### "An objective appraisal of Pipedrive"

It is an effective sales management tool that comes ion handy 365 and 247. We use it to monitor our sales across the entire funnel from lead management, follow up, and closing, and because each stage is broken down into modules, we can easily review our approach to know where to direct more effort or resource.

Pros

You can customize or use a template. Choice is yours. Support is fairly responsive. Relates perfectly with my Dropbox and mail chimp. Pipedrive is the project manager, CRM is the project. The app helps me break down activities in the sales funnel follow up on them through to completion. It also serves me as a too, for monitoring outstanding performers in my sales team because I am able to track individual progress across all stages of the sales process. I basically use Pipedrive on my mobile on-the-go and I can categorically vouch for its fully optimized mobile view.

Cons

Since Pipedrive can facilitate my client calls, it would be great if it could record the calls to a database for documentation and future reference. Has a dependable tool for countering duplicate entries – “merge duplicates” I find it difficult to add up contacts directly from my mobile directory

### "Amazing CRM"

Pros

We were using Highrise before and then switched to Pipedrive. It's a super powerful tool that integrates well with other services like Zapier and Zoho. There are a long list of other integration available. It helps us keep track of our sales. Highly recommend!

Cons

It can get confusing for a first time user.

Pros

Pipedrive is an amazing tool for all startups and small business to create a process and funnel for their new leads into customers. There are big companies like Salesfroce or Zoho etc, but Pipedrive gives his best features with support for small business at effective price

Cons

There are not much automation which can be integrated into the system and they are yet to grow to adapt new technology.

Pipedrive's entry-level version is capable, serviceable and relatively straightforward to master. It does require some dedicated time to set up and to connect to other, existing programs already in use such as MS Outlook, MS Contacts and/or Gmail. I recommend it, but I know that our team has found some aspects wanting for our needs, in terms of reporting, scheduling and knowledge sharing.

Pros

Enables the team and its leadership to enter, edit, review, export and monitor sales prospects and funnel. Provides good, short and easily understood tutorials so that team members can support themselves. Provides good connectivity with other programs that can be used to extend the use of customer pursuit data.

Cons

Not really conceived or designed for professional services companies, which have multiple services and different types of deliverables that can be discussed, proposed and sold in tandem or asynchronously. For example, it does not really seem to offer some of the interim options that can be necessary with one or more customer purchasing (or other types of Go/No-Go) decisions are postponed, scheduled for the future or otherwise associated with a soft decision deadline. Not as intuitive as could be expected for executives implementing sales management software for the first time. Needs to be used with care by Professional Service firms, to tweak functions so as to accommodate client and \[non-sales\] staff behaviors.

I think I summed this up pretty well in the review. We use it for all our sales needs and it is awesome. Management, Lead-Flow, Sales Progress, Email, Email Templates, Customer Management, etc.

Pros

A phenomenal tool to manage your sales progress and sales team. The PipeDrive "pipelines" are an ingenious simple tool to manage the flow of your deals. I love the dashboard and it suits my type-A personality and compartmentalized brain. If you don't know what I mean look at the dashboard. We run 8 separate PipeLines and it is super simple to navigate and see the progress made by each individual business and salesperson. Having the ability to customize and organize is essential for managing my team. Being sent an email to sum up my teams day is also super critical and I like this feature. As a start up, price is very important so when I weighed PipeDrive against other CRM's in the decision-making phase I decided based on price but the truth is we will stay with them because of the product. If you are trying to make the decision on a CRM, pick PipeDrive you won't regret it.

Cons

We have had a few small issues with the email system. This is really the only area we have experienced difficulties. And they're minor ex. text size got altered upon sending for some reason. However, I know we played a role in this too as we were copying and pasting parts of texts from word docs.

Pros

Pipedrive has helped me and my agency to manage our leads and our deals from our web forms, also it elaborates insights so we can check our metrics.

Cons

It has a limited functionality for the price, also it has no separation between lists of new leads and the contacts

Pros

Ease of use. Probably one of the easiest CRMs I have ever used. By far much easier to setup, manage and use than SalesForce. The integration/app selections are also excellent. Almost every tool you need to hook up and sync to your CRM.

Cons

The only drawback is actually it's best feature and thats the simplicity. It's almost too simple and there are areas where I would like to see more customization options.

I have had a great experience with Pipedrive's customer service team. They have responded promptly (within 2-3 hours) of every support email I have sent and have responded promptly to replies to those emails. It has been a remarkably easy software to roll out for our field technicians, who intuitively understood how to move deals, assign activities, and view necessary information. As a multi-site company with a clear division between our sales team and our production team, Pipedrive lacks some functionality that would make it an absolute winner. We are unable to assign custom viewing settings to different employees - making it more confusing for our production team who has to filter through the sales pipelines to get to their information. We also are unable to separate multiple locations into separate teams within the same company. Thus our office in one city in another state has to see all of the content for our other office in a different state. We are able to work around these issues, but would love Pipedrive even more if it had custom view permissions and location settings for pipelines. The mobile app is remarkably snappy, easy to use, and integrates well with other apps on the phone (Google Maps, Inbox, Outlook, Call Logging). One feature missing is support for uploading multiple photos at one time. Our field technicians have to upload each photo individually.

\- Speed of web app and mobile app - Filters for viewing deals by employee - Integrations with Zapier - Custom Fields

Cons

\- Lack of concurrent multiple photos upload in mobile app - Lack of custom view settings for different employees in the same company

Pros

The UX to me is the greatest quality of this software. You have visual confirmation, intuitive interface. So you take some time to learn your way around the process of CS and you are good to go.

Cons

They have so many features that for basic use you can get lost at the beginning, so they should have a option for different level of users (some light user mode for exemple).

If you can't get good customer service, no product is worth it.

Pros

Attractive interface. Ease of setting up stages for each part of the sales cycle. However, as noted below, when even the smallest issue arises there is no support that is truly helpful.

Cons

The customer service is horrific! When you enter a chat, it can take several minutes for someone to answer and several minutes or longer in between responses. The customer service reps are not knowledgeable and can hardly ever address the concern

Not much to say here! Though to offer a suggestion, perhaps a search filter to easily find a specific email or note within each 'deal'.

Pipedrive is used by all of our staff here in the office. We send each other notes, put tasks on each other, strategically helping our customers along the way to provide them with the quality services they need.

Pros

It is very easy to navigate. It helps me stay up date with each customer, each job, each organization we deal with. We have hundreds and hundreds of deals and customers, Pipedrive is like the little maid that comes in with all your daily activities and reminders on a nice little platter every morning.

Cons

It's hard to find cons honestly. Sometimes, and very rarely, it disconnects from the servers or something. All we do is wait 10 minutes and the system is back online.

Great to the organization at the sales team. All the salesmen are up to do all the tasks from the day and easy to see what's coming to the next days and week.

Pros

Pipedrive it's easy to use have a great desgin. It's really good with sales reports, like how many days your lead spend at a certain point of the sales process. Great to see all the tasks to salesmen; Many features to integration.

Cons

We don't pay the premium licence, so we can't send e-mail directly from the platform. I think it's the only thing that is missing. Maybe would be great if the reports were more visual

Because we already pay the licence to use the premium account for the RD station

Would love if you could also generate a quote after inputing al the lead info, that way you do everything in one step.

This may not have the potential and power to handle larger companies. But for startups and small businesses, this is a tremendous offering even if it just helps you refine and implement a sales process and system. In my opinion one of the best features is that it more or less forces you to add a new activity as soon as you complete the last task. Which I think is important because it keeps the focus on activity and off getting lucky or hoping the deal closes.

Pros

\- Good interface - Drag and drop - Plenty of features to get started - See pipeline graphs and data easily

Cons

\- Doesn't have a recurring product estimator, only fixed price deals (would be really helpful to know if a deal is positive ROI based on Lifetime Value etc)

Organization! Organization! Organization! You have successfully helped our team and for that we are all Pipedrive fans and recommend to everyone we know.

Pros

It'd ease of mobile use with my sales team. I love that it so easy to use with many Google apps including Google Calendar and Contacts. I found often I would connect with my sales team and there we were easily able to share leads and any other useful information to help our whole team be successful. I recommend Pipeline for any sales team as our team has always loved the app.

Cons

I find that the difference between the monthy fees do matter. I would highly recommend for this program to help your sales team be successful that you purchase the higher tier as it offers just a little more options but those options do make a difference. It is well worth the money.

Pros

I just love it. Integration with email, database, usage, tags, reminders, everything. It just makes the life of a salesperson easier

Cons

didn't find any at the moment. yes, sometimes it is slow, but the overall experience, user-friendly interface, and all other features, just love it
