Streamlining funnel prospects. Making it easier to prioritize who to communicate with and what stage they're at. See, even after they're "closed" and have paid us, there are still months of work and optimization to be done for them, so we can always see what's going on. We never miss a beat with our funnel customers.

Pros

I love the left-to-right "pipeline" format. It makes it easy to track not only where a prospect is at, but how many prospects are at what stage. Makes it super easy to prioritize based on customer status and how many are in that status or stage. Instead of bumping around trying to figure out who is where, you can figure out in about 10 seconds where you're at for the day and prioritize prospects and tasks immediately. When I first started using it to sell funnels it made tracking SO MUCH EASIER.

Cons

There honestly isn't much I didn't like, and nothing that I can remember right now. It is simple an straightforward, and does exactly what you'd expect.

Pros

Easy to use tool. It is possible to organize all the deals by stages, save notes and e-mails by deal. I recommend to integrante pipe drive with Gmail, it works very well!

Cons

Sometimes the search box just frizes and and I need to refresh the page. But I would say this is a minimum detail, compared with how good the tool is!

Web based solution allowing for easy access anywhere on any device. Perfect for a dispersed sales team.

Cons

Mobile app much limited function compared to the actual software, meanwhile relies on the most current ios in order to function.

Provided the best insight of our team where the leads were coming from. More importantly we were able to collaborate better when someone needed help. We use Slack and the integration is super slick and easy when we need to add notes on the fly.

Pros

This is by far the easiest Sales CRM out there. Intuitive, visual, integration ready ... and I do mean ready, and above all clearest way to see how your leads are perculating ;)

Cons

Although reporting has gotten very good and provides many ways in retrieving data .. visualization is not there yet in terms of graphs. It's getting there but not there yet.

It totally manages the information aspects of client / customer interface as well as providing a powerful sales management system. Pipedrive is a professional, fully functional CRM / Sales Management system. Please keep developing it!

Pros

Easy to use and intuitive, yet extremely comprehensive and powerful. Uncluttered layout with ability to easily add own fields and customise. Visual pipeline (customisable to your own Sales Cycle) enables deal management, rather than the usual deal diarisation that other CRMs provide. Forecasting is precise and realistic due to the ability to predict what percentage of deals will progress through each stage. Sending emails from within the Account being actioned, and using any template you have set up is fast, just a couple of clicks. Lots of short, professional, helpful explainer videos. Importing and exporting is straightforward. Enables you to fully monitor the activities of your Sales Team who are using it. Pipedrive send regular, friendly, informative emails with suggestions for making the most out of their system. Highly recommended!

Pros

Pipedrive makes lead capture and deal organization a breeze. The dashboard is beautifully designed and user-friendly, and there are plenty of great integrations to make the most of the platform.

Cons

Setting up the pipeline can take some time, and the cost may not be ideal for everyone, especially given the additional fees for certain apps like WhatsApp.

Pros

The application is very intuitive and you can set up the application and get used to the same in no time. We can change the pipelines according to our requirements. I just love the way the support staff dealt with all our queries, they were very knowledgeable and responsive. We get a good idea about the progress of the task and how efficient the processes are. The application is very affordable and reporting features are superb. All your data is backed up in the cloud, we can take down notes or record the calls according to your needs.

Cons

This application is not an ideal one for large firms. If they would provide a Google integration it would be just awesome. The process of associating contacts to a firm is very tedious, hope they would simplify this a little.

amazing. customer service is super responsive and helped solve a couple issues when i was first learning the system.

Pros

i LOVE so much about this software!! i tried SO MANY CRM's and none of them were perfect for me. you can see visually what stage your deals are in. you are prompted to set up the next activity (task) after you complete one. you can create email templates with automatically filled in forms to speed up the process. you can connect deals to people and organizations. you can see a calendar view of your activities. you can set up automations to make your system more streamlined. you can connect it to your gmail so you emails automatically show up in pipedrive and you have all your emails between you and a person at your fingertips. it was super easy to set up and seemed very intuitive.

Cons

i can't think of anything!! i wish it were a little bit cheaper per month, but compared to some of the other services i tried, it costs less but does more of what i want.

onepageCRM was great, but pipedrive has more visual features that help me (i'm a visual person). you can choose list view or calendar view or a kanban sort of view of the pipeline. also, the user interface i just liked better.

Pros

I like that it covers the bare essentials for a CRM. It's easy to set up and get started with, doesn't serve the most expansive time consuming integrations

Cons

Definitely a lot of functionality you're leaving behind compared to the bigger players, but that's not it's niche.

Really it just too a process that was difficult because recruiting requires a lot of followup - so instead of people falling off in the process, now we could keep track of where everyone was at all times, and also avoid reaching out to the same person twice.

Pros

The visual representation of deal flow makes this a no-brainer for anyone to grasp. We used this to streamline our outreach and on-boarding for recruiting and Pipedrive made it dead-simple to see where people were falling off and keep track of who we had contacted and who needed to be followed up with.

Cons

What I love about Pipedrive is that it's not trying to do too much. It's good at what it does and it's not trying to throw the kitchen sink at you. If you need a simple to use system this is about as good as it gets!

Exccellent. Pipedrive has organized our lead gen efforts and given us a CRM we can really count on. Solid tool and solid support with a great interface.

Pros

Pipedrive has a set of beautiful features that we love for CRM and deal management. We love the kanban style deal interface with the "rot" feature. It's visual, sleek, modern, and feels nice to use. With one glance, you can tell what work needs to happen to get our lead generation game on point. Love the new features, such as a lead management place that's outside of our normal CRM. The custom field possibilities are also really important to us and helped us think of pipedrive more as a CRM, rather than just a deals management tool.

Cons

I wish they offered more integrations with other tools that we use frequently. We use clickup for task management and would love to see a native, powerful integration here. Also, would like more options for phone call software that saves directly inside pipedrive contacts.

Pipedrive is a clean and intuitive programme that I initially found thought much ideal. It's a shame that I found that the recently-introduced email integration (for 'Gold' members and up) just doesn't really work. Or at least not for me. And support, having verified it wasn't working, didn't seem particularly interested in finding out why that might be, or helping me to get the system to work.

Pros

Clean and fairy intuitive, especially for those without hard core sales and marketing experience.

Cons

Even after a month or so, I'm still not entirely clear how it's all supposed to link up. And I was very disenchanted to trade up to Gold membership, only to discover that the much-ballyhooed two-way email sync didn't work reliably, and - worse - that customer 'support' was pretty apathetic about helping work out why.

A big part of Sales is the customer experience. Pipedrive allows for us to stay on-top of the day to day in managing and cultivating our relationships, while also having the forecast to see our progress with overall sales. Being able to customize your pipeline and move deals where you want with ease might be the nicest part of Pipedrive (user friendly). Pipedrive is a software that you get excited about using.

Pros

\- Very easy to use - The interface is user friendly and visually pleasing to the eye - The email integration is great. Allows for you to focus and stay in the same place at all times (eyes aren't bouncing from place to place).

Cons

\- Being able to track and analyze specific data. - Having an "undo" button if you were to do something wrong on filtering deals.

Overall, it's a young CRM. You get what you pay for with Pipedrive. They do have excellent customer service, but even they are limited in how they can assist you. I always had to upload screenshot after screenshot for them to help us. If you can afford other platforms, do so. This one is buggy.

Pros

High customizable workflows that are easy to setup.

Cons

The Campaigns email feature is very new, so very limited in what you can do. No A/B testing, list segmentation is not existent.
