Pros

UX — it is really easy to adopt and use pipedrive Filters — pipedrive is the only CRM with so powerfull filter options

Cons

In comparing to other CRM vendors, like amoCRM/Freshsales/etc, Pipedrive updates is not so often and awesome Pipedrive lack some important features, like: 1. Lead scoring. 2. Automated workflows. 3. Automated pipelines. 4. Tasks with simple checklists (Playbooks).

i tried several crm, i decided to keep pipedrive because it is easy to use, i don't have to make big set ups, all my sales people get it very quick. and it is not expensive.

Pros

easy to use, visual mode is awesome, the mobile apps is awesome

### "Great for a pipeline not for a CRM"

Pros

I loved the ability to easily organize deals in my pipeline and to manage multiple deal flows for different products since the products we sold each had different sales cycles and stages.

Cons

Pipedrive is perfect for managing your deals but it is not a full CRM solution, at least the way we implemented it. There was a lot of data we were missing out on related to deals and the ability to nurture was almost nonexistent. After about 6 months of using it we flipped to a more robust solution that connected marketing and sales in one platform.

Cons

I cannot to select a 'today' button when selecting a date for an activity. this would save me a lot of time in the long run.

### "Pipedrive destroys calendar time zones and forces all times to UTC+0"

The software works well for the sales pipeline but not much else. The support is responsive but unable to resolve major problems that violate good practice and general industry standards. The timezone issue is one they appear unconcerned about to the point they say that is what the connector too they use (Nylas) is what causes that. The changing of time formats to drop the time zone is irresponsible and if calendar integration and correct times in your Google or Microsoft O365 calendar are important do not use this product; it changes your ENTIRE calendar when connected and it cannot be undone, requiring manual edits of all data to fix this. AVOID PIPEDRIVE.

Pros

The usability of the software is good with a few standouts, particularly the deal management and sales pipeline.

Cons

The software has too many shortcomings to offset their excellent sales pipeline management: (1) the calendar integration CHANGES the time in your calendar to UTC+0 and does not maintain time one management, relying on YOUR calendar to do that correctly and setting the local time zone. This includes doing this to Google and Microsoft O365 calendars. (2) the e-mail integration is horrible and ends up overly cluttered - this had to be turned off and use the bcc address to bring in data due to this. (3) contact management is too slow to be useful. When you are editing a deal it is good, but the contact list is far too slow to use regularly.

Pros

It's been a while in the last year we have used Pipedrive and it was a great experience with all the tool management we have had.

Cons

It's not as cheap to get started for those who are just getting started and on a tight budget.

### "High end sales crm"

The sales team is very demanding, and they like the tools they use to work seamlessly, or else they complain.

Pros

Great tool, on par with salesforce and other expensive sales software at half the cost. It's fairly cheap to implement and integrate with other tools. We've been using pipedrive integrated with a call software called crazy call and works like magic.

Cons

Nothing - it was just another setup, and took a while to get used to, but it's very well made and is very easy to use. You get full clarity on the health and volume of potential closes in your pipeline.

This software enables both small and large business key insights in their business and sales process. We are using this software and improving our use daily to ensure we use all our information to stimulate company growth and priority.

Pros

The interface is very clean and clear. Team management works easily, with good options for user permissions. You can generate alot of business information from this application and it is infinitely extendible by creating your own plugins or input tools.

Cons

There is a learning curve to using the software efficiently. For most custom features, you need to invest quite some time in creating or setting up your own plugins or scripts.

It is an effective tool, which simplifies work, automates tasks and data management.

Pros

One of the advantages that I consider among the most important is that it allows to automate tasks and in case of having to do some errands outside the office, you can follow the progress via mobile. At the same time, what pleased me the most was the quality of the human resources in the customer service area, prepared and with a good capacity for resolution.

Cons

It does not include the integrated marketing automation function, which means, for example, that customer contracts have to be renewed every year. At the same time, its cost is somewhat higher than that of similar, more advanced programs. However, one thing that stands out is its task automation, which is superior to the competition.

Impressed by the clean interface and easy management within the platform.

Pros

Coming from using Salesforce within our small business, Pipedrive was a much more appropriate and manageable solution for our sizes and needs to track client opportunities. From the lead to closed won stage, Pipedrive was a visible and customizable funnel that felt light weight rather than cumbersome.

Cons

This is a newer software, and I don't believe it's the best solution or every industry, business model, or size of business. It depends on your needs and volume of leads.

If you use Google suite applications, this software is golden for you. It syncs with all google suite applications seamlessly, organizing all of your CR information perfectly in one place so you can focus on growth.

Pros

Integrates perfectly with external calendars, contacts, email, and even with google maps. The reports produced are clean and very useful. The overall user interface is very friendly, intuitive, and straightforward. Inexpensive and easy to transfer to from other CRM applications, if making a switch from another.

Cons

Not too many downsides. Some additional features could be nice but they have definitely covered all of the important bases. It pulls information from Outlook but doesn't export information into it so little things like that could be added but it's great as a one stop shop CRM tool.

I migrated a small sales office from Salesforce to Pipedrive because the sales staff wasn't utilizing Salesforce - most hadn't been trained on it and executives found its reporting too challenging to use. Pipedrive hit all the needs - intuitive and useful interface for agents, simple reports for executives, and a much, much lower price tag. Highly recommend to small and mid-sized businesses needing a tool that will be used and be useful, rather than a Porsche that never leaves the garage.

Pros

Exceptionally brief learning curve for new sales agents due to intuitive UX. Easy to expand functionalities and reporting for more engaged users without complicating for users needing simple functionality.

Cons

Challenging to include mass marketing efforts recorded in individual profiles, but may be better now as haven't attempted in three years.

We use it everyday. Right now is indispensable for our sales team.

Pros

We originally used this for the Pipelines, then we evolved to using it as a robust CRM, now back to using it for pipeline activities of all kind. Very versatile.

Cons

It's really our own internal use that needs work. The functionality is there - we just need to keep evolving internally to get the most out of the tool that is already there.

Pipedrive has helped us track data about our sales that we were unable to truly capture previously. Our industry has a long sales cycle with product revisions and many decision makers. We are able to have a single place to assign tasks to each member of the team from tooling to production.

Pros

ease of set up and use as well as adding, training and integrating new users.

Cons

The meeting feature does not seem to allow adding multiple attendees.

I love this application. If only all SaaS was a beautiful and easy to use!

Pros

I LOVE Pipedrive. Having worked as a graphic designer and an IT consultant, I appreciate gorgeous and functional software. Pipedrive is both. I really think that it lives up to its promise of sales software written by salespeople for salespeople, not computer engineers creating relational databases. The workflow is seamless and frictionless, and doesn't need hours of customisation to be usable, which the large CRMs do. When push comes to shove, I'm employed to raise charity money, not to wrangle databases.

Cons

The only thing its missing for me is a function similar to Campaigns in Salesforce. If it had that, I'd be using it not just for raising money but to track our beneficiary interactions too.

Centralized place to manage contacts and track leads was the basic use case. It has delivered really well, and quickly.

Pros

Time to market, ease of setup. For a small and growing business like ours, we were just starting up our sales force and Pipedrive had good ratings, was in our budget, and got us up and running in no time.

Cons

We use it pretty much in a straight forward way given our size - contact management, lead tracking, reminders. Can't speak for more complex CRM functions but in our use of it I find that it is challenging to use it for enterprise customers that have multiple divisions or different use cases. It's oriented towards 'deals' - which makes it very useful for certain contexts but tracking business development is challenging.

it's user friendly and fun for managing leads in a way that feels easy to use

Cons

customer service is always live but never helpful, we lost all data after following their advice and then had to fight to get help. we are still waiting to get it back. they are on the higher end of pricing structures and have few features that actually align with lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

i have used many products like pipedrive and was excited to try this software. I'm disappointed that I can't recommend this for my future clients. I tried many times to form a positive relationship with them so that I could bring my customer base to them and manage many accounts in one place. they didn't really seem to care about the strategic partnership and made nexxt to no effort when their failures hurt my business and my clients' businesses.

Pros

Very easy to enter new contacts into the system, or to do a bulk import. Very Easy to search for contacts via the search query, including custom fields. You can select multiple contacts at the same time and edit their information in a multiselect format. Very easy to create custom columns that will enable you to organise the information that you need.

Cons

Not the best with organising tasks automatically or checking for overlapping tasks.They do not have a lead generation tool in the form of a lead capture technology or widget.Does not have an email marketing integration like more modern Real Estate CRM's

Great experience love the mobile and the desktop portions super quick server responses

Pros

This software is perfect for the small business. You can use it on any device it’s a lot easier to use than salesforce and you can integrate a ton of apps into it. Great use of APIs. They are constantly updating it to make it more efficient day by day.

Cons

There are a lot of features on here and like automation and workflow that could be confusing but they break it down really easily with their support team.

Pros

Ergonomic, simple to use ! Link a contact with an organization and and offer and that's it. You can customize your pipe, fields, get indicators on almost everything... Lot of features (email sync, filters...)

Cons

Never had to use the support yet so i cant say anything about it. Few integrations. I don't need it, there's one with slack but others could be an option
