Pipedrive makes tracking and measuring really simple. You can build a custom sales pipeline and design your sales deals, quickly and easily. I have helped clients in the Financial Planning industry build and manage their CRM using Pipedrive,.

Pros

Fast and easy customization. Super intuitive interface. Great user experience.

Cons

Where is the obvious "download vCard" function? It seems that getting contacts into and out of Pipedrive is a little clunky. It may be my lack of experience and understanding, but it should be as easy as the rest of the application.

My company recently switched from the leader in this category to Pipedrive, primarily for cost savings. Broadly speaking, its worked for us and does the job for less cost.

Pros

Easy setup. Great calendar and reminder system. Great for managing opportunities. Love the integration with your phone.

Cons

There have been issues with email syncing and not tracking all of our emails which causes problems of you're in sales and being monitored on your outreach volume.

### "A CRM that salespeople actually love to work with"

We've been using pipedrive for over two years now. It's a great and intuitive CRM built by salespeople for salespeople. From our experience, teams that work with pipedrive and build their pipelines correctly can have new salespeople generating sales very quickly after starting to work with the system - it's that intuitive. Couple that with great zapier integration and other native integration and a very competitive price point, this is huge value for money. We love it.

Pros

Ease of use (drag and drop), flexibility and that the system forces you to set next activity for each case/deal.

Cons

For me the biggest con was that the system did not have features for multilevel marketing, where every user would pay for himself and would be able to see performance of his downline. Pipedrive is only for flat sales strucures.

Very complete program for the agency to use, although some specs could be avoid in order to make it more friendly, specially for our clients to understand.

Cons

Few options to involve the client to understand the whole process of pipes. Specially if those clients aren't very techy or young

Perfect entry tool for CRM, especially for SMEs! Must have to control your contacts.

Pros

interface: the pipeline ui is self explanatory and one of the biggest point for getting it. every salesrep will understand it. setup: easy setup and implementing in technical infrastructure price: the price is a big plus. not to compare with enterprise software, perfect for entrance in CRM market.

Cons

features: don't get me wrong. pipedrive has tons of features and an API with pretty good extra tools. but it propably has less freedom in customizing that e.g. salesforce. this can be a good thing for newbies though. features 2: recently it seems that some of the features of the basic plan, moved to other plans. i understand the step from an economic side, but for me as a user its a pitty.

Easy to use and functional with day to day tasks and deals displayed perfectly . Love the email function that seamlessly captures your emails and stores on deal display

Only issue is you can’t email from your mobile ( as of yet)

We save a TON of time entering in customer information and following up on those leads because pipedrive provides a streamline!

Pros

I love that im able to assign task and assignments to each of our sales reps to follow up with our customers. We have intergrated Pipedrive into our website so when customers request quotes on products their information is automatically stored in pipedrive!

Cons

After a while it becomes a little cluttered when your dealing with so many clients but the clean up of these accounts are easy.

Pros

We've been using pipedrive to keep track of all sales funnels - inbound, outbound, and custom development. Pipedrive activities help me keep up with all that is going on. Without pipedrive I would most likely forget about leads that need attention. The notes features is useful and I use it to keep track of everything from feedback to product requests.

Cons

I use a surface book and at times it can react weird to touch screens. This isn't a big deal but can mess up formatting at times.

1\. Easy to enter and edit sales data - Contact and opportunity data are easy to enter for people in sales, easy to edit them like in Excel sheet, easy to drag and drop opportunities between stages in the pipeline, no IT designed complex uneditable tables + large formulars UI as in 1st wave CRMs. 2. Easy to see "What shall I do?" - You see actions per deal while reviewing pipeline and you see actions for current/next day/week while planning the work. 3. Integration with Google Apps - Contacts and callendar are synchronized reliably.

Cons

1\. Marketing and service part not covered - There is some integration with Mailchimp https://blog.pipedrive.com/2015/05/introducing-an-easier-pipedrive-and-mailchimp-integration/ but... see more https://www.pipedrive.com/en/integrations . 2. Integration with e-mail could be better e.g. Insightly has direct gadget visible in Gmail enabling to relate incoming mail to opportunity, contact, organization.

When we first put our sales team together this was a great software as it looked and worked very much like Trello. If you use trello and love trello then you will love this software.

Cons

there were limitations as we grew, we eventually moved over to HubSpot mostly due to the marketing automation and email and phone capabilities

In the past our estimating process lacked progress milestones. We were able to identify the steps it takes for us to close a deal and now we monitor and adjust our efforts according to the progress or lack of progress we see in pipedrive. Also, it keep all team members on the same "page" in regard to next steps in our process.

Pros

Customizable process. You can configure the process to whatever you are used to seeing or in your own way. It is completely customizable!

Cons

Nothing. We love it up to this point. I can't identify anything that we would change or add.

I chose Pipedrive based on its flexibility and price point.

Pipedrive is suitable for sales teams that are not dependent of a marketing and inbound strategy, other than that, you can easily rely on it to all sales process's stages.

Pros

The CRM is pretty finnancially driven, for every opportunity you add, they calculate gains and losses to your company. Also, it's very easily implemented by anyone in the commercial team. Reports are easily generated online.

Cons

It's not a complete platform from the perspective of marketing/sales joint. You can only handle sales demands there.

Pros

The first thing that i like about Pipidrive is that they offer a trial period of 14 days with gold membership. Next thing that I like is that Pipdrive is very easy to setup it and start using. It has great integration with lots of marketing tools so you can easily streamline any given process while keeping it simple.

Cons

There is really nothing bad about Pipedrive but maybe it is expensive for someone as well as not so great tools for keeping track of customers lifetime.

Mailigen has provided me with a different platform to send emails and SMS to my clients interested in information. Currently my company has prospered on a good track thanks to the good technology of Mailigen, and I hope it continues like this, providing me with those excellent benefits.

Pros

Mailigen provides a completely different platform to other software that offers Email Marketing, since mailigen offers to send emails and sms to promote a campaign, I really like it this way because I can manage these two Marketing areas in a single platform and thus save results at the same time, the work that saves me is surprising.

Cons

I do not like that Mailigen has such high prices, obviously this software could be as expensive as it is now, since it has very attractive features and it takes a lot of work to develop each of them, but I would like to take into consideration low companies with few financial resources, to easily access the prices of this great platform.

A very good CRM product to use. Even if you want to change from an old CRM to Pipedrive i would suggest it any day of the week.

Pros

Design of the software is amazing, so easy to use and so easy to teach your new employee how to use it. Currently it's the best CRM in the market.

Cons

It's still a young company and still expanding and growing. So some features are coming later (but due to the fact that the company has grown like 300 times in the past year, i'm sure that the features will come soon enough).

Only positive experiences. I was looking for a CRM to keep track of a lot of activities, customers etc. Pipedrive definitely is a great tool for my needs . Every morning I get a reminder e-mail with my deals I have to work on that day and I can see within 1 click what the latest communication was, quote number, quote amount etc.

Pros

Very easy to use. Every deal has it's own e-mail address, so I always "Bcc" this in my e-mails. Sales Pipeline structure is nice on a big screen, very visual.

Cons

No cons from my side. It's definitely not like other CRM's which tend to be cumbersome. No need to enter a lot of information.
