Niet erg gebruiksvriendelijk. Maar als je de structuur begrijpt werkt het wel redelijk. Behalve als er sprake is van een "bug", dan heb je pech en zijn de problemen na weken nog niet opgelost. Daarom is dez§e software

Goed inzicht in de verkoop funnel. Alles in één scherm in beeld.

Cons

Bij het niet goed functioneren van de software ben je in de aap gelogeerd. Je kunt pipedrive alleen via de chat bereiken. Als je daar iets opzet, ontvang je een antwoord na uren of zelfs dagen. Zij komen dan niet met een oplossing slechts met excuses. Zo kan ik bijvoorbeeld nu al 14 dagen niet meer factureren vanuit pipedrive. Als je een serieus bedrijf hebt, doe dan geen zaken met deze club!

Omdat dit gekoppeld kon worden aan software van Solar Monkey. Deze software maakt het offreren van PV systemen zeer gemakkelijk.

### "Fulfills my needs, 90% of everything is there and Works Great"

Very easy to get going with the must have features.

Pros

Does everything I need without having to do massive amounts of configurations. Great UI/UX, Fast and intuitive. Data can be in easily managed in bulk and exported and imported back in. Automation Tools and Integrations with Make.com, Zapier are relatively easy to setup Smart Documents, great inclusion considering the alternatives out there are priced so high. Email Integration is pretty solid, if you team are able to be transparent adds a lot of clarity to deals/organisations.

Cons

Missing some customisation features which could help with business rules you want your users to follow or understand. Not all data is easily accessed via API or Excel. Price, Product models to simplistic for my particular use cases.

Tremendous experience, favourite tool to use by far. The insight option for all emails provides tremendous value in of itself.

Pros

Extremely powerful, great insights and tremendous information, allowing you to truly understand which contact is generating the most interest, and connect with them from there.

Cons

UI could use improvement, however the overall experience is a game-changer.

### "CRM Built for Long Term Use"

A definitely leap in use cases from the previous CRM I was using. Being able to integrate with my Google Calendar for tasks/events, and entering in a number of custom fields that I can filter by is very useful.

Pros

There are many ways to customize and complete tasks that can be set for each user. I can grow with the service, upgrading to higher tiers for more tools.

Cons

All the customization can make it difficult to decide how to best implement the services across the company. The base tier restricts the use of certain tools that would be extremely beneficial to a small start up, such as automated cadence emails.

Salesforce is too complex for where my business is currently at. It would be too cumbersome to teach to a small business with tools that aren't necessary yet and not worth the price.

### "Pipedrive user experience"

I use pipedrive from a client onboarding point of view. This means I need to follow up with potental leads as they progress through the sales pipeline which eventuates with them being a customer. The ultimate goal is to have them onboarded as a customer. I like the fact that every correspondence is tracked including outlook emails. This means anyone associated with the client can visit one central point in Pipedrive and get a clear visibility of the status of the project.

Pros

Ease of use ......... Easy to progress names from Lead to Customer

Cons

Nothing from a sales point of view It gives clear visibility of the status of the client .

I use Pipedrive to track opportunities, set deadlines for follow-ups and get a thirty thousand foot view of how, when, and from where my leads are generated, signed. Once signed, Pipedrive allows for a Kanban project management.

Pros

You can track a lead from opportunity capture all the way project completion.

Cons

To really get the most out of Pipedrive you do need to add-on services. The cost is not too high, just be ready to spend more if you want to do more.

I was very happy with using Pipedrive, it didn't require a 'consulting agency' to implement it, I was able to implement in a 100+ software development company.

Pros

The simplicity. The UX and the UI. It's super easy to set up, even for a non-technical person.

Cons

Reporting seemed to be pretty limited in what you are able to do. Some of the metrics you can only view in "this month" mode, and not everything you can see in a timeline to track it over time.

Cons

My less-computer literate coworkers struggled to get the hang of it.

Pros

It has a super easy user interface. Not a whole lot of features needed to use it for pipeline management.

Cons

A lot more stripped down contact management tool than some of the other major players.

Pros

Pipedrive had lots of options and kept a great history of all files emailed to contacts. I found it hard to use. I tried using for at least 2 months on 2 different occasions but just couldn't get into the habit.

Cons

It was tedious to use. I just could not make the habit stick. It seemed like a lot of duplicate entry.

The experience is really bland. I would consider this an oversided note taking platform. Way to many free options that are better.

Pros

It is a resource for basic information gathering.

Cons

It is not designed for complex data entry. Outside of text, there is no way to creatre formulas to help make the date compute beyond typed text.

Pipedrive has been a staple for our Business Development Team as we've expanded rapidly over the last few years. As we've built it out for our team's workflows, we've created a solid systems for maintaining prospect records and increasing efficiency of our team.

Pros

The ease of use for a user new to a CRM has been great for our growing team. The ability to have people share prospects and notes with each other has helped our team learn from one another as well.

Cons

Some of the integrations with external software can be a bit clunky. We've run a few zapier integrations and direct api integrations with other tools in our tech stack to build up our experience on the platform.

Pros

Pipedrive is ace for managing our sales pipeline. It's really intuitive, which is great for onboarding new sales reps. I haven't had any dramas with tracking deals and keeping everything organized. The reporting features are pretty good too.

Cons

To be honest, it's not as feature-rich as some other CRM systems I've used. It could do with some extra marketing automation tools. Also, the mobile app could be a bit better. But that's about it.

Overall, its an easy CRM tool, that is also very powerful and dependable. We have been able to create properties, link to web forms, and generate automations within first couple of days of creating account.

Pros

Easy to use; Once you learn the basics, and terminology, Pipedrive is very practical.

Cons

The workflow when going through activities isn't too efficient. It involves a lot of tabs, and bouncing from object to task.

Avec un nouveau système d'IA et d'automatisation intégré, ce logiciel se différencie des autres et devient un puissant outil de gestion de relation client. Il est accessible partout sur n'importe quels supports et une interface compréhensible et claire.

Cons

En termes de fonctionnalité, je ne trouve pas d'insuffisance à cet outil, mais côté tarif d'abonnement, avec une bonne réduction, il pourra être accessible à beaucoup d'utilisateur qui sont dans son besoin.

Overall, my experience with Pipedrive has been positive. The visual pipeline makes it super easy to track where each deal stands, and I also appreciate the real-time reporting. On the downside, the mobile app isn’t as powerful as the desktop version.

Pros

How intuitive and visual it is. The interface is super user-friendly, and you can see your entire sales pipeline at a glance. It’s like having a chessboard where each piece represents a sales opportunity, and you can easily move them from one stage to another. Plus, the task automation is a lifesaver; it saves you tons of time on repetitive tasks. And the real-time reports are awesome for knowing exactly how your sales are doing without having to do any complicated calculations. Overall, it makes managing sales a lot simpler and even a bit fun.

Cons

It can get a bit pricey. While the interface is generally cool, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all the options and settings available. It takes a bit of time to get everything set up just the way you want it. Also, the mobile app isn’t as robust as the desktop version, so managing things on the app is awfull.
