Pros

The simplicity. If you need a CRM and are thinking about Salesforce, forget it, Pipedrive has got you covered. It's a quick startup and has enough features to keep you on top of your prospects, sales, and pipeline. I especially liked that you could run multiple pipelines.

Cons

It costs extra to integrate with your email. BUT you can send emails directly to your pipedrive account.

The results achieved with pipedrive as a tool for handling sales reports and funnels are actually quite positive. It is recommended to use it to visually determine the amounts that each activity represents for businesses of any kind.

Pros

It only takes a few clicks to get a large-scale view of each stage of our sales processes, and of the goals of our work at the group and individual level, since you can work based on the classic system of objectives.

Cons

The statistics section summarizes too much the evaluations of the sales processes, and in order to manage the other employees a work organization must be created. The panel does not instantly show the complete information of each registered user.

It's super easy to use, great for prospecting and taking notes. It provides a calendar integrations and email syncing. For an upgrade can can sync your email and send directly from the platform.

Cons

It would b great if it could have power dialing and voicemail drop added as a feature to the software.

It´s definitely worth to try if you starting to use some sales CRM and the you decide for how long it´s suitable for you

Pros

User eXperience style is very friendly. Design is simple and its cloud based, so easy access from everywhere.

Cons

Sometimes its slow, even if connection is OK, but thats just cons of cloud. And when you´re using Zapier or other features it can make mess in activities and deal overal.

Pros

It's a very easy to use and well priced CRM tool. Their customer service is fast and really friendly.

Cons

The number of integrations is still a bit limited - but notice that the amount is increasing quite a bit over the last few weeks.

It is easy to set up and use and provides a focus on a funnel, so it can help salespeople track leads through to sales well.

Cons

When you try to get your PW reset, if it can't find you it sets up a trial account automatically, this confuses and can duplicate accounts. Wish they would kill that idea.

Pros

First of all, simplicity. As a small startup company without many resources (time or money), Pipedrive's simple and minimal setup helped us hit the ground running, and we will always be grateful for that. Pipedrive's email integration is absolutely awesome, especially when integrated with Google Apps which removes the need to BCC the CRM, and logs inbound email messages. Once the initial adoption was done we began leveraging Pipedrive's API, which is very complete, easy to use and well documented. The API compensates for all the features that are missing and can be found in other "bigger" CRMs. There's nothing you can't achieve with some development effort.

Cons

The UI is beautiful and modern, which makes usability great in the beginning. Once we started to grow our business, we encountered many UI performance problems that hurt productivity a bit. Especially when dealing with large deals involving a lot of people or long email threads.

I have done research on many different CRM's. I had no idea there was so many until I started looking. I checked out 30+ and demo'd 4 and decided on Pipedrive. It just fits right. It is customizable, easy to use, I can use it on my phone and it is helping me keep the big picture in mind. The best part is it is leading to more sales and it is keeping me professional and organized. I highly recommend using this system. I am a real person, not affiliated with Pipedrive and I am not someone getting paid to write this!!! That is what I think whenever I see a review like this. I run a business and really appreciate it when customers give us positive reviews.

Pros

Ease of use. Ease of customization. Ability to see the big picture in the pipeline view.

Cons

\-I would like to have offline capability of the desktop. -I would like to have my reminders from the iphone link into Pipedrive. I use Siri all the time and put my reminders in there. If I had it link up with Siri....boom....game changer. Even if it linked up with IOS reminders would be sweet. - I would also like it when I make ANY(not just through the app) phone call prompt me if I want to put it in pipedrive. - I would like the capability of adding more than one email to the same account. Right now I would have to pay for two users because I have two email accounts for different businesses.

It was simple to set up and get going with the software do to the relatively limited number of features.

A lot of the integrations and data pulls that I wanted to make were either impossible or unnecessarily difficult

Overall, Pipedrive is a fantastic choice for startups and smaller companies that don't need the $100+ per month fees that come with larger CRMs.

Pros

I love how simple Pipedrive is. It helps keep sales team members on task and presents all the relevant info in a smart way.

Cons

It is not as robust as Salesforce. I would like to use it more in our on boarding and client success, but it isn't' quite there yet.

Pros

I needed a service that allowed me to easily see which stage I was in with certain prospects. Pipedrive was by far the best and easiest.

Cons

When tracking email opens, it cannot recognize if it's you vs the recipient. If I go to the email I just sent and open it, it will track that as an open.

es ideal si tienes una empresa pequeña donde no se tienen tantas ventas, mas calidad que cantidades. la complementación de la herramienta es fácil, amigable e intuitiva de usar.

Pros

puedes gestionar a tus clientes de forma fácil, tienes diferentes planes según tus necesidades, el primero puede ser muy básico. Me gusta que últimamente han en sus servicios al cliente, a adaptación del idioma y las capacitaciones sobre la herramienta.

Cons

tiene limitaciones en la gestión de correos, puedes integrar con Mailchimp pero no puede ver las misma métricas que es otras herramientas.

por ser mas económico y era la que mejor se ajustaba en ese momento a la empresa, no manejábamos gran cantidad de clientes.

Is a great support for tracking possibles sales and to manage the company possible clients.

Pros

Pipedrive is a very well organized tool that has helped me to control my possible sales and redirect and manage the leads I get from different ways (mostly forms and landing pages). With PipeDrive, I can see how my work is going, how much I've sold in the month or in a period of time and I can take leads to offer my company products.

Cons

Actually I have not seen any cons to PipeDrive, maybe more integrations with the API to post forms in other sites. It would also be good if the prices were less high but that's a thing I understand is part of its business model.

Pros

Easy to customize sales pipes / fields on contacts and opportunities made Pipedrive the perfect tool for us. We have a fairly small sales force with a half-dozen or so types of engagements to manage. Pipedrive keeps us organized and ensures we hit every step in our sales process, increasing our effectiveness and response times. I couldn't live without it.

Cons

It isn't immediately obvious when onboarding how to make the tool work best for you, but fortunately you can easily adjust course and move your data around as you feel it out. No problems since then!

Pros

Pipe drive is ideal for smaller entities. I am working with start-ups and Pipedrive is just right in terms of transparency, driving sales and reporting.

It would help to have a few tab configuration proposals specific to certain industries.

Its very easy to use, and the approach is similar to an ASANA tablet.

Cons

Pipedrive has a great visual aesthetic, but you need to be on the bus or off the bus - there is no middle ground. If you are going to use it religiously, it might be a great sales tracking tool for a small or mid-sized business.

Pros

Pipedrive gives a great visual view of moving sales from the beginning stages to closed. It is one of several tools that does this well.

Cons

While it does it's job, I ultimately found that the email integration was bringing in messaging I didn't want there, the configuration was confusing, and ultimately it couldn't scale to the volume I wanted it to without losing the value. Good for a small sales team processing 5 to 30 sales opportunities at a time.

Pros

I love their kanban style interface for CRMs. It gives you an instant view of which deals are on what stage. Save sooo much of my time. Also, integrations are useful.

Cons

I guess the pricing could be improved. Per user pricing makes it super expensive when you have sales team of over 10 people. Also add a forever free plan.

My experience is so so. It does the job it is supposed to do at a basic level.

Pros

You understand all uses within about 10 minutes of this product which is a huge plus. It is simple to find the BCC to pipedrive function so you can easily have emails sent out to clients and prospects appear in the system.

Cons

Definitely cumbersome to input items into the system in an easy fashion. Feels more seamless on other systems.
