My company hosco (www.hosco.com) adopted pipedrive about 6 months ago and so far we're quite happy. It really feels like the developers created pipedrive with the daily needs of the user in mind. I constantly find myself asking "can I do this on pipedrive" only to find seconds later the solution is already there. Most importantly I really like the streamlined, visual way of organizing leads. Sure in other CRMs you can drill down almost endlessly for reports and stats but you also pay for that. With pipedrive they package all the key stats and tools you need in one very easy to user interface which also has a management function. We have a big screen in our office that tracks all the sales and when one is made it lights up like crazy! I'm just now discovering the mobile app capabilities such as recording notes, and the email sync has gotten rid of the need to duplicate notes after a client call which is a real timesaver. Overall I'm very happy with Pipedrive and have already recommended to other medium sizes business in similar fields.

Cons

Please, please make it easier to organize contacts with functions similar to excel. Right now its way too difficult to have to create separate searches for contacts.

We used this CRM on one of our projects and it's perfect for small size company when your main lead generation channel is website or landing page.

Pros

\- It's very easy to setup this CRM - Has very intuitive API, so you can automate a lot of functions in it (lead generation) - Has a lot of functions to easily integrate with automation services like Zapier, for example you can import lead from Facebook Ads directly without writing your own code and this lead can be moved to special funnel step - Supports integration with corporative e-mails - You can set up personal and company goals - Setting up different rights for users and administrators, so you can be sure that leads won't be mistakanely deleted

\- Luck of ready integration with call-tracking service or virtual PBX service. You should write your own integration

We used it to track new job leads and status of the jobs through completion for quite a while and it worked really well for us. The only reason why we stopped using it is because the new proposal software we started using had something similar that was built in.

Pros

It was simple to use, has a great visual layout. Easy to see the status of each lead your tracking. It does what it claims, and does it well.

Cons

Honestly, maybe some additional features for tracking and equating mathematical values would be nice, but other than that, there isn't much to not like about Pipedrive.

Easy to use, very intuitive, great price point. Limited functionality (only would recommend for basic sales pipelines and nothing else (like customer service tracking or contact storage, or email)

Pros

very intuitive, easy to use, great price, and very efficient. For sales pipeline activities specifically, this is a great product. Your employees can be trained in a day or 2, and they can be off and running. Easy to track deal interactions with the follow up screen, easy for information to be shared and accessed by various members of your team.

Cons

Limited functionality, virtually zero ability to store contacts, deals, or anything else in an intuitive list (being able to list deals alphabetically in your pipeline for example, or by most recent interaction etc.), customer service reps that are only competent enough to record your issue and forward to Latvia or Estonia or someplace meaning you're almost always waiting at least a day for any sort of follow up or resolution. Very clunky email integration, and not a good platform for customer service follow ups or as a contact database. It seems like they didn't even bother considering how information would be stored and viewed for anything beyond the sales pipeline. If it wasn't for the affordability I would've given this product a lower rating. My expectation level is tempered by the relative cost compared to more complete programs.

I like everything, the only inconvenience is me that sometimes does not monitor the reports, but ultimately is an excellent software that encourages communication with customers.

I can easily manage all leads, see where they are in the sales pipeline. I can attach users and see how they impact a deal. I can also easily export data to create presentations and can input large amounts of raw data in, to build new pipelines.

Pros

I like that the software gives you a lot of flexibility in creating templates, custom forms/fields, and labels/checklists. The software also has easy integration for importing and exporting information. Creating campaigns is simple, and if you ever have any questions, you can use the automated support center. If your answer cannot be found there (super-rare) then you can call directly and a real live person will assist you. They also offer several webinars weekly so you can always learn something new about the software. So easy even the president can use it....

Cons

The only thing I don't love is that sometimes when customizing fields, you have to go back and forth to enter the data and then sort it alphabetically. There is no way to duplicate fields, so for us, when we often have primary, secondary or tertiary sales people referring us leads, you need to create a new field from scratch and then input a sales person in 3 times before all forms are identical.

It has been a great experience overall with the software. There hasn't been any hiccups to date and the software has always provided the best results!

Pros

Pipedrive Sales CRM is a cloud based sales CRM that has a visually appealing user interface packed with a lot of features. It helps us to manage and organise our leads and prospects.

Cons

The pricing per user is a bit expensive but not too much. I am totally satisfied with the functionality it offers for the price.
