Pros

There are a lot of features that are available. The integration between Pipedrive and other apps make it a great CRM and keeping track of communication. Having a team that can access all notes and see all interactions is a great feature to have to provide excellent customer service.

Cons

The set up time was a downside. Of course this comes with the territory as it will save time in the future of having to do repetitive tasks.

Very easy contact import. Continuously improving. The new calling feature is very useful!

Cons

The event planning feature seems useful but is useless to us as it sends out an email with a .ICS file instead of a real meeting invite.

Cons

Web version is really good. app needs lot of improvement, also app has limited features as compared with desktop version.

Overall pretty good experience as it is easy to set up and very visual!

Pros

Very visual and intuitive. Easy to use even if you are not a tech person. You can add easily leads/deals and update them. Very easy to keep track and give you notifications on things to do.

Cons

For our work as consultants, we represent partners and we sometimes use different email addresses to contact potential clients. It would be good to be able to add more than 1 email address to the same account. Linking your email address to Pipedrive is good but needs improvement as you don't have email folders in Pipedrive

### "It's OK, but seriously flawed because it does not integrate with Outlook Calendar"

Do not purchase this software if you need Calendar integration with Outlook.

Pros

It is intuitive and easy to configure and use.

Cons

The system does not integrate with Outlook Calendar, the more we use Pipedrive, the more clear and serious this weakness becomes to us. I can not and will not recommend that other Property & Casualty Insurance Brokerage operations make the investment in this software until Pipedrive provides this most basic integration. This weakness in the Pipedrive system is such a huge disconnect for Pipedrive. Pipedrive's customer support acts as though they could care less, and as though we are the only people in the world that need this function. I can only assume that others before me did a better job of discovering this weakness (before making the purchase), and for that reason they elected not to make the purchase the software. Everyone in my industry LIVES in their Outlook calendar - I strongly encourage Pipedrive to figure this out.

Hello Dana, That is very valid feedback, you are right when you said that you are not the first person to point out this limitation in regards to Outlook Calendar. I can assure you that our support does their best and does care about our customers. We now have Outlook calendar integration in the roadmap but, at the moment, we don¿t yet have a concrete ETA. One option is to sync your office365 or Outlook with Google and then sync Google with Pipedrive via settings -> personal -> connections. Then when you enable the Google Calendar and Contacts sync in Pipedrive it will actually also sync your contacts and activities to your office365 contacts and calendar. Another option would be to use a third party application to enable the sync between Pipedrive and Outlook: http://www.pipedriveoutlooksync.com/ This application is not developed by Pipedrive and will have extra costs. We really love Pipedrive. From day one it has been so easy to customise and use. I have a very basic knowledge of computing, and was able to set up our whole company and customise the way it looks and works.

Cons

I can't say a bat word about pipedrive. It works as it says it does. Customer support is fantastic and it doesn't fail

Pros

I liked how I was able to organize my customers and potential customers onto my Pipedrive. I also liked how I was able to create separate Pipedrives for different things. We often call back our customers, or do followups and Pipedrive helped me remember to do so with its reminders as well.

Cons

It was a little confusing to navigate and figure out how to organize at first.

This product is by far my favorite CRM, by such a longshot. They are just a few tweaks they need to perfect to make it the most user-friendly and "straight-to-point" sales tool available.

Pros

This software is great, the ease of use for moving clients and leads through different stages of the the sales process is bar none, the easiest I have used. The drag and drop is simple and satisfying, the layout is clean and ergonomic, and learning the tool is extremely easy. Beyond that, they have pretty comprehensive support that gets back in a pretty timely manner. Building new pipelines is a breeze and it does port with a lot of useful apps.

Cons

Notifications and Reminders! They really need to work on this component, sales reps love to set follow up reminders and they need a more effective way to leave notes about how the task went, what became of the task, and what the next steps are for that task. Additionally, if a team members alters a lead you are tied to more details on mobile about the changes would be helpful.

Pros

We have many people involved on each project and this allows us to assign specific duties easily and the mobile access makes access easy.

Cons

It would be nice to have an embedded checklist option to help us ensure each project has all the right information.

### "Total Control Over Your Pipeline"

Before Pipedrive I was tracking calls and prospects on pen and paper and a spreadsheet. Now I have all my notes in one place, tracking calls, emails, and tasks. Now I know exactly how long it's been since I called a prospect, see all my notes on them, and track their progress along my sales process. Everything is easier seen at a glance, but I can also see all the details per prospect as needed.

Pros

Pipedrive gives you many features for the price to keep an eye on your pipeline, from cool leads to current clients. It's customization options gives you the way to setup a workflow the way you need it and expand it to meet your needs. - Visualize and move people through your pipeline(s) - Add automation such as emailing as people move through the pipeline - Track everything. Take your own notes but also track calls, emails, tasks, and more - Since I've been using them I've seen lot of features added including the ability to call straight from the software

Cons

Onboarding is minimum. They show you where all the features and tools are, but it's up to you to find your own work flow and best practices. I was fortunate to have a mentor walk me though the setup and without him I imagine it would have been daunting and difficult.

Pros

Pipedrive was easy for my Dev team to connect with API and even easier for our Sales team to learn. We had been bouncing around CRM tools for 5 years. All of that stoped as soon as we started using Pipedrive. It is easy to pull reports out of and easy to track work being done. I would highly recommend it.

Cons

After the initial setup we have not had any real issues. I do wish it had a round robin assignment feature when leads come in unassigned.

Very positive experience overall and it it always being developed also which is great to see, especially when the changes make it better and easier to use.

Pros

The ease of use and being able to see what stage each customer is at within the process of sales leads. Being able to see where the leads come in from is also really useful for marketing spend...ie, which routes work best.

Cons

Not a fan with the new update...deals are not changing status as fast as they used to. Hopefully this will improve though.

We use Pipedrive to manage all leads, both existing and new business prospects. It is popular with our management team but a poor substitute for Salesforce or other competitors for the front line sales teams

Pros

The quote management function is the best part of this, reminding you of outstanding quotes and previous approved deals

Cons

I found the email, contact and task management to be repetitive and with a lot of extra steps, not integrated to other platforms

I entered Pipedrive with some hesitation. I've tried Salesforce before: it was too big, clunky and required too much work when all I wanted to do was just get back to work. Other sales platforms didn't offer the functionality we needed in our company. They were too small. Pipedrive is just right. It fits in my day-to-day and allows our sales team to be on top of our sales cycle. It helps us remain in touch with our growing list of contacts in an efficient, simple way. Pipedrive just fits with our sales efforts.

Pros

Ease of use. Functionality is ideal without too many add-ons that can get bulky. Great tool to get our job done. Customizable fields for the sales cycle - huge benefit!

Cons

Not many Cons here which is why we chose Pipedrive after an extensive search and trial & error period. I believe any further updates to the software will increase productivity.

We are always looking for good, simple, and affordable tech tools to make our clients’ lives easier. For people who don’t take naturally to technology but need a CRM solution, finding Pipedrive makes for a good day. It’s apparent that a lot of thought went into what it takes to easily manage the backend of a sales business. Pipedrive is making this process a lot simpler for us.

Pros

We like simple and the streamlined dashboard was easy to understand. We are also busy people so we were quite pleased to be able to completely set up the sales activities and import our customers in under an hour. We had one question during set up so we dropped a line into the chat box. Within a couple of minutes, we had our answer giving us a good feeling about their support staff. It’s completely customizable so our workflow tasks (activities) were simple to add once we knew exactly what process each client would go through from initial contact to sale and follow up. The calendar option let us put dates to each task and all the notes we added were date stamped, a feature we found quite useful. We also liked that the program automatically puts the current tasks on the top of the list and has a color coding to show what’s not due yet, what’s currently due and what is overdue. We are also using the Zapier integration to connect to MailChimp for managing our customers’ email communications. There a lot of other integration options, too which we may add in the future. After trying some fairly expensive solutions, my clients loved the free trial option although the price to upgrade is quite affordable.

Cons

My biggest concern is that support is only available Monday through Friday during office hours although they do have a fairly extensive library of tutorials.
