I’ve been with Pipedrive for years and they are only getting better. It allows you to create a CRM according to your unique business and it has built in reports that give you the peace of mind needed to manage your company appropriately. Whether you are a sole proprietor or a Fortune 500 company, pipedrive allows you the capabilities of managing all in one place.

Pros

I love the ease of use, the functionality, the integration features and the price point.

Cons

It can be overwhelming if you don’t understand how to build your platform, but they have great customer support that will walk you through any hiccups.

### "At long last, a CRM that makes sense with how I think and do business"

I've tried a lot of CRMs in the past, and would always end up going back to using basic contact software after inevitably they created more work for me than they helped. Pipeline is the first CRM I've used that helps me feel at peace, knowing that each lead has a next step applied to it. I also use a lot of custom pipelines to track recurring customers, contractors, onboarding and large complex projects. The sync with my email and calendar makes it also easy for me to keep all conversations organized, and all meetings in line with appointments booked with Calendly. Since I'm currently managing sales, projects, and 10 contractors, Pipeline helps me keep everything going without anything slipping through the cracks. I couldn't have scaled my business by 150% this year without Pipeline.

Pros

The software prompts me to add a new activity (email, meeting, call, etc) after I mark another activity complete. It visually reminds me if there are leads or clients that do not have a next step applied to it. This make a lot of sense to a getting-things-done approach. We do a lot of mobile responsive websites and monthly marketing with a lot of moving pieces, and it's great to have confidence that we know what is coming next.

Cons

I sometimes wish there were a calendar view. I also wish I could add screenshots into emails I find myself having to go back to Google Inbox for this (and bcc-ing the pipedrive email to sync with the contact).

Pros

Simple user experience, not overkill with the features and layout, great email integration, custom pipeline language

Cons

Have to pay a certain amount that includes features we don't use, internal organization confusing to see - most of which you can't.

Overall it is a great system and the pro's certainly outweigh the cons by a long way. The day to day functionality is just superb, the best I have used and I have worked in a sales environment for nearly 20 years.

Pros

You can set it up to suit your business. It's very flexible and has allowed us to produce a great deal of good data to allow us to change and adapt our business. Anyone who uses the system is kept right up to date with accurate information about our clients and what stage the sale is at. It also allows us to quickly recognise deals that have little or no potential so we are not wasting time and staff resources with no return.

Cons

The site reporting is good but could be improved as well as the export reports. It would be great to have the flexibility to select specific fields to include or exclude from reports but as it stands this is not possible. It also doesn't include contacts when exporting data for deals which means it is not possible to generate a deal based mailing list, i.e. deals that were closed in the last 3 months due to lack of funds. This makes it difficult to generate e-mail campaigns from the system.

Overall, I'm happy with it and feels its a great tool for start ups as it's easy to use and simple.

Pros

It's very simple unlike other popular CRMS and it's totally web based. You are able to create many different customizable filters to sort and organize leads, and it's pretty intuitive.

Cons

It's lacking in a few features, and unable to build out for a business like other more popular crms.

I'm the owner of a small business and I spent a full month testing CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, Copper/Prosperworks, Hubspot, Pipedrive). I was looking for something easy-to-use that I could easily implement with my employees without tons of training. So far Pipedrive has been amazing. Their customer support is better than almost any other company I work with. They're quick to respond and always know how to help.

Pros

Gmail sync, easy-to-use without much training, incredible customer support, tracking of people/companies with custom tags for organization, most things customize-able, very cost-effective

Cons

Nothing major, a few picky things like no auto-login, and when I add a person or organization, it's not possible to get all the fields I need in the quick-add pop-up.

Despite its price does not have a functionality that corresponds to what is charged. It is not responsible for separating contact lists and new cases and it is important that you do it

Our company relies on a constant influx of new deals, less on recurring revenue. As such it is critical to maintain a system of prospects through our specific sales system, with accountable and tangible follow ups. PipeDrive not only does all of that with ease but it made the transition from our old CRM (HighRise) so simple that we switched and did not look back. We recommend PipeDrive to colleagues on a daily basis.

Pros

Ease of use. Flexible custom fields. Dead simple yet effective reporting. Great customer support.

Cons

None. PipeDrive has made it so easy to get to work we simply haven't looked back.

This software helped save me time in managing my sales contacts, and helped me keep much more organized that I normally would be. I would say that I lost less leads in the sales funnel because of Pipedrive, as I have more responsibilities other than just sales.

Pros

I like that Pipedrive is built for sales, and it does a great job helping me move my contacts through the sales pipeline. I'm not a natural salesman, and I have many other responsibilities to tend to, and Pipedrive helps me stay on top of my sales contacts in a very organized manner. I love the amount of customization that you can do, that you're able to connect it directly to your email, and you're also able to work through their iPhone app to do a lot of contact management.

Cons

I didn't like the confusion that came in when there were multiple people on my team that were responsible for managing contacts. I believe that you were forced to have one main person in charge of each contact, and I'd rather have the ability to have multiple people be the 'main contact' for each sales contact in the system.

The many bugs they have. Their extension to Gmail is really bad and unuseful. Most of the times their support can't help you solve the problems of the tool.

Some minor bugs come in as Pipedrive grows bigger - Email integration is still unfinished.

We use Pipedrive in our sales processes. The biggest pay-off is the possibility to overview deals, activities and customers in order to maximise our sales efficiency. The quality in our dialogues is high when we have the entire client history of mails, phonecalls, meetings and deals. The iPhone app is great as well!

Pros

Pipedrive is so smooth and easy to work with. It works cross-functional in our organization, creates a great overview of activities as well as sales and most of all, we don´t miss anything.

Cons

So far I like it entirely. No obvious shortcomings.

Very good, I'll continue using and paying for this system.

Pros

I like the linear workflow of the client pipeline. Most of my needs have clients in various stages in a project and this helps keep me organized on where everyone is in the process, when I last talked with them, what needs done, and how to prioritize my time.

Cons

I haven't used the new lead feature, just deals. It would probably clean up my current workflows but it's a new feature I haven't found use for or just don't know enough about yet.

Pros

Extremely easy to use and intuitive for both users and leaders. Integration with other platforms is also very simple. Don't ever feel the need for an administrator because it is so simple. Easy and intuitive means more data gets entered, which further improves the value of the platform.

Cons

There are a couple less intuitive elements around converting users to deals or opportunities. This does causes some duplication of data or mis-categorization.
