Overall I just love this product. Moreover, the schedule makers of this application are truly a blessing so that in order to schedule meetings or events.

Pros

Every feature of this product is worth knowing so, the first thing that I would like to tell is its minimal layout options that helps in facilitating lead management without any complexes. One more thing that I found really interesting is it’s statistics that can be linked to the dashboard so that I can present it to other colleagues as well which makes the understanding of the matrices more clear and convenient.

Cons

I would say this is a perfect product. It is full of benefits. It has brought much convenience in my life. I failed to find any thing that creates troubles to me.

I would love Pipedrive to have proposal building capabilities and not to use 3rd party integrations to do it because their's will definitely be better.

Pros

Pipedrive is sales pipeline management and CRM software. Funnel steps in kamban mode, which is visually excellent. You can schedule multiple activities and Pipedrive will send you the reminders, Real-time reports, It calculates the average conversion rate, integrates with other tools and allows a free trial for 14 days.

Cons

Having to use Zapier to make integrations.

It's a good solid choice with little to no down sides. I just believe there's better choices depending on what you prioritise or need the most assistance with.

Pros

Pipedrive offers you all the features you need for a growing business, delivering a solid database function, automation, good integrations etc.

Cons

There's little to nothing that distinguishes pipedrive from it's competitors. Whilst it achieves what it sets out to, it's very middle of the road.

So far so good. Would recommend it but only in sales-centric environments with medium to long sales cycles and decent volume.

Pros

Simplicity and transparency—see your and execute on sales pipeline at a glance, in one place. Ability to add automation and get the data you need to manage pipeline.

Cons

Per user pricing is a bit steep and there's a lot of overlap in our martech stack because of the additional lead management features, live chat, forms, etc that are already managed by other software.

Pros

It is extremely easy to use and navigate. The user interface is well designed and I like the drag/drop functionality. This was important as the primary users are our sales team, who need something fast and easy to use.

Cons

I wish creating separate pipelines/funnels was easier and assigning leads to various funnels could be easier as well.

Great for exactly what you need to do - be accountable and follow up with leads!

Pros

Really great for setting up tasks/reminders for lead follow-up within the sales world. Accountability is huge, and when juggling a lot of leads things can fall through the cracks. That doesn't happen with Pipedrive!

Cons

It would be nice to have more features/accessibility with PD. Being able to manage everything from one software, but with my company, this was just not something that we did/explored.

I have had a very positive experience with Pipedrive overall.

Pros

I use Pipedrive every day to organize my book of 70 clients. I like the ease of sorting activities by date, time, and a vast number of other fields that I have set.

Cons

I sued to be able to "batch" move activities to the next day and to delete activities I no longer need, but that has gone away recently. I'm not sure if it was a PD thing or if the admins at my employer changed access levels for us, though.

I totally recomned Ppipedrive, for companies who needs to value the perfomance of the sales people and to measure if the businnes strategy is going in the right direction. For sale people, you can organize your activities and the lead won't feel, abandoned, even if he/she won't buy what what you're selling.

Pros

Has all the features you need in a CRM and requires very few information in order to start a lead. They have the drag and drop functionality for moving a Lead along the pipeline. The email feature is very nice, just click on the link and open a window to send your e-mail to the lead. The e-mail will automatically be attached to the Lead. You can customize your fields and have them be presented or not to you when creating a new lead. SInce each information is a separate entity, the app connetcs people to leads, so if you open a person file you will be able to see all leads related to that person.

Cons

The information layout is still convoluted, there is too much information displayed on a Lead main screen. You have to spend some time looking for the info you need. After creating a lead, it is not very straight forward to just add more information to the lead. Because all data and fields are structured fields, you have to click a few times in order to find the correct place to add the info (new contact, new phone, new e-mail etc.). I prefer CRM systems that are more open to gathering text and do not require you to add every type of info in their own field.

Pros

The software was super easy to setup and get going quickly - which we needed since we were moving from nothing. Pipelines were very easy to adjust and manage and also for our Sales team to understand. We also had a fair number of custom fields that we needed to add to the system and it was really nice that we could that ourselves.

Cons

Where Pipedrive ultimately failed us was in the reporting. As we grew and we needed to know what products were selling best and what customers were interested in what things and such, we just couldn't get it out of Pipedrive. The reporting was really structured around keeping track of where you were but try and pull a simple report for figuring our retention rates and you couldn't.

It replaces an outdated sales tracker our company used to use, and there is potential for this to be a stellar way to organize our new trackers. However, the lack of basic features such as being able to export more information (the notes!!!!) makes it hard for a manager (me) to get a quick overview of how my team is doing. Having to click through each project makes it difficult and timely to keep track.

Pros

Easy to use interface, activities reminder helps me out a lot. Site is easy to navigate and I like being able to toggle between companies easily.

Cons

There is no way to export the latest notes on each deal which is key for management to ensure employee productivity. Having too many deals in one pipeline category usually means a lot of scrolling... not the most effective way to organize the pipeline view. Also, how are the deals sorted within the pipelines? By date? name? not sure...

Pros

Pipedrive is fully customizable. It helps us manage leads, track communications and automate our leads as they proceed through our pipeline.

Cons

There's a little bit of a learning curve to setup the software the way you want it to perform. It requires constant tweaking but it pays off once you see how it will help your business.

Incredibly easy to use. Interactive UI design. Utilizes visuals to move deals down the pipeline. Extremely customizable. Simple, yet elegant. Very useful and important. Helps me in figuring out my day's work and when my deadlines are in a very direct manner. I don't have to fiddle around to figure things out, it's so user-friendly. Makes my work more efficient. Speeds up my processes. Keeps me organized. Would recommend 10/10!

Cons

I can't think of much, except that I've put my deals into several "Categories" and I haven't been able to figure out or research how to sort them out into their categories so that I can view them in their associated groups. Also would love if my co-workers' deals didn't mix into mine to keep them more segregated, but it hasn't been much of an issue at the moment.
