In my line of work using Pipedrive is about the only way I can manage my communications with my clients. It also helps me manage my activities (my daily tasks) and my sales funnel. Honestly, we would not be able to work efficiently without Pipedrive.

Pros

I really like the interface which is elegant and very functional. Also, it has all the features we need but it's still relatively simple and uncomplicated. I appreciate that their development team keeps adding new features and keeps ironing out some minor issues.

Cons

Pipedrive team keeps improving their product all the time. Most of the issues I had with it had already been fixed. The only real downside is that (at least for us) it takes a long time for the emails you sent to a customer to sync and show up in Pipedrive. It's especially true if they contain attachments. Plain text emails show up on the lead's page almost immediately. Maybe it's just the servers we use for our company email, idk. Also, I think all input fields should be searchable (they are working on it).

It is very easy-to-use and offers all the 'must' features. However, for someone like me; who has to follow purchases from a single contact monthly, it is not very useful. It should have a feature to see how far a client make purchases, instead of signing a single deal.

Pros

Customer support on online chat is great. Also seeing it developing constantly is a huge plus. Price is definitely worth it.

Cons

They somehow slowed down on adding new features for a while.

Pros

Pipedrive has been the most efficient, fast, and organized CRM application I have ever used for my business. From web forms, to assessing overall performance of my business, it has helped my business tremendously.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. Compared to other CRM softwares I've used, I've never had any issues with Pipedrive.

Pipedrive integrates perfectly with my Google contacts and Calendar. It supports mobility ,ensuring I am to use this tool while on the move. Pipeline basically makes it convenient to observe all of our sales process ; without the need to bother about administration.

Cons

Will be great to have more filtering options like being able to filter customers based on their past buying history etc

For those that need a standalone CRM, this one makes important information visual, which is easier to scan and recall.

Pros

Getting up and running was fast. In the first 20-30 minutes, I had value. And it's easy / simple enough to use regularly -- even if it's not my primary job. The integrations are smart, too. Building this into a biz dev pipeline makes complete sense. Big takeaways are easy to scan in the dashboard.

Cons

I don't have a complaint about the software. If I don't maintain data entry, that's my fault. So unless this software can be driven by AI and big data to do data entry for me, no complaints.

Pros

The most important thing that I must emphasize is that this software is integrated with other tools and the possibility of importing data, even from another CRM without major technical complications. In addition to this, another advantage that has, is the possibility of managing future sales processes, such as meetings, lunches, calls, etc., of which you receive notifications via email or SMS.

Cons

This software, it seems to me very complete, is intuitive, I mean, easy to use. There's nothing I do not like about that. You can pay annuities for one person. What I recommend is the person who is in charge of managing the software in a company or store, should have knowledge about digital marketing and something about administration.

The most appealing aspect of Pipedrive is the number of custom fields you can add-in. This allows you to capture more data points as you grow as a company.

Cons

The reporting could be more in-depth. Our company spends a lot of time having to export the raw data to further analyze what is going on within our company.

Pros

Ease of use is definitely the biggest advantage of this system. And it is both from the administrating point of view and also from standard user perspective. Creating a Pipeline is simple and keeping all deals in one place is finally possible.

Cons

Reporting side is little problematic. As long as you are using one Pipeline for sales person it is ok but if salesperson uses multiple projects with multiple Pipelines theres some additional clicking that has to be done.

Great service, easy to use, finally got rid of many excel sheets...

Pros

We have setup multiple pipelines to track sales from each of our stores, we have setup a pipeline to manage the internal ordering process, we track marketing projects and are now implementing the after sales process. All of this was configured and implemented while our company was going full speed ahead. There was a solution for most problems we threw at it. Although not every detail can be configured with thousands of parameters, most things can be accomplished with a few clicks in a simple way. If its not built in, you can almost be certain you can extend Pipedrive with an external service and automate through other fantastic products like Zappier. If theres an issue you can contact support and almost immediately get an accurate response.

Cons

The only issue - that ist not actually related to Pipedrive - is we sometimes have internet downtime due to construction work. If there was one feature I would love to see, is the ability to automate daily backups to CSV / Excel so when the internet is down you at least have some reference when a client calls.

It's a great tool for team collaboration and being able to have everyone be on the same page in regards to deals in progress.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use with little training. You can pretty much log in and figure things out on your own.

Cons

I feel like the notifications are a bit lacking as far as being able to be notified when someone adds a new comment or be notified when a deal is lost. I had to set up a zap with Zapier in order to be notified when a deal is marked as "lost".

Pros

Pipedrive is easy to use and does not require hours and hours of self-education for basic functionality as I have experienced with other popular CRMs. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the contact information layout makes it easy to see at a glance where they are in the funnel and what their last experience was. Every time a contact record is updated, it automatically records who made the update and when, which makes seeking more information on the encounter easy.

Cons

It does have a few too many screens and buttons to click through sometimes, especially when adding new contacts one at a time.

Pros

CRM done well through their intuitive interface. This is actually a godsend for my sales force as they are able to handle leads fairly easily to cut to the chase and close the sale.

Cons

Pricing is a little bit out of range for most SME's. And cloud-based can sometimes be a setback when there are connectivity problems.

I use Pipedrive daily for last 3 years. I used several CRM softwares but couldn't feel so much ease when I am suing Pipedrive. Everything is simple in this CRM. The feature to integrate with any email service provider makes sending emails as easy as a mouse click.

Cons

Sometimes Pipedrive doesn't load properly and it takes more than 15 minutes to recover once the issue occurs. The iphone app doesn't have even half of the features that of the web version.

Pros

Pipedrive is a very handy tool that can help you track your deals and relationship with leads. It's also very easy to use. Just create the different stages, then click and drag users from one stage to another. You can also create fields and save information about each of your potential leads. The other benefit is creating notes and reminders to followup with the lead!

Cons

The tool is excellent. I can honestly say that there is nothing I don't like about Pipedrive. The tool is excellent, customer support is top-notch and they keep rolling out new updates and features.

The way that the sales pipeline is set out just simply makes sense and considers industry standard methods. Pipedrive is built with the user in mind - complexity does not exist, it's so simple.

Cons

Although it's still in beta, the integration with Asana has a bug in it which needs fixing. Unfortunately customer support can't seem to offer help. Perhaps it's an issue with Asana?

I like the pipeline, it's easy to use and can be configured as you wish. They push for more activities and motivate you to complete them by showing this visually. Set goals and create activities accordingly.

Cons

I don't like the emailing part. It's not really merged (maybe it can be if you pay extra), now you have to add a mailadress to the BCC, but then you miss their replies.

\- Rich integration base, Zapier, Google calendar analytics, Outlook email, etc - Intuitive to get up to speed with and also offers easy and flexible customization - Mobile experience on par with that of web/desktop, which is harder to find than you'd think with other CRM systems

Cons

\- Reminder feature doesn't work reliably sometimes, and the reminder alerts can be easily missed - No default/automated responder for inbound enquiry from interested customers, that would be really helpful to have

I've been using pipedrive ever since I joined P2Sample about 18 months ago. (we provide global online sample to the market research community - 20 million panelist, 150+ countries). We have about 48 employees working all around the globe. I have experience using Salesforce at my last job. Pipedrive has all the functions I need to get my job done. My title is Director of Client Development and Engagement - basically, I look for new/potential clients. PD has all the tools I need to do this. While Salesforce was good, it was overkill - I don't think I ever used more than 30% of it's functions - those functions are all in PD plus more. Great customisable interface, great amazing support, and, it just works. And it works well. the price per seat is right and won't kill you if your a small company looking for a full function CRM. Very easy to use with a very fast learning curve. I'm a happy camper.

Pros

Easy to use, quick learning curve.

Cons

No free t-shirts and it does not make coffee for me in the morning.
