I've tried so many products on the market for the last 6 months from project management and I've found them to be complicated and none of them had exactly what i needed or the had too many features to really get down to what i needed and how i actually work. The mobile apps were not actually mobile. Pipeline has the perfect combination and the mobile app instantly reflects what you do on the web. I went from having my emails, tasks, and notes in 4 different programs to having everything organized. I went from being behind on all client projects to 1 week ahead of time delivery. I'm happy my clients are extremely happy and i even have time for myself now which is rare as a small business owner.

Pros

Easy to use and great mobile app. Add customized fields to organizations and people if your needs for them are different. Customize the deal stage and set goals for each stage. Dashboard view shows you what you've accomplished by the day week-month.

Cons

If you don't mind having a plain interface with not a lot of colors and bells and whistles this is the program for you.

Pros

I love that Pipedrive is just excellent at doing what is supposed to do and at the same time is offering much more than just being a CRM tool.

Cons

At first it seems overwhelming, as it has quite a lot of options and the guide wasn't that helpful, more annoying.

Pros

I like to use it as a scheduling tool - I give myself tasks and then implement them as required. It highlights tasks for today and overdue tasks

Cons

Sometimes I find it hard to filter. For example, in our office we have several different projects. I can filter all winning deals or all deals belonging to one project but I don't know how to filter winning deals for one project

I tried zoho CRM and Sugar CRM before, and didn't like them as much as I like Pipedrive now.

Pros

It brings me accurate statistics on all the updats in my database. Support team is really great.

Cons

Syncronization with my email box sometimes fails.

Pros

I absolutely love how I can organize and manage all my sales efficiently and the ability to keep track of activities and to-dos.

Cons

Well I would love to have even more integration options available to cover all my needs, I must say that these are minor details that do not seriously affect my experience with this tool.

Overall this is a great economical software for managing relationships.

Pros

I like the ability to visualize deals in a pipeline and the ability to set up different pipelines for different niches.

Cons

I dislike some of the bugs such as conversations getting bucketed into the wrong profile because of the same subject line, you can get around it by adding the company name as a text replacement.

Pros

It's ease of use and good amount of features will help most small to mid teams achieve their sales goals. Even after a while of using it you can see everything organized and easy to access, so it will help you build a robust contact list. Customizations and integrations can be the real differentiator, especially if you already use other platforms and want to integrate them with Pipedrive. Highly recommended.

Cons

While features are simple and easy to use, this could also be a downside since you most likely can't do complex things. I would also liked to find the more ease of integration with websites, especially CMS like WordPress, to collect leads from forms and automate the process.

Helps our sales team perform better which means we close more deals

Pros

Really easy to use and does it's job superbly. Every company needs sales but many people find they let sales slip through the cracks with poor follow up and random notes all over the place. Pipedrive makes tracking and optimising your sales pipeline a 5 min job. Good integrations with a range of scheduling and email marketing apps make it really easy to plug in to your existing infrastructure

Cons

It' really hard to fault Pipedrive. it's simple, does what it's designed to do very well. It might be useful to be able to better share information between users but that's a minor gripe.

I see Pipedrive as a great stepping stone CRM platform for people who are just getting started, whether that means starting a business or starting a CRM platform. It is worth the cost and simple to learn.

Pros

The interface in Pipedrive is extremely simple and easy to understand. For young or small companies without fully developed sales processes, this tool is life-changing. The setup is extremely quick and simple, and it is very easy to get started tracking leads and contacts in no time at all. I appreciate the lack of a big learning curve.

Cons

In the future, as our leads start to grow, I see the need to transfer to a more robust CRM platform. While Pipedrive is great, it lacks certain functionalities that larger companies would like to see in a platform.

Pros

I really like the ability to customise this software to suit your own business needs. It makes managing customer accounts and transactional orders from start to finish incredibly easy and transparent. There is no back and forth between multiple screens to find the data you need, it is all available at the click of a button. You want certain fields on a specific screen? Done!

Cons

While it does have a lot more features than similar products such as Hubspot, I do feel the price for this is rather steep. Yes it is an excellent program, though I do dislike the way it works with Mailchimp. I have experienced numerous issues with the mailing system on Mailchimp so would have preferred a different e-mailing system.

I've been using this CRM for almost a year and I have to say that it's really a well-made product. My sales organization uses pipedrive to manage all sales activities, from registering the lead to closing the deal.

Pros

Easy to use, flexible and I love the ability to manage data and the ability to set filters on virtually every field of CRM.

Cons

Not many things, in fact;) Maybe the ability to handle VoIP calls internally.

\- a clean design, great email integration, and well thought out visual sales pipeline - makes it easy to know what deals need attention while looking at your pipeline - very customisable.

Cons

Not much, it is a really good CRM software! I didn't have any issues with it while using it so can't complain!

Mailigen is a very productive software, one of the best franchises in Email Marketing, it has benefited me a lot at the business level since it has changed the way of implementation in the advertising campaigns.

Pros

Marketing with Mailigen is much easier to apply, and the speed offered by this is very good, because when you enter your panel / platform, in a matter of seconds you can design an advertising campaign, and you will have results instantly, the speed with which Mailigen works is very good.

Cons

I do not like the prices of Mailigen, and it is for the simple reason that it limits the subscriptions very much, at the moment of having a work plan (Example: 10,000 subscriptions) the plan can not be changed until you exhaust those 10,000 subscriptions, I would like that you have more freedom when choosing work plans when you want.

Helped me bring my business forward - I couldn't be without it now! Cost effective (other CRM systems are seriously expensive but don't offer the benefits for deal, client and people tracking that Pipedrive does). I HIGHLY recommend Pipedrive and try to tell all my friends in sales/ recruitment or business about it!

Pros

The map option and easy pipeline/drive view are the things I like most but there's so much more! It's user friendly, very interactive and great for "visual" and analytical people alike to use! Also great for setting and tracking goals!

Cons

Nothing - the map view can be a little tricky to use on a laptop but in the app/ on a tablet or mac is perfect!

As we were a company of few employees - it was really easy to navigate, but I don't know if the multiple styles in which people work would not affect the everyday experience.

Pros

It was a great place to follow up on your daily tasks - build up a forecast of sales deals and generate statistics to compare month to month growth. The design is user-friendly intuitive.

Cons

It was quite difficult to change and filter out previous tasks that past employees left unfinished or pending. Many different. Maybe some general tagging for companies should be implemented.

As a way of getting off a spreadsheet - for the cost of 3 coffees per month per user you are out of the blocks with Pipedrive. Couple that with a solid sales strategy and you can track success to growth.

Cons

I was missing some of the tracking functionality that others had and then Pipedrive introduced it It would be excellent to integrate VoIP next

Awesome, I'm a visual person and struggle to remember every detail on a large amount of loans at the same time. Sadly as I get older i realise my ability to jump from client to client and know exactly what is going on without ever confusing one with another is nat as good as it used to be, or I'm just getting busier... To know where every application is exactly up to and what the next steps are has just made life so easy for me and my staff. which raises another benefit, the ability for different people to work on a file and not have to keep going back and interrupting the staff in asking where each deal is up to, the system lets me know.

Pros

Instantly see where every loan is up to. Easily select and access all data, emails and file notes to know the entire history of an application. Automatic connection of emails received to clients folder.

Cons

Ability to only link one email for a person.
