Pros

Pipedrive is simple and doesn't have any bloat. In combination with Yesware it worked really well. It is also cheap and doesn't have integration expenses like Salesforce. I loved it, but our management kept wanting to over spend on Salesforce and get a "big boy" CRM as they called it.

Cons

They could make it easier to view the sales funnel and analytics. I'd have to export to Excel to build analytics.

The biggest benefits just come from the organizational help it gives to the sales team. It makes it so both they and the management can easily stay on top of all the tasks that they need to do.

Pros

I like the format and fields that are easily available to see, it makes even taking a glance at it for a moment useful. They also make it incredibly easy to follow up on leads and emails. Overall just a great organizational tool

Cons

The email integration has some problems when it comes to receiving emails from the same people with the same subject. The tech support could also use some beefing up too, sometimes the advice is really confusing.

Great product, great customer service. Good alternative to other well-branded CRM.

Pros

Compared to other CRM software, Pipedrive seems to have the best compatability with multi-language users. It's simple to use and navigate, meaning no technical background is needed. It also helps you achieve sales automation effectively because its cheaper and has low learning curves.

Cons

The trial period could be longer to help users onboard more smoothly. Multi-language interface could also help non-English speaking users to get started quicker.

Pros

La funzioni più importanti del software sono la possibilità di monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle proprie trattative commerciali e la possibilità di ricevere remind per svolgere puntualmente le proprie attività.

### "First CRM solution and happy with it"

Pros

It's really easy to use. If you have basic skills, you can use Pipedrive. Best thing is that there's also quite much potential to integrate it with other systems.

Cons

With new leads and customers it's really easy and straightforward, but at the moment we are thinking best way to use it with one's that are already customers.

Speed and everybody is on the same team

Pros

Simple and easy to use. My entire team knows how to use it. Love the features and you can't beat the price. Its a 10 out of 10. Almost zero learning curve

Cons

Not a lot I can be unhappy about. I fill our needs. I think it would have helped to have a welcome call. But this is a great product

Pros

I've used both this one and Salesforce. I liked Pipedrive better. It was more easy to use, it had all the information needed more easily accesibale. With Salesforce you kinda get lost in all the buttons and elements

Cons

Haven't found any. I used it strictly as a tool to keep track of my activity and for that it was perfect.

Pipedrive allows us to collate all our leads so we can measure when and how many come in, how they are received. It allows us to set reminders for follow ups and also track conversion and loss.

Pros

Easy to use, helps to collate all information and much lower cost than some of the other lead management systems.

Cons

Lack of reporting however more is available in the more premium level packages.

Pros

Price and the ease of use. Very simple to setup various pipelines and the analytics are pretty good. The BCC deal specific email relay is a nice feature.

Cons

A few random bugs when switching from agent to agent and toggling between pipelines. As with all CRMs the data is only as good as the users who enter it in.

Pipedrive is great for sales organizations just getting started and looking to manage deal stages. However, if you're looking for an all-in-one solution that includes functionality like marketing, email campaigns, sequences, and other automation features, there are better alternatives out there.

Pros

Pipedrive was easy to implement and manage sales opportunities, specifically deal stages. The automation and task management was also great to ensure you stayed on top of completing tasks.

Cons

Pipedrive did not have any sort of email sequence functionality that I was looking for when I was a user. Other sales CRMs were able to provide this functionality.

It's created major efficiencies for our sales team - we love it and it's been a major game changer so far.

Pros

Every morning I wake up to an email outlining sales tasks for the day, which really reduces the amount of time spent getting organized at the start of each day. This subsequently helps keep me on track for the remainder of the day.

Cons

We have an end of week sales report which needs to be submitted at the end of each week. It would be ideal if there were some way to pull the data required for the sales report from pipedrive, but I'm not too sure there's a way to do it. In saying this, while I think Pipedrive is excellent, it's limited in its capabilities beyond just being a day to day CRM sales tracking tool.

Gute Idee und gute Grundfunktionen, allerdings harpert es bei den ein oder anderen Dienstleistungsangeboten von der Quallität her.

Pros

Super netter und schneller Support wenn man mal Fragen hat. Das Pipedrive Interface ist auch sehr einfach und übersichtlich.

Cons

Am wenigsten hat uns gefallen, dass manche Funktionen nicht ganz zu Ende überdacht wurden, zum einen der das optional mehr kostende "Lead", dort kann man z.B. einen Chatbot, Livechat und Formulare nutzen, leider kann man diese nicht direkt mit einem Event trackend bzw. Conversiones messen bei z.B. Google Analytics oder Google Ads, dass gibt es bei fast allen anderen Anbietern, die einen Chatbot anbieten, dass dort eine Messung erfolgen kann. Daher finden wir es eine frechheit für ein zusätzliches Paket namens "Leads" mehr Geld zu zahlen, wobei man da nicht mal Messungen vornehmen kann. Ansonsten ist der Chatbot leider recht minimal gehalten, keine Möglichkeit stränge im Chatbot zu kopieren, oder vorgefertigte Texte zu nutzen als Supporter im Chat. Alles Sachen die schon in jedem Chattool vorhanden sind.

Pros

Its very simple and easy to use. No training needed, you can learn it direct . Lots of colors. Good iOS Application.

Cons

You need to upgrade to Gold feature to use features like email sync, email tracking etc. Also ability to filter is little frustrating sometimes as you have to setup pre defined filters.

Pros

We've tried lots of different sales process applications and they have all been too granular and labour-intensive. Pipedrive just keeps everything on track. It absolutely revolutionised our sales process. Nothing gets forgotten any more - at least not indefinitely! It's easy to add deals and easy to keep track of where you are and where you're heading. I really don't know what we'd do without it.

Cons

I suppose, in the back of my mind, I worry a little that we only have on-line access to the information, but it has never in reality been a problem. It is the way things are going and we have lots of SAAS applications now. What happens if some catastrophic event happens and we no longer have internet access? I guess we'll have other things to worry about!

Everything you could want from a CRM - really excellent.

Pros

The dashboard reporting functionality is really flexible. Activity lists are really useful and clever too. Excellent customer support also, can't fault it.

Cons

The UI could do with improving but other than that, can't really fault Pipedrive. What a great platform!

Pipedrive was easy to set up and deploy. User experience is very good and integration to Slack and Hubspot worked well.

When you get to a certain scale, a few features become critical and that may lead you, like it did us, to SFDC

Pros

I love Pipedrive. I use it for myself and my boss. We are able to integrate this with various other marketing tools we are using. I love the UX design and the simple drag and drop functionality. Their mobile APP is AWESOME. I am able to make a call to a client directly from my contacts and it will connect the call to Pipedrive. When I hang up, it allows me to take notes of the call and log this into the Pipedrive system. Then I can create a follow up task. SOOOO easy.

Cons

I wish it had texting and automated calling ability. If they filled out my online form i'd like it to send them an auto text and then call me and them immediately to get on a call. Cool function but not necessary.

Pros

Pipedrive is a fantastic CRM. And it's manageable and affordable enough for smaller businesses. I started using it at my last job and we were fully bootstrapped.

Cons

Can't think of anything not to like. Technically, larger CRMs have more third-party consultants available, but it's because they're so complex that you need to hire a third party. Pipedrive is great on its own.
