount of custom fields for deals, organizations, and people. This is especially great when you need to capture data that is specific to your industry. I can also specify whether this info is important and should be displayed prominently on a deal/company/person or not. 2 Way Mail Sync is working nicely and smartly links incoming emails to deals, once you made an initial connection.

Cons

Sending emails from Pipedrive is slow, takes a lot of time to display in the deal, leaving you wondering whether the email was even sent. Uploading attachments also take about 3 approaches in my case until it finally works. That's quite cumbersome and put me in a bad spot a couple of times because I forgot to add attachments. The lack of natives VOIP Integration is also unfortunate and very important to us. This is not really a critique about Pipedrive, but I m going to say it anyway: per-user pricing is high! At least give me a few users whether I use them or not, but it's not cool having to share users.

### "Most efficient CRM out there."

Great CRM for small to medium sized teams. Requires little experience and is very easy to use and setup. There are a ton of videos explaining setup and proper use and customer service is always willing to help out. For me this is the easiest to setup up and use of all CRMs out there. We have used others and they are either too expensive when your team starts to grow or too expensive to setup. Using Pipedrive on your smartphone is also a pleasure to use.

Pros

\-The price point is very good compared to the rest. This is a great solution for small to medium size teams. -Simplicity. Very intuitive. -Ease of use. Pretty much self explanatory. -Ease of setup. Some reading needs to be done but is as simple as it gets without the need of a 3rd part consultant. -Customer service.

Cons

More filters would be nice. Filtering by team members, client name, type of business can be tricky sometimes. Sometimes its easier to download and filter using excel which would be nice to see in future releases.

Pros

It just WORKS. Pipedrive has been critical to our business success. I am able to keep my entire crm database in one, searchable location.

Cons

Nothing at the moment. Everything in Pipedrive is pretty intuitive and they've added iterations over time.

It's solid, been on it for 5 years now. For anyone looking to start getting organized it's a comfortable step.

Pros

Web-based, price is right, integrations are good and simple to use.

Cons

Seems to have conflicts with mail controls. From Chrome to gmail integrations and desktop are conflicting we've not been able to figure out. WordPress plugins for connections to fields via GravityForms can become complicated but once you get the hang of it they work well. Some overlap for activities and calendar if you are already married to others.

Makes follow up easier. Has a lot of features that we haven't integrated yet that we will integrate in the future. Looks user friendly but is only semi-user friendly.

Pros

Pipedrive CRM has a lot of the features that we need and more importantly, will need in the future. We compared between PipeDrive and Close.io and selected Pipedrive due to it's easier to look at UI.

Cons

Not a lot of easy documentation or videos on how to use the software to it's full potential. We are missing a lot of features that are sure to help us but it takes too long to learn and use them.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

Pipedrive had a easier UI to work with for sales.

Again for teams, 11-50 pipedrive is an absolute rockstar. I converted 4-5 teams from other solutions to Pipe and everyone is super happy about it. When you connect it to other apps via Zapier it does wonders to your sales process.

Pros

It's simple and activity focused. Overall setup and ramp up time even now with all the added "complexities" can be performed in a day or week (if you are too lazy). Overall I love using it. I think it's perfect for companies 11-50

Cons

Automation is missing. However, Pipedrive team keep adding new features - automation related.

Cons

There are a couple of areas where having flexibility with adding multiple categories would be a big help. Overall this is a solid CRM Tool.

Overall I have nothing but great results from using Pipedrive. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has to keep track of multiple clients or customers. Great time saver!

Pros

I like that Pipedrive has let me streamline how I communicate with my customers. Before I would have notes everywhere and would have to rely on my memory on when things were due or when I should follow up with customers. This leaves the guessing work out. It also allows me to collaborate with other team members and not duplicate any one's efforts.

Cons

No cons about this software, it has really helped me to stay organized and feel like I have a grasp of where all my customer's relationship status is at any given time.

This is a much easier to use CRM than most competitors. This allows us to manage our sales funnel much easier than other software. This is one of the best investments we made in 2017

Pros

Ease of use and user journey management is the best part of Pipedrive. Competing software like Salesforce can become convoluted very quickly. Smaller teams really don't need much more than Pipedrive. This is a perfect example of a smaller company that does better work than the big names. Pipedrive also has a beautiful interface. It's laid out in a very sleek and lacks the clunky interface of some competing CRMs.

Cons

Reporting software is not as thorough as Salesforce in my experience. This isn't a huge deal for our company but I think some nitpicky people may find it a bit limiting. The reporting is pretty customizable so it's not a real complaint for us.

Potential customers who visited our website and drop a lead to us are directly integrated with the Pipedrive accounts of our sales team. We also separated the leads according to regions easily using pipelines. Pipedrive made it very easy to keep track of the customers from demo to sales process.

Pros

Our sales team uses Pipedrive to track their inquiries and sales process. I, as a software developer, used its API to integrate Pipedrive with our website and web applications. Pipedrive has a great API documentation and interactive interface that you can try the functions in realtime.

Cons

Integration was a little bit complicated at first but I don't encounter any other problem with Pipedrive during the time I use.

Pros

Having used tools like Trello and Kanbanery, Pipedrive seemed like a natural fit with its column and card based interface. Even though we could have used the tools I just mentioned for sales, Pipedrive is specifically built for it and at the price it seemed like a no brainer rather than trying to deal with piecing together our own less than ideal solution. It is also extremely easy for new sales reps to use which was important for us in our selection process.

Cons

It did take us as managers a bit of time to work out how our sales pipeline should look and work within Pipedrive. Pipedrive does have many resources about this, and I'm not sure this could be improved necessarily. The only real bad thing I can think of from the experience was that I underestimated the initial setup time for our organization (which still wasn't bad).
