### "Best Software for Sales Numbers & Leads Data Management"

It's very good to monitor revenue from the won leads, also who is working best in the sales team. It is very easy to track month wise, quarterly and yearly. I would recommend that this software should be in use for every Industry, specially IT.

Pros

Feature that gives notification of any new lead added, assign, won or lost. Also, i can set leads for my team, so if they haven't done any activity in the assign lead, it will go red. So, i can keep team working on the leads and make sure every leads has been responded with proper follow up's.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike at the moment, i like the way it is working now.

### "A CRM program with a lot of thought behind it!"

As a small business owner, I refuse to work with any company that has poor or hard to reach customer service. As I’m learning the functionality of this program, I’ve had to chat with Pipedrives’ customer service on a few occasions. They absolutely ROCK! The “cs” reps have been thoroughly trained and really know their product. In addition, I really admire them for their follow up after resolving your questions. My experience with this company has been exceptionally good. I couldn’t be happier about our decision to use Pipedrive.

Pros

I’m relatively new to CRM programs. I explored several of the other options before choosing Pipedrive. I truly believe that Pipedrive has every imaginable function most companies would ever need for creating and maintaining a client/ prospect data base. Very detailed, but incredibly intuitive and easy to use. We call on several different categories of prospects, and are able, with this software, to create separate contact lists for each category, which enables us to streamline our sales calls. There are a lot of features that can be automated as well. This program has helped us to be far more organized and efficient. If your company prospects a lot, or if you have many established customers, I’m finding that this a program is an invaluable sales tool!

Cons

Our needs are relatively simple and straight forward, so we really haven’t experienced anything that this program lacks.

Pros

I love the flexibility of PD. I am able to build multiple pipelines with custom stages. Coupled with Zapier, I save untold hours doing automated task

Cons

For what I do, PD doesn't have any cons.

Overall, it was good but I think our sales needs werent the right fit

Pros

We were trying out new software to switch our CRM, and decided to try Pipeline. We loved how easy the software was to navigate- extremely user-friendly.

Cons

We decided at the end of the day that there wasn't enough features for a construction company, so we did not continue our membership.

It really help make things happens period.

Pros

First it is easy to configure, making it in line with our internal processes. Its easy to build a process that is result oriented and keep the focus on selling. It has so many awesome features that I can't name all of them here, but the agenda, which is link to my google agenda, the mandatory actions make sure there is no prospect that fall in a crack. et manh more.

Cons

The only thing I have encounteered is that the mobile application doesn't integrate with has many possible awesome integration as on the computer version.

Our migration process was quite smooth. The service company assisted us in transferring all of our historical data. Since the interface was user-friendly and familiar, our team was able to learn how to use Pipedrive in just a few days. However, it took us a couple of months to replicate some of the automations, as the logic was new in certain cases.

Pros

Our CRM boasts an intuitive interface and seamless integration with Zapier. We gather a multitude of data points from multiple tools and incorporate them into a 360-degree cockpit for our sales team.

Cons

I want to clarify that it is not a scam, but I am still facing difficulty with configuring and supporting filters for the pipeline view.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

It appears that Creatio may be more complex than what we require.

Cons

I wish the team behind this software can make Pipedrive available as a desktop version. Also it currently lacks a service/cost estimation feature.

You can instantly know that a software is good when you look for an alternative, but you come back anyways. I don't think that there is another software that can compete with Pipedrive when it comes to E-mail marketing and/or CRM.

Pros

Pipedrive appears to offer the most compatibility with multi-language users when compared to other CRM applications. It is simple to use and browse, therefore no technical knowledge is required. It also aids in successful sales automation because it is less expensive and has a short learning curve.

Cons

I think the problem with Pipedrive is the pricing, other than that it is good.

I get paid quickly but I also get billed alot. It gets my contracts out but the layout is not straightforward. It integrates with my accounting software well but charges you up the wazooo for cc payments. As soon as someone creates a software for half the price I'm out.

Pros

This software is like a bad habit. It costs way too much but it produces immediate results to have you paid quicker.

Cons

It costs way too much but, since I found no other software that can send out a contract and get me paid quickly my hands are tied with PI. It's nifty but sometimes it be counter intuitive if you need to edit a proposal.

Whenever I saw someone on the sales team using it I thought, what complex software, but at the same time it was visually pleasing by the amount of information accessible to the kind of work you have. I started using it sporadically in the marketing team to understand audience and lead qualification, and to outline some plan to reach more people with our actions and ads. Looking at the pipeline we can gain insight into whether we have to take broader actions to reach a larger audience, or invest in segmentation to increase lead quality. Remember that all this is only possible if the sales team register as much info as possible in the software.

Pros

Visually easy to do sales funnel analysis, and easy to use. Pipeline with cards, and drag and drop function. It is a critical product that helps to know the efficiency of the sales process, and take improvement actions if necessary. In addition to automating the processes of analysis, categorization and information search, tasks that would consume hours in a work day. The app works great.

Cons

Search for lead information is not very well organized and accessible in the layout, the favoritization is in the contact history. All pipedrive information that facilitates sales funnel analysis is only available if Sellers and SDRs enter all contact information they had with leads via emails, phone call, etc. In overall my pipedrive experience is well attended/satisfactory.

Loved it, if I wasn't the one paying for it I'd still be using it. But if you have the money or are a larger business, I recommend it.

Pros

The simplicity! I got a very "iPhone OS" feel from the software. There wasn't much training or much of a learning curve involved, and whenever I used the software it was quick and user friendly.

Cons

The price. To be fair, I was using Google Sheets before this, so the software is WAY better but also pretty pricey. I've since started a sole proprietorship, and the price is what's been keeping me from using this software like I did at my former job.

In comparing to other CRM vendors, like amoCRM/Freshsales/etc, Pipedrive updates is not so often and awesome Pipedrive lack some important features, like: 1. Lead scoring. 2. Automated workflows. 3. Automated pipelines. 4. Tasks with simple checklists (Playbooks).

Pros

I loved the ability to easily organize deals in my pipeline and to manage multiple deal flows for different products since the products we sold each had different sales cycles and stages.

Cons

Pipedrive is perfect for managing your deals but it is not a full CRM solution, at least the way we implemented it. There was a lot of data we were missing out on related to deals and the ability to nurture was almost nonexistent. After about 6 months of using it we flipped to a more robust solution that connected marketing and sales in one platform.
