Pros

I like that it is inexpensive, easy to set up, and just easy to make work

Cons

The reports are not customizable, it could be better.

Measuring sales goals.

Pros

The reporting is what drew me to Pipedrive. I wanted a system that would give me a read on how many contacts I needed to reach out to achieve my sales goal. I've tried other systems and they've never offered that aspect. I also like to the overall layout and how you can create your own stages and see it all at a glance without a lot of clutter.

Cons

The price on the gold plan. Although the email integration appeals to me, I can't justify the increase in price when I already have other plans with emails integration that don't cost extra.

No need to stress about following up with leads anymore! The system does it for me and it's super easy to use.

Pros

This is one of the most cost-effective and easy to use CRMs out there. It has all the tools and customizations you might need for your business. It's extremely easy to use once you get familiar with it. I don't have to remember to follow-up with leads, the system does it for me... every day! I really like the feature where you can add personalized notes about the opportunities.

Cons

It's focused on B2B selling, but you can easily make changes to track B2C clients. There are not that many CONS to be honest.

We migrated from Saleforce Business License, where we spent 8x the money we spend now for Pipdedrive. We paid for Salesforce features we never used and wanted to go back to the basics. Tracking your sales funnels and making deals.

Pros

Fast, intuitive and in a permant upgrade mode of new features

Cons

They run a mid-agressive upselling strategy with additional features you have to pay for.

Muy buena herramienta para gestionar la base de datos de clientes y todo el proceso de venta. Especialmente útil para PYMES. Permite dar seguimiento a las comunicaciones con clientes, establecer indicadores y llevar el control de todo el embudo de ventas.

Pros

\- Posibilidad de importar y exportar datos en excel - Se puede vincular con otros software, por ejemplo Outlook, email marketing… - Flexibilidad para personalizar campos, etapas del embudo de ventas, etc. - Buen servicio y respuesta inmediata

Cons

Algunas funciones interesantes tienen una cuota adicional, por lo que si quieres usar toda la potencialidad de pipedrive puede resultar un poco caro.

I use pipedrive to help me track my sales because I need to know what is selling when how much do I have any left this just keeps everything in a schedule so I can stop and doing and look at it without having to stop for a long period of time to search for specifics

Pros

What I really like most about pipedrive is that it does have a 14-day free trial so that you can get to know the software better. It really helped me decide whether or not I wanted to continue using them and I always would rather know is it going to work for me so they took out that guessing game

Cons

But I like the least about the software is the consistent guessing game of can I get a hold of customer service I occasionally have a few issues with the software and I will call customer service and I feel like I'm going to hold on average about 20 to 30 minutes and so I have to take some time out for my busy schedule just to sit on hold for a while

I hate doing sales and realized that if I was going to take the reigns for it in my business, I had to be way more organized. Excel sheets would do the trick, but they get filled up quickly and hard to manage. I wanted an affordable software that wasn't overkill with functionality that would help me manage my sales pipeline more effectively and Pipedrive is it!

Pros

Dashboard is easy to view and understand. I can connect people and contact information to sales leads. Connects with my calendar to remind me to follow up. Integrates with Gmail so I can send emails to contacts right in the software. Software can track opens and clicks so I know if and when my leads are viewing my messages.

Cons

Has way more functionality than I need, which makes for a clunkier user experience. It's nice to have several views for managing my sales pipeline, but if I delete a lead or mark it lost, the associated activities don't go away with it. So unless I do it manually (which adds extra work) I still get notifications for those activities.

Overall experience was good when working for a mid-size company, but for a large company, the tool is not capable of handling the complexity.

Pros

The scheduler feature is very useful when dealing with a large data volume. This helps to automate some of the tasks and saves time.

Cons

The reporting/dashboard is something where the product needs to make lots of development.

Pros

I like it a lot, because I can adapt it to where I direct it, at least in the commercial area it has helped me a lot to track each prospect.

Cons

Its interface is a bit confusing and I find it difficult to locate many functions, but it is a matter of habit. The page could be a little faster to load contacts more effectively.

We have used Pipedrive in the last to years to manage the company's pipeline; you can easily customize the sales cycle / stages applied (our is based on "Strategic Selling", 10 steps). It is a very simple and essential tool where you can have an immediate snapshot about your deals ir the entire company deals; you can have a very easy to read forecast and predict quite well the sales. There some useful integration and it is possible to import (export) data from the main CRM or other sales tools Very good value for money if (like us) you are using the "best of bread" integrated different tools to manage your business

Ability to manage the quotes too

I REALLY wished PipeDrive had a robust email campaign and sequence flow planner similar to ActiveCampaign, AgileCRM, Infusionsoft or Ontraport. If this was available, they would blow the others out of the water.

Pros

I love the customize-able features of the software. I can customize most of the front-end of the software to my liking which optimizes my organization with my leads.

Cons

I have no complaints as of now. Pipedrive is pretty straightforward and easy to use.

Very intuitive to use. The app is extra handy when I'm traveling and perfectly sync's with my schedule. I've never need to speak to the customer support team because everything is straight forward and simple.

Ease of use, our sales rep can easily use this software without the hassle of training or complicated steps to follow.

Pros

Pipedrive is so easy to deploy. We were able to be up and running in less than a day and our sales reps caught on quickly, the software is not bloated so you don't have to say we use this but don't use this.

Cons

There is quite a bit of customization already included with the product, but if I had one con it would be not being able to customize reports as much as I'd like without having to export the information.

It has been extremely useful in helping us streamline our sales processes. Using Pipedrive was a great experience.

Pros

It's a great program. It is an excellent tool that is extremely easy to use and can follow every step of the sales process. Thanks to its e-mail integration, Pipedrive has become our close colleague that we do not miss CC in correspondence. Pipedrive is now the most preferred sales management tool for our portfolio companies, and it is perfect not to mention the beauty of its interface.

Cons

There is nothing I can criticize about this software. It is a successful program that I really love.
