I love this CRM, it is hands down one of the greatest for customer support I have ever experienced.

Pros

This is a great, very user friendly software. I love that it has open API allowing it to communicate with the other software we use, and giving us the potential to automate our sales process. I think anyone who seeks efficiency and short on-boarding time, this is the CRM for you. Pipedrive also has great customer support, who has always answered my questions in a timely manner. Overall I would recommend this CRM to anyone who was looking to invest in managing/automating their processes!

Cons

I wish there was a more central education area for the use of Zapier and Pipedrive, to further educate it's users on effectively automating daily tasks, emails, etc.

Very quickly implementation and easy to work with. This make pipedrive a good option for sales teams that are looking for an app that will help them on a his daily work

Pros

Simple interface, easy to integrate and easy to manage products, customer and accounts. As you create personalized funnels you can adapt pipedrive to your requirements

Cons

It just do one thing, manage opportunities. As we were looking for a more advanced crm features, this is not the app we opted for

We at testdome.com are using Pipedrive to track all our deals (Open/Won/Lost) , and it's served our needs well.

Pros

Easy to use, flexible, modifiable, good overview. Lots of options in modifying and updating deals. Easy reminders. Good support.

Cons

Search with multiple parameters could be easier to set up.

Service was not all bad but due to specific needs had to move to a different program. When I notified of cancellation, they got huffy, dragged their feet on my cancellation until one day past new billing cycle so they could gouge me for another month of billing.

Pros

Calendar works with Google most of the time

Cons

Contact management is mediocre at best. Can't even sort contacts by County, only city or zip code. Very difficult to reach support when needed

The search is fast, and adding new entries - leads, organizations, deals - is quick and easy. Also, modifying fields is a hassle-free process.

Cons

In order to sort people/organizations by a condition you need to create a filter, which always feels like an unnecessary step.

It's so easy to set-up your sales process in Pipedrive. The whole layout is activity based and really helps with staying on top of leads.

Cons

The filters are not the most intuitive, but once you get a hold of it, it makes it really easy to find the data you are looking for.

Pros

I was looking for a CRM that kept me on track. I tried out several CRMs before making a final decision. Pipedrive was the best fit for my business and my personal motivation strategy. What I like most about Pipedrive is the prompts to schedule the next step when I check an activity off. That prompt keeps me moving forward with probably clients, and my OCD drives me to push through my daily activities on Pipedrive each and every day. It works for me, and I recommend that you at least give it a try to see if it works for you.

Cons

I am not sure exactly how I would enhance it, but the mobile app could use some tweaks on it's interface. I love the desktop version, and I use the mobile version as well. It seems that the mobile could be improved. I also use Trello on my laptop and my mobile, and I love the interfaces on both. A clean and easily navigated interface on Pipedrive's mobile version would be the cherry on top.

My overall experience with Pipedrive has been ok. Pipedrive has great features a lot of other CRM's don't have but it also lacks features other CRM's don't have.

Pros

The most impactful feature of the Pipedrive is the drag and drop functionality of the pipeline. I like that you can drag prospects from one stage to another.

Cons

My least favorite part of Pipedrive is the lack of customization. If there are custom fields that I need, it does not give me the option to create them.

Pros

I cannot say enough good things about this software. We've been using it for over a year now and it has never failed us. Everything you imagine to do with your CRM tool you can get done with Pipedrive and its integrations. You don't need any time at all to get used to it, it's very intuitive. The custom fields and details about contacts and deals are endless. You can integrate it with your gmail and it will automatically import all your emails and trigger drafts for every new deal you make. Reminder and deal rotting options are pretty handy. Reporting is also well constructed because you can go in details and export anything you need.

Cons

The only thing that can be a little annoying sometimes that it does log you out if you're inactive for sometime during the day but it's not too much of a problem.

I never understood the hype with SalesForce, it's expensive and its functionality seems clunky. That’s why we decided to move to Pipedrive. Pipedrive provides exactly the functionality we need to manage our sales team without over complicating the sales process. It’s easy to configure, use, and measure our sales process. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sale CRM that just works.

Pros

Easy to configure and use. The price is very reasonable.

Cons

Would be great to have some custom reporting functionality.

Good to setup, intuitive... recommendable!

Pros

We are a very early user of Pipedrive and I experienced all the development and changes of the tool. Lately they are working a lot on the pro-features for the expensive plans whereas we remained in the cheaper plans. I often recommend Pipedrive to other companies if they do B2B sales because I think its a very intuitive tool, easy and quick to setup for a very reasonable price.

Cons

I can't tell about any cons. My only concern is if the tool gets more and more marketing automatation tool if they will keep the cheap plans that do all you need for B2B sales and still you can do a little automatation with Zapier.

Pros

Pipedrive comes with a beautiful and intuitive interface ,which obviously influences its ease of use. I have found it easy to train new employees on using Pipedrive ,and it has been an easy experience bringing Pipedrive into our in-house sales process. Pipedrive affords my organizations sales department with the freedom to customize the program to fit into our needs and goals.It is also affordable for small teams too.

Cons

Poor and inefficient is how I will describe Pipedrives customer support team.We have never gotten a response to our support ticket under 48 hours.

Cons

I didn't like how it was a little tedious when it came to duplication. It is a little hard avoiding this unless you had the correct fields.

The low cost is the best in this software as well as user-friendly interface

Pros

Very intuitive interface where you can understand the main functionality of the software. Once you sing it, there is no need to read the special guideline, you can just put everything into the system and review the overall list of prospects within a team. You can write a small note as a description of a deal.

Cons

Very limited functionality where you can add only contacts and stage of deals. Nothing special you can do with the list of prospects that you have. No calendar invitations, email sending or filtes.

Pros

We were able to easily set up and customize the pipeline we needed. Pipedrive is very fast and intuitive!

Cons

Pipedrive is an awesome project, I could hardly find any cons to it. I'm not a super experienced CRM user though.

Pros

I was super excited about the ability to track the stage of my sales process that my clients were in. I inputted my whole process and just inputted new client information that was then pushed from lead to prospect to client!

Cons

The overall features are rather limited compared to the other CRMs out there. There is some to be desired with the ability to do more with the client information that I add to my system.
