The problems that pipedrive solves is being about to find a claim very easy and it helps when patients are constantly calling.

Pros

The feature that i like the most about this software is the seach bar. I can type in an authorization number or a patient's name and all of the information will pop up.

Cons

The feature i like least about this software is the rotten stage where the claim turns red.

Pros

No bloatware. Pipedrive provides a set of carefully chosen features. Sales forecasting simply works and the mobile apps are functional. Pipedrive provides fantastic reporting capabilities for a sales person to analyze her performance and improve it.

Cons

Customers of alternative products may find certain features missing.

Pros

I love how easy it is to move accounts from stage to stage. This has increased my revenue just by managing accounts more streamlined

Cons

The cost at first while I was new was a bit high, but as my sales kicked in it all paid off. Must have this!

Good enough of a tool, not enough "wow" factor or deep feature set within the tool.

Pros

I really liked how many integrations this tool had. Onboarding myself and my team was simple. We were able to build robust automations around the tool to make sure we could keep important contacts in our network top of mind.

Cons

The tool was similar to Trello, which made it easy to use, but it also made it lacking around how unique or special the tool. A lot of what Pipedrive does could be done with Trello.

I create my pipeline and it's very easy to add your deals or any other information. Its easy to setup alerts to keep track of certain contacts. i like to categorize my leads by location and money. Pipedrive is easy. I dont use the revenue forecasting.

Pros

I am exploring many of the CRM tools for real estate. This is a full-feature CRM tool with a lot of features. actually way to many to name. but the most impotent is how can i reach my audience. I like the analytics. Customer support is really good. you can integrate this with Slack, Google, Teams, Zoom and hundreds of other apps. I have done it will Teams, and Gmail.

Cons

it is a bit pricey for the full service features compared to the others i see and will try out.

it's been awesome overall no downsides because the whole team has learned how to use it.

Pros

We migrated from another system and pipedrive is just great. It lets you customize EVERYTHING, you can keep track of EVERYTHING, every email, every note, every event and activity, different deals can be created for the same contact. The customer support is class A, they resolve all your issues and go the extra mile to help you!

Cons

No bulk emailing, which kind off sucks for the sales experience, but lets you integrate with other platforms that lets you bulk email. Doesn't have an integration with texting platforms and can't keep track of the textings.

You can also follow the progress of your sales team members as well as deals offered to leads.

No free t-shirts and it does not make coffee for me in the morning. I wish it linked my Meetings into Outlook without having to go through Zapper. Duplicate record management does not exist, difficult to adopt for marketing Dept

I use this app every day. For me, its best feature is how visual everything is. I used to get lost in Salesforce but with PipeDrive I can see exactly where each deal is in the sales cycle and where I need to spend my time... either filling my pipe or working on closing deals as they move through the sales process. Love it!!!

Pros

Pipedrive is one of the best CRM programs available. Its simple user interface makes it very easy to set up and use. It allows you to manage contacts, track customer conversations and manage sales, customer and prospect databases. It gives you a better understanding of the sales process.

Cons

The main drawback is that it is not possible to link multiple email addresses to the same account.

Pros

I did a 30 day trial of Pipedrive to see how well it would work for my sales process. Had I not been able to tap into the company’s Salesforce.com for free, I would have been all over Pipedrive. You are able customize your pipeline management to your own process seamlessly. All the basic CRM functions are covered so you can add a prospect and move him through your pipe at ease while updating along the way. As for value, the program is very, very reasonably priced and gives you more options than you could use

Cons

I would really have liked to use this for a longer period of time just to see all I could do with it

Before I tried Pipedrive, I was worried that it would be another lackluster, half-baked CRM experience. Having tried a number of them, I had been burned and wanted something that would meet my needs as an independent business owner: tracking deals, letting me know who to follow-up with, and storing essential data. Pipedrive is everything I've wanted and more. Thanks to Pipedrive, I'm regularly closing 4- and 5-figure deals because I know exactly who to follow-up with. I highly recommend Pipedrive to any Freelancer or Consultant who is looking for a CRM!

There is nothing I don't like about Pipedrive. It is intuitive and very easy to learn and use.

I am fortunate to have Pipedrive in my life. It is the one tool that has given me focus and direction in my business life. I can't imagine running any business without it! I always have a sense of accomplishment when I log in and see how much work I've done with it. It helps me to prioritize, track, and organize my day so much better than what I used to do.

Cons

Certain features are limited in the lowest price tiers.

It has been great! Setup and customer support was great. Now have all of our salespeople fully functioning.

Pros

The features and the ability to customize as well as the additional apps and functions with integration.

Cons

Tooks some trial and error to get it set up how it would best work for us. We're there now and it is working perfectly.

What I like most about Pipedrive is that it is free and you only need your email, some personal and company information. In addition, it allows you to better plan your sales strategies and be your own advisor as well as to be aware of which products are sold the most and which are the most effective members of your team.

Cons

What I like least about Pipedrive is that it is not exactly the ideal software for large companies, but rather focuses on small teams.
