Excellent and have had a couple of issues (not huge) over the years and their online Chat has helped tremendously to solve my issues.

Pros

The software is easy to use and implement and helps to keep me organized on my daily activities

Cons

Took awhile to learn how to use but I had a younger person help me set it up as I am 69 years old and not computer savvy like today's young people

### "This simple CRM for small teams is a winner for my organization"

This is an easy to use CRM that requires little training to new employees. I highly recommend pipedrive.

Pros

Pipedrive seems targeted to small teams. Things like SalesForce are just overkill for small businesses and Pipedrive was the solution. This CRM has all we need to be successful. A beautiful interface that's intuitive and easy to use, great metrics and information at a glance. I particularly love how easy it is to customize the pipeline.

Cons

I wish the Form Builder was a little better. Some design changes are needed there for it to be a useful tool, for the time being it's going to remain untouched.

Pros

The best part about Pipedrive is that it can be customized well according to the size of the firm. It has helped us a lot in streamlining our sales processes. It is great in simplicity and promises ease of use. We just need a device and a browser. The best part is that we can have more than one pipeline. I just love it when we see the updates regarding the task like we can see different icons according to the task status. They literally provide a lot of details on their dashboard. We can just upload all our documents and proposals to one place. It has been really easy to use that we didn't require any specific training and induction for using this.

Cons

I haven't found a way to send emails on the mobile application, that I had to shift to other service providers. The contacts page requires improvement.

Pros

It is made for the end user who want many products for sale, keeping in view the integrations provided by it. It is very robust for small businesses due to third party integrations it provide. It is excellent CRM which keeps the picture of sales clear. It has very interactive design and drag n drop functionalities. We can easily track what are statuses of our products remotely from phone as well as from office desktop.

Cons

The contact lists should auto refresh and the notes which can be read from older people to newer people should have the mass creation of notes possible.

After switching over to Pipedrive, we now have a much better system for finding and keeping up with our contact and potential leads. Plus it is very affordable!

Pros

Their are many great features that I (and my team) really like that Pipedrive offers, but the thing I like the most is the value. You get all of the great features you need and want out of a CRM for a price that can't be beat!!!

Cons

I can not think of anything I absolutely do not like about Pipedrive, but I can say the app is one thing that could use some improvement. It isn't difficult to use, but the layout and navigation could use some improvement.

It is a quality CRM tool, and offers everything needed for the company. It is a tool fully geared towards helping to create a sales funnel structure. It allows customization of all levels of the funnel, and it is possible to track all parts of the project in an excellent way. As the main focus of the tool is the sales funnel, it has all the stages of onboarding and deployment your customers will go through.

Cons

• High cost benefit; • Creation of very complex fields and filters; • Query and export of complex data;

I love being able to track my accounts and make sure nothing falls thru, as well as track how well my team is doing in forecasting sales quotas.

Pros

I really enjoy this CRM. I have seen a reduction in time lost inputting information and data relating to accounts. This allows me to track emails and follow up on accounts, we have seen an increase in sales due to the follow up notices issued by this customized crm.

Cons

Wish it had a dialing system built in to contact customers thru the software. It lacks the options to call direct and that is the only piece of the puzzle that would help in a call center.

Pipedrive helps our sales team look at leads and sales in a different perspective. We also use it to organize data efficiently.

Pros

This product is so intuitive for the sales process, and easy to use! The reports that come out of it are exactly what we need and so easy to use. The price is also very low for such a great product! The interface is also very easy to use!

Cons

It doesn't necessarily hook easily with all CRMs, but still doable!

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

Pipedrive was at a much lower cost and did everything we wanted! The interface was also more efficient than other products we were looking at.

### "Pipedrive packs a punch!"

After using Pipedrive for a few months, I have found what I had been looking for. My favorite feature is the ability to drag each prospect from stage to stage in my sales pipeline. There is just something motivational about seeing a prospect move deeper and deeper into the process. Setting up actions, such as next call or appointment with a prospect is stupid simple and the notification feature is excellent. In short, it is great.

Pros

There are two things I enjoy most: 1) When I first started using Pipedrive I setup a pipeline for a couple of different marketing projects. I wasn't certain what stages I would need in each pipleline, so I just did the best I could and went to work. Within a couple of weeks I had made several significant enhancements to improve the work flow. Not only was it simple to modify the stages in my pipeline, but without Pipedrive it would have taken me much longer to refine my sales funnel. And, #2 I love the visualization of moving prospects from left to right through the pipeline. At a glance, I can see how many people and which people need attention to move them to the next stage.

Cons

I don't have any negatives, but I do have a couple of recommendations. It would be great if I could either select from a series of small icons to place on the rectangles representing each prospect (deal). That would significantly increase the "at-a-glance" power of the software. Another similar option would be to have the ability to assign a pale background color to certain rectangles. Three or four colors would help immensely.

Pipedrive has proven to be a very complete CRM tool. The customization allows to fit my team's processes perfectly and centralizes all of our activities, which is what we require from it.

Pros

The pre-set organization of information makes it intuitive to use and a great tool to aggregate information for sales teams. It handles large data inputs well and offers a lot of customization as well to fit the processes of the teams using it.

Cons

Although intuitive to use, the organization of the information makes it hard to read sometimes. Without proper set-up and training to use it, it is very easy to overlap/lose relevant information, which can be troublesome. Lastly, UX on Android mobile devices could be improved for more agile usability and look-up of information.

Having wasted more than a week trying to set up the supposed leading brand of CRM, you know the one beginning with Sales....., I was recommended to try PipeDrive and although I made a simple error mapping the fields to my spreadsheet the first time, I was still up and running within a couple of hours. Quite amazing! The good thing is that if you make a mistake like I did, you can undo the import immediately! WHAAAT?! Yeah right?! So easy, and self explanatory. I have been using PipeDrive for about 5 months now and am amazed every day that it is so intuitive. Linking email is automatic so that can't be easier, and I love the reminders for Activities every day, and also being able to easily make notes on calls, and schedule the next action. I did also have cause to ask support a question, and was blown away by the level of support I received instantaneously via the chat, and even after that I got emails with screen shots of the steps I needed to take to do what I wanted. Really impressed. This CRM has been designed by people who actually KNOW what is needed in CRM, not just a random amount of data put together that you have to figure out what to do with. It's so easy to set up YOUR specific steps in the Pipe, and is so intuitive it's a wonder someone didn't do this before! So far I have recommended PipeDrive numerous times within our firm, and will continue to do so. I don't need to look anywhere else! Thanks PipeDrive! Keep up the great work!

Ease of use, simplicity, intuitiveness. Obviously been thought through by sales people.

Cons

I wish it linked my Meetings into Outlook without having to go through Zapper.

Pros

Pipedrive activity tab is the best area where everything can be carried out with just few clicks. Creating a deal and adding contacts to it just take only few minutes. The inbuilt contact fetching system is available with the gold plan which I am going to purchase sooner. It integrates with my email client very easily and I send emails only through Pipedrive. It sends an email to the associated email address each time when there is an upcoming activity. Pricing is very affordable after the 14 day free trial.

Cons

I couldn't yet set up the feature to view incoming messages inside the CRM. If this feature can be implemented, I could easily set up auto response feature as well. But I can't do it after trying for several times and I contacted support and their solution didn't help me also.

Pros

1\. Easy for management to do deal tracking 2. Cloud access helps with collaboration. This has reduced our sales catchup meeting a lot 3. Very cheap compared to the alternatives 4. Great for importing/exporting data from other such services 5. Marketplace has lot of competent integrations

Cons

1\. The dashboard looks messy when data is imported from other services. Takes a lot of effort to clean it up. 2. VEry unintuitive user management interface. Had a very hard time deleting/suspending/unsuspending users.

Pros

The software is easy to start using and inputting data. The reporting ability to track the progress and great follow up feature is fantastic

Cons

I upgraded the software to platinum a several times the cost of the basic version just to use the sales forecast tool. this tool works less than 10% of the time. The ability to print reports or send report items is virtually non existent and in many of the reporting features that are there you cannot combine pipelines. The customer support option is difficult. It seems the support representatives do not actually know how to use the software and cannot answer any questions. Instead they send links for self help. As soon as you click not the link the help conversation disappears and you have to wait several minutes in a cue and then start all over again with a new customer support rep. The features do not all work on apple products ( computers) unless you use google chrome or firefox

Overall I am very satisfied with Pipedrive, it is a great CRM tool, so far the best I have used over the years. For me it is a clear winner because it is simple yet very powerful. As a Director of Sales I use it every day and I can see how our Sales Managers work with leads etc, anywhere and anytime.

Pros

very easy to use visual approach customizable easy imports/exports accessible anywhere (good iPhone app, Android too sluggish) good email connectivity

Cons

limited analytics for Gold members (I do not think this should require Platinum membership in general) not possible to create activities in a bulk (unless imported)

We use it for deal flow for our fund to select companies in which to invest. Does the job great.

Pros

The worst thing about CRMs is the amount of time you spend filling in forms with data. Pipedrive reduces this to an absolute minimum, automating as much as possible and reducing data entry to an absolute minimum. It really feels like a very dynamic app, so it's a joy to use. It's also easy to customize and has a large range of features and integrations.

Cons

I wish it would auto-save when I'm taking notes so that if I forget to click the save button it doesn't lose everything.
