there are a lot of things that I like in this specific application so I can’t mention each of them. So few of them I have already mentioned that are my most favorite. I strongly recommend this product to others.

Pros

Best thing about it is its integration with other useful applications that are also an integral part of my life. Interface of the product is very much intuitive that handles all my daily tasks as well. It has powerful features for our convenience.

Cons

For me this product is something very special and also its interface is my most favorite part which cannot be denied at any cost. I have no negative opinions for Pipedrive.

Like how similar it is to other tools I use (Trello) and the price tag is excellent. Really like the innovation I've seen even in the past 6 months.

Pros

Pipedrive is perfect for companies willing to change the other tools they may be using. If you're not flexible enough to change other tools you would want to connect, then this isn't the tool for you. The only complaint was weak reporting options compared to SalesForce. But to be fair, we decided to use Pipedrive to improve front-line processes and performance, not to micromanage the team.

Cons

Still seems to be strange bugs and glitches that occur, which ruin the experience. The tool is also relatively slow and would love to see more work done to build a faster experience.

Pros

Pipedrive has transformed the way we do business. Our admin/customer relations team has way more time to be proactive with all of the time that is saved not having to manually track and log contact with customers or where we are at in the engagement process. I cannot recommend Pipedrive enough.

Cons

In my opinion, it could have a bit more functionality. As we grow, we have concerns about using this for a large corporation compared to some of the other offerings on the market. Great for small and medium-sized businesses, but we have some concerns about its ability to grow with us.

It has helped my business speed up the sales process. From lead generation to tracking each lead cycle as well as close business faster. It has easy to use capabilities and worked well in my team.

Pros

Deals are displayed according to different lifecycle stages which allows me to see the progress that my team is making and which deals I should be focusing on. I can also select the right deals and tasks to focus on with the Timeline View feature which was pretty great. It has a pretty minimalist layout which is easy to use.

Cons

I had trouble with creating reports with certain criteria. The integration with google calendar also doesn't let me edit the calendar invitation - which makes my calendar look scattered. Mobile use is a bit slow.

Pipedrive benefits us company wide!

Pros

Pipedrive has been such a time saver for me as a professional. I use many websites during the course of a day and Pipedrive keeps all my passwords, therefore, giving me so much of my time back! I go to the websites I use daily and my user name and passwords are there ready to sign in. I wouldn't want to go a day with out Pipedrive!

Cons

I'd like to see the master password sign-in be monthly.

allows the merging of duplicates it is easy to handle once the concept has been understood, very ergonomic in its operation

simple visualisation of our sales pipeline, decent action reminders

Pros

Simple visual display of our sales pipeline and a decent follow-up setup and reminder system. The timeline feature is useful too (but would be better if the email integration was reliable)

Cons

the email integration with Exchange is unreliable - it seems to be matching messages by title rather than by contact so we're getting emails attached to completely the wrong leads. Also Archived emails are ignored for some reason. It should just match based on contacts' email addresses and nothing more and ignore any other emails (as a co-founder of the business I have a ton of non-sales related emails that I don't want synced into Pipedrive)

Pros

I love the ability to add multiple contacts in a single deal with just one window open helps me save a lot of lot of time as I have to add several contacts daily in to already existing deals. I dislike one thing about pipedrive that it sometimes is bit slow to load.

Cons

I dislike two things about pipedrive: 1. It sometimes is bit slow to load. 2. It doesn't always update the entries we enter in to the popup window(to add contacts in to existing deals) automatically and if I accidentally close the popup window, I lost everything I entered. I experienced this 2-3 times.

Pros

the next step functionality is a great way to keep on top of your opportunities. It forces folks to set up a follow-up activity so nothing falls through the cracks.

Cons

reporting is not as robust / easy to use as I'd like. I'd love to be able to segment more and provide reports that are more accurate.

I can live with the fact that search engine is not up to my expectations and the app it's not working properly. At the end of the day I am very happy with Pipedrive, I tried it first, in the organization I work, and propose it to be implemented because it is like a very advanced worksheet, where you can organize everything by you own standards and liking. I already recommended this CRM to many friends.

Pros

It is very easy and intuitive to use and it can be customised to every need. It the most versatile CRM I have ever tried. If you can think it, you can implement it.

Cons

The search engine in this CRM can be improved, it cannot find duplicates very easy, you have to search them individualy by the same criterias. The app for android, also it is not working properly, I can't use it at all. I use Pipedrive in browser.

Pros

I love the simplicity of Pipedrive, and yet it has so much great tools that are very nicely implemented and feel natural using them. It is easy to stay in touch with the customer and keep track of the current deal you have with them.

Cons

I would say that there is not that much not to like about Pipedrive, but maybe the lack of quote tools.

Pros

Really easy to set up from the managers perspective. The support team is great and there are webinars, newsletters, and the support team to help you get started. It's definitely great for a complex B2B process like ours and enables us to customize our pipelines for every market depending on its "quirks". It gives a great overview for the manager and integrates well with our other tools like Intercom, Aircall, Gmail and Google Calendar.

Cons

The learning curve is steep for sure and you need to figure out how to use the system beforehand to make sure everyone is on the same page. There are also some features we don't use, like create separate products, but there's no way to turn them off so there is some clutter around.

The competition, especially ClickUp renders Pipedrive completely useless. ClickUp is just SO much better I can't think of one reason to opt for Pipedrive

Pros

What I like about this product is that it's very simple to use. Once I generate my leads, I can manage each lead from time to time with no hassle at all.

Cons

The least that I like about the software is that some features don't work or is not compatible on my Mac desktop. I have to use google chrome all the time. I hope they can work on this.

I have been using products like Pipedrive for more than a decade and it is has the least negative reactions from sales reps. I think it is really a product that they will use rather than a product that will be used against them

Pros

I have been using Pipedrive for a couple a years now. From a VP of sales perspective it offer a very easy to use low impact product. Unlike other product like this it will not take your reps hours upon hours to keep it updated. Easy to get started with short learning curve

Cons

The administrative component could be more robust and there are some the filtering component could be expanded also wish it had a direct interface to ZOHO mail

Very nice and easy to manage your contacts

Pros

It is so easy to setup but I really like how they visually break down your sales pipeline. You see the stages and move each prospect thru the stages until you close - almost like playing a game.

Cons

Setup can be a little challenging if you do not have experience with other CRM systems - it is not terribly hard but take good notes as to what you did and what you want - I always liked creating a map for all my fields

Overall, Pipedrive has been extremely useful. It's easy to customize and works well with Marketing automation systems.

Pros

Pipedrive is very customizable. Allows the ability to create custom fields for what the people in sales feel is important information. This allows the ability to easily connect to a Marketing Automation system to automatically sync this information.

Cons

The configuration can be a little complicated if the sales strategy isn't fully thought out. Good thing the system is flexible and changes can be made relatively easily.

Reason for choosing Pipedrive

Pipedrive looks very similar to Trello. Trello isn't a sales management system, but it can be for certain situations. Pipedrive allows for a 'sales' manager to assign leads to specific members on the sales team.
