Pros

I guess in a sense, the simplicity of Pipedrive actually makes it easy to use and understand. It doesn't require a lot of training or prior knowledge and it's a good solution for smaller organizations.

Cons

This is really only a good tool for smaller businesses, in my opinion. As you receive more leads or information, you'll have to upgrade to a better software system. So I don't like that this software doesn't grow and scale with a growing business.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to explain to new person in team.

Cons

Nothing, I know it sound impossible but for our team it is really important tools, we use it a lot, and we would change it even for any free software.

Biggest problem Pipedrive has solved for me would be the organization this program provides. I have a lot of moving parts and deadlines to meet. Before Pipedive it wasn't uncommon to miss items or dates, now that is a very rare occurrence.

Pros

This software is one of the most user-friendly programs I use. I have a massive amount of tasks and jobs that are constantly changing and progressing. With Pipedrive I am able to keep all these organized and on task. This is by far my number one program I use and go to daily.

Cons

I have some issues with the auto fill drop down menus. Sometimes in filling in dates the drop down will try to auto fill and block the actual calendar to select the date. I also have this problem with selecting a State.

It's perfect for outbound. You can simply add the person/organisation/deal and organize your follow-ups in an easy way.

Pros

The way it's possible to arrange companies, people and deals. All data is well organized and every member of the team can quickly learn how to use the programme.

Cons

It lacks some features. It could have for instance a comparison between goals and achievements, a better way to track the company's targets.

The price is right and the range of possibilities with the most basic plan meets the demand of most organizations when it comes to pipeline management.

Cons

The software has some minor system crashes. There is little firepower in marketing.

I can contact my client when it is required even when I have hundreds of leads

Pros

I customised it within one week for a team of 8 so that we could fully functions as a sales team. Quick views giving good insights on what is in te pipeline Sales projections and progress of the deals are easily seen

Cons

Reporting is not so good for holding sales meeting. But the hardest part is to have the sales persons getting used to it. Especially older ones. They have to see the benefit for them and not only their boss. Ofcpirse this could be said of any CRM. I have experienced they I knew more about the system than the support. Batch editing requires sometime and export into xls and import it again . Probability per deal is not possible only per stage. Bring in an agent to have their own pipeline is not so easy to do. You need to ensure the 3rd party cannot see your own deals.

I use this product exclusively for tracking all sales for our tech service. I keep track of emails, contacts, meetings, notes and due dates— which has greatly increased our productivity and efficiency!

Pros

I love the flow of this system and how easy it is to move leads around in the system to various stages in your pipeline. I also love how you can keep track of meetings, notes, contacts and emails, all within the profile of your lead.

Cons

Sometimes I have trouble navigating between the “leads” and the “deals” tabs. This can make it cumbersome to find a lead you just entered.

### "Tracking Leads Makes More Money"

As a small business, we weren't very good at tracking and chasing enquiries. Our business is roof coatings manufacture and we sell through a dedicated approved installer network, so perhaps tracking wasn't that important. However, as our business has grown in popularity, we received enquiries from end-user clients (all business to business), but usually just passed these to our installers - and then forgot about them. The problem is though, that roofing contractors aren't sales people. They rarely followed up and consequently, we probably lost a lot of sales leads. We implemented Pipedrive in January 2017. It's now Mid-March and we are currently tracing 25 deals with a combined value of £1,250,000. We wouldn't even have written them down previously! January to March is a very quiet time in the roof coatings industry. Now, when we get an enquiry from a client, we pass it to installers, but we call them and remind them to chase the deal - AND we chase the client to make sure that they are being looked after by our installer network. Nobody to date has complained about the follow-up, in fact, they seem to be grateful that somebody is paying attention. But it's not just those deals we are able to track. By setting up multiple boards, we can now record all kinds of leads, not just the high value projects we are involved in. For example, we now track new installer enquiries, professional training course enquiries (we train surveyors) and also "supply only" enquiries we get. Pipedrive prompts our users (there's only three of us) to make calls and follow up on deals that would otherwise possibly just die. It took a week to make the decision to upgrade from the free trial version. Pipedrive isn't the first system we looked at, but it is the only one that has received universal praise for ease of use within the organisation and is the only one we've kept.

It's easy to manage your pipe, however if you are counting money you should thing about cheaper tool.

Pros

Good developed CRM, however for that amount of money I am feeling it's overpriced... There are a lot of cheaper CRMs with same functionalities. PD is good for really complex work.

Cons

Sometimes there is an issue with grouping all the conversation with potential leads. Couple of conversation are merging to one thread and lead.

Overall my experience with Pipedrive was excellent. It took me about a week to fully understand how to use the software, and be able to explain it to other team members that had questions. It’s simple, pleasant, and great at what it does. It’s helpful for Sales as well as for those in a Client Service role.

Pros

Pipedrive’s layout is easy and uncomplicated. For those that are looking to add it to their sales process or introduce it to your team you will have almost no learning curve.

Cons

Pipe drive occasionally had glitches that would cause me to have to log back in even after already being signed in to my account. It was nothing huge that I would put against them.

Pros

I like how it easily visualises the state in which your leads are. It's very easy to create assignments, assign leads and put in important info or notes. The software looks good and gives nice statistics so that you can set goals and see how your conversion rates are per fase.

Cons

I don't like the email integration, it's not working great. Also copying the bcc email doesn't always copy automatically. Not big issues though, we're very happy!

One of the solutions where the tool is worth the price!

Pros

The user experience is quite amazing and doesn't need someone with any training since it’s self-explanatory in most cases. The integrations we have used so far have been easier to implement and have been terrific for our performance increasing the efficiency of our team quantifiably. The 14 day free trial period is quite helpful, unlike HubSpot or Freshworks which offer access to limit features under the free tier plan.

Cons

The major con here would be that as we scale, the ability of Pipedrive to suit our needs might reduce drastically. Better suited for smaller teams & businesses.

Simplified our sales + follow up efforts. Gives us insight into the potential deal and revenue flow. Great for figuring out where we stand compared to our projections + coming up with proactive solutions rather than reactive ones.

Pros

What I like most about Pipedrive is that it is designed to solve a specific issue. It is built to be a Sales, Deal Flow, Pipeline CRM. Lots of other CRMs try to 'do it all' and function for multiple different types of account (or individual) based relationship management.... ....which means they are more general as opposed to specific. Pipedrive is SPECIFICALLY for sales pipeline + dealflow. It's great.

Cons

Honestly there is very little that I don't like about Pipedrive. I guess there's room for them to innovate a bit on features or integrations but I also am pretty new to the tool so likely haven't explored all they have available fully. Likely on me rather than on Pipedrive for my ignorance in this area.

If you have a 'reasonable, non-massive' number of important leads, then Pipedrive will keep you on your toes and drive them to completion.

Pros

Pipedrive does a lot of things well, but the BEST thing is the overall pipeline arrangement and especially their aging and other warnings for opportunities. Without doubt, the most valuable is the simple warning that "nothing is scheduled for this opportunity", i.e. there are no planned actions or reminders. If you're not careful it will fall through the cracks. If you've ever worked a pipeline you know EXACTLY what that's like. Ooops. I should have followed up with him! With Pipedrive that won't happen -- worth a lot! Also, their reports are simple, elegant, and powerful. Excellent~

Cons

Their click-to-call and other integrations are not as strong as they could be. It's the reason I switched tools.

Pros

Ability to customize and setup the software to best fit specific business needs and workflow. Customer service, when needed, is excellent and very helpful. Also, there are a number of integrations available with Pipedrive.

Cons

The scheduling tool needs improvement. I'd also like to see more advancement of Pipedrive's automation functionality.

Lets not kid ourselves, Sales is a numbers game, and when it come to setting up several appointments a day, to follow up task, and to consistently hit your to do list everyday, to bring it closer to the closing is not only exciting, but very motivating. If there is one thing I can say about Pipedrive, is it should be renamed to SaleDrive! as it is sales driven, task & result oriented, and you can see everything in terms of performance to make sense of your numbers and sales conversions. Pipedrive should be a tool that all sales person should use, no matter what you are selling! Its my bible! its my daily bread, its my life. Thank you Pipedrive!

Pros

everything is sync with my google calendars and it is transparent across other sales members in my team, so my daily task and appointments can be monitored. Storing of notes and able to email and put ref attachments to my deals is a plus as well.

Cons

The app could use with a little bit of improvements, in terms of adding the option to be able to do more compare to the desktop version, so adding new deals and task to my existing clients can be easier, by duplicating an existing deal and etc. It would also be nice, if it can detect all the call i make to clients who are within the pipedrive database, instead of me searching form Pipedrive to make a call.
